Background
The bath lotion is also called bath foam and shower cream, is a liquid cleanser used in bath and is widely used by people. However, many shower gels have the problem of strong irritation and dry skin.
CN111603400A discloses a method and equipment for preparing mild shower gel containing honey extraction essence, which can prepare shower gel with excellent quality by material preparation, primary mixing, dissolution, secondary mixing, thickening, cooling and packaging, and combines honey extraction essence, sodium salt mixture, alkali additives, plant branch and leaf extracting solution, plant oil additives, essence, thickening agents and surfactants together to facilitate the mutual reaction among the raw materials, give full play to the functions of the raw materials, have mild performance and easy absorption, provide different cares for dry and sunburned skin, moisten skin, and improve the storage aging of the shower gel and the decontamination capability of the skin. However, the use of alkaline additives can damage the acidic environment on the skin surface and cause skin dryness.
CN108078803A discloses a deep moisturizing mild shower gel and a preparation method thereof, wherein the deep moisturizing mild shower gel comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 9-15% of amino acid surfactant, 1-1.7% of thickening agent, 3-15% of humectant, pH regulator to make the pH value of the deep moisturizing mild shower gel be 7.3-7.9, and the balance of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the thickening agent and the humectant into deionized water, stirring and mixing to form a viscous liquid, then adding the amino acid surfactant, adding the pH regulator, and uniformly mixing to obtain the water-soluble thickener. The shower gel disclosed by the invention has the advantages of deep moisture retention, strong cleaning capability, easiness in washing, no residual feeling after washing, skin moistening and smoothness. However, the difference between the pH value of the skin and the pH value of the surface of the skin may damage the pH environment of the skin, thereby causing skin damage.
CN105878056A discloses a mild and moist soap-based shower gel, and belongs to the field of daily chemicals. The mild and moist shower gel comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-30% of fatty acid, 0-8% of mild anionic surfactant, 0-6% of mild nonionic surfactant, 0-5% of mild amphoteric surfactant, 10-40% of polyhydric alcohol, 4-8% of potassium hydroxide, 1-2% of glycol distearate, 0.3-2% of thickening agent, 0.05-0.15% of EDTA-4Na, 2-5% of natural oil, 0.1-0.5% of preservative, 0.2-0.8% of essence and the balance of water. According to the invention, the mild surfactant is added into the soap base, the content of the polyalcohol is increased, and the natural oil is added to reduce the stimulation of the soap base to the skin, so that the effects of mild cleaning, deep moisture retention and moistening are achieved. But the adoption of potassium hydroxide can obviously increase the pH value of the shower gel, thereby causing skin damage.
The bath cream on the market at present has the problems of strong irritation and skin damage. Therefore, how to provide the shower gel which is mild, does not irritate and can relieve the skin becomes a problem to be solved urgently.

Skin irritation test:
the test method comprises the following steps: 170 skin-healthy subjects, 20-45 years old, half of all male and female, were selected and randomly divided into 17 groups from group A to group Q, five female groups of five male and five female groups, and the test site could not use any product (cosmetics or external drugs or internal health products) 15 days before the test. Subjects were asked to clean their forehead skin completely before the test and sit still in the room for 20min at a constant temperature of 21 ± 1 ℃ and a humidity of 50 ± 5%, and to maintain a relaxed state, after which the subjects in the forehead skin were applied with the product provided in example 1 in group a, the subjects in group B, and the subjects in group C, and the products provided in example 2 in group C, and so on, and the subjects in group Q were applied with the product provided in comparative example 1. The test is carried out continuously for 30 days, the test effect is scored at the 30 th day, the scoring standard is shown in the table 1, and the scoring result is shown in the table 2:
TABLE 1
Grade of rating | Skin reactions |
1 | Negative reaction |
2 | A little discomfort and spots appear |
3 | Erythema, infiltrates, edema, and possibly pimples |
4 | Erythema, infiltration, waterThe swelling and pimple reaction may exceed the tested area |
5 | Obvious erythema, severe infiltration and edema |
TABLE 2

Moisture retention test:
testing an instrument: skin moisture content tester Corneometer (Courage & Khazaka, germany) test method: 10 subjects were selected, and no product (cosmetic or topical) was used 3 days before testing the test site (arm test) and no water was available within 3 hours. The test procedure was as follows: before the experiment, the testee cleans the two arms with clear water, and after the facial tissue is wiped clean, the inside of the two arms of the testee is marked with a measuring area. Before formal test, the testee sits still for 20min in a constant temperature and humidity environment (21.0 +/-1.0 ℃ and 50% +/-10%) and in the experiment, the inner sides of the left and right arms of the testee are marked with test areas of 3cm multiplied by 3cm, the same arm is simultaneously marked with a plurality of areas, each area is spaced by 1cm, and the test areas are totally marked with 17 sample group areas, numbered 1-17 and 1 blank group area, and numbered with 18. Measurement of 1-18 areas skin moisture content blanks prior to application of the test sample were measured five times and averaged. The test area No. 1 used the example 1 sample, the test area No. 2 used the example 2 sample, and so on, the test area No. 17 used the comparative example 1 sample, and the blank area used no product, keeping the amount of sample per test area. The skin moisture content was measured at 0.5h, 1h, 2h and 3h after application, respectively, for the test area and the blank area, and 5 times of measurement were taken and averaged. Table 3 shows the results of the tests, which show the variation of the average values of the differences between the skin moisture contents of the test areas and the skin moisture contents of the test areas before the use of the test samples of examples 1 to 16 and the test sample of comparative example 1, after 0.5h, 1h, 2h and 3h from the test areas to the test areas before the use of the test samples, T0.5 to T0, T1 to T0, T2 to T0 and T3 to T0.
