Abstract
本发明公开了一种防腐木材的生产方法,包括木材预处理、配制防腐剂、配制防腐液、浸渍处理和后干燥处理五个步骤,其中,所述防腐剂是由聚乙二醇、溴硝丙醇、4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、吡虫啉、2-氯-5-羟基间二甲苯、二硫氰基甲烷、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、N-(2-苯骈咪唑基)-氨基甲酸甲酯和脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚配制而成。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有处理工艺简单、高效和易于操作等优点,经过处理后的木材在保持原有特性的同时,将具有优异的防腐、防霉、防虫、抗菌等效果,而且环保性好,性能稳定,持久耐用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木材生产技术领域,具体地说是一种防腐木材的生产方法。
背景技术
木材作为一种天然可再生的资源,并具有纹理美观、色泽天然、质感舒适、可塑性好、易于加工等优点,因而被作为建筑装修和家具制造的理想材料。但木材由于长期与氧、光、湿气接触,容易被虫菌蛀蚀,这将极大地限制了木材的应用效果和应用领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种处理工艺简单、高效、环保和低成本的防腐木材的生产方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防腐木材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将选用的木材进行干燥,使木材的含水率降低到8%~25%;
(2)、配制防腐剂:在搅拌器中按质量百分数加入以下组分:聚乙二醇2%~8%、溴硝丙醇1%~3%、4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2%~5%、吡虫啉5%~10%、2-氯-5-羟基间二甲苯8%~15%、二硫氰基甲烷10%~15%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵15%~20%、N-(2-苯骈咪唑基)-氨基甲酸甲酯10%~15%、脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚15%~35%,并使一起混合均匀,制得所用的防腐剂;
(3)、配制防腐液:将步骤(2)制得的防腐剂用水稀释至质量百分比浓度为10%~30%混合液;
(4)、浸渍处理:将步骤(1)得到的木材放入密闭的浸渍处理罐中,抽真空使罐内真空度在-0.08~-0.1MPa,保持30~60min,再将步骤(3)配制的防腐液注入浸渍处理罐中,并使完全淹没木材,然后解除真空,向处理罐内施加0.6~1.5MPa气压,并加热至40℃~70℃,保持1~4h;
(5)、后干燥处理:解除压力和将温度冷却至室温后,排出剩余的改性液,取出木材风干至表面无明显水迹残留,再移至干燥窑进行干燥,先将干燥温度控制在60℃~85℃,保持12~24h,然后升温至90℃~120℃,并保持8~16h后,冷却至室温,即得到含水率为5%~15%的防腐木材。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有处理工艺简单、高效和易于操作等优点,经过处理后的木材在保持原有特性的同时,将具有优异的防腐、防霉、防虫、抗菌等效果,而且环保性好,性能稳定,持久耐用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:

Claims (1)
1.一种防腐木材的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将选用的木材进行干燥,使木材的含水率降低到8%~25%;
(2)、配制防腐剂:在搅拌器中按质量百分数加入以下组分:聚乙二醇2%~8%、溴硝丙醇1%~3%、4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮2%~5%、吡虫啉5%~10%、2-氯-5-羟基间二甲苯8%~15%、二硫氰基甲烷10%~15%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵15%~20%、N-(2-苯骈咪唑基)-氨基甲酸甲酯10%~15%、脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚15%~35%,并使一起混合均匀,制得所用的防腐剂;
(3)、配制防腐液:将步骤(2)制得的防腐剂用水稀释至质量百分比浓度为10%~30%混合液;
