Abstract
本发明公开了一种木材防腐阻燃增强改性的生产方法,包括木材预处理、配制木材改性剂、配制木材改性液、浸渍处理和后干燥处理五个步骤,其中所述木材改性剂是由正硅酸乙酯、聚乙二醇、磷酸、水、八硼酸钠、多菌灵、硼酸锌、钼酸铵和十二烷基苯磺酸钠配制而成。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有处理工艺简单、高效、成本低、渗透性强等优点,而且以正硅酸乙酯为前驱体形成二氧化硅具有增韧补强、协效阻燃等作用,经过处理后的木材在防腐、阻燃、表面硬度、耐磨性、抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量、加工良好特性、尺寸稳定性等方面均得到大幅提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木材生产技术领域,具体地说是一种木材防腐阻燃增强改性的生产方法。
背景技术
木材作为一种天然可再生的资源,并具有纹理美观、色泽天然、质感舒适、可塑性好、易于加工等优点,因而被作为建筑装修和家具制造的理想材料。但木材由于长期与氧、光、湿气接触,容易干缩湿胀、尺寸稳定性差,而且易变色、开裂、磨损和挫伤,还容易燃烧和易被虫菌蛀蚀等。所以,对木材的改性处理长期以来一直受到广泛关注。传统对木材的改性方法主要有热处理和化学处理两种。热处理的方式安全无毒,但会使木材的组分发生不同程度的降解和结构变化,降低木材的力学强度,同时加深木材的材色,影响木材的美观感。化学处理采用处理药剂的方法,其成本低、工艺简单,但大多数药剂中所含的铜、铬、砷等重金属离子和氯、酚醛等化合物对环境和人畜都有潜在的危害。因此,研制一种无毒安全、并兼具防腐阻燃增强改性的木材生产方法,将具有重要的现实意义和推广前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简单、处理高效、环保的木材防腐阻燃增强改性的生产方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种木材防腐阻燃增强改性的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将原木去皮、切锯剖成所需尺寸的规格后,在50℃~80℃的条件下干燥8~24h,控制木材的含水率达8%~25%,然后微波处理10~30min;
(2)、配制木材改性剂:向反应容器依次加入正硅酸乙酯20~30质量份、聚乙二醇50~80质量份、磷酸1~2质量份,搅拌均匀,然后加入水300~450质量份,再加入八硼酸钠10~15质量份、多菌灵8~12质量份、硼酸锌6~10质量份、钼酸铵1~4质量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1~2质量份,使一起搅拌20~40min,待均匀分散后,即制得所用的木材改性剂;
(3)、配制木材改性液:将步骤(2)制得的木材改性剂用水稀释至质量百分比浓度为15%~30%的悬浮溶液,即得所需的木材改性液;
(4)、浸渍处理:将步骤(1)得到的木材放入密闭的浸渍处理罐中,抽真空使罐内真空度在-0.08~-0.1MPa,保持30~60min,再将步骤(3)配制的木材改性液注入浸渍处理罐中,并使完全淹没木材,然后解除真空,向处理罐内施加0.6~1.5MPa气压,保持1~4h;
(5)、后干燥处理:解除压力,排出剩余的改性液,取出木材水洗,风干至表面无明显水迹残留,再移至干燥窑进行烘干,干燥温度90℃~115℃,干燥时间12~36h,然后冷却至室温,即得到含水率为5%~15%的改性木材。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有处理工艺简单、高效、成本低、渗透性强等优点,而且以正硅酸乙酯为前驱体形成二氧化硅具有增韧补强、协效阻燃等作用,经过处理后的木材在防腐、阻燃、表面硬度、耐磨性、抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量、加工良好特性、尺寸稳定性等方面均得到大幅提高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种木材防腐阻燃增强改性的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将原木去皮、切锯剖成所需尺寸的规格后,在50℃~80℃的条件下干燥8~24h,控制木材的含水率达8%~25%,然后微波处理10~30min;
(2)、配制木材改性剂:向反应容器依次加入正硅酸乙酯20~30质量份、聚乙二醇50~80质量份、磷酸1~2质量份,搅拌均匀,然后加入水300~450质量份,再加入八硼酸钠10~15质量份、多菌灵8~12质量份、硼酸锌6~10质量份、钼酸铵1~4质量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1~2质量份,使一起搅拌20~40min,待均匀分散后,即制得所用的木材改性剂;

(4)、浸渍处理:将步骤(1)得到的木材放入密闭的浸渍处理罐中,抽真空使罐内真空度在-0.08~-0.1MPa,保持30~60min,再将步骤(3)配制的木材改性液注入浸渍处理罐中,并使完全淹没木材,然后解除真空,向处理罐内施加0.6~1.5MPa气压,保持1~4h;
(5)、后干燥处理:解除压力,排出剩余的改性液,取出木材水洗,风干至表面无明显水迹残留,再移至干燥窑进行烘干,干燥温度90℃~115℃,干燥时间12~36h,然后冷却至室温,即得到含水率为5%~15%的改性木材。
Claims (1)
1.一种木材防腐阻燃增强改性的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、木材预处理:将原木去皮、切锯剖成所需尺寸的规格后,在50℃~80℃的条件下干燥8~24h,控制木材的含水率达8%~25%,然后微波处理10~30min;
(2)、配制木材改性剂:向反应容器依次加入正硅酸乙酯20~30质量份、聚乙二醇50~80质量份、磷酸1~2质量份,搅拌均匀,然后加入水300~450质量份,再加入八硼酸钠10~15质量份、多菌灵8~12质量份、硼酸锌6~10质量份、钼酸铵1~4质量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1~2质量份,使一起搅拌20~40min,待均匀分散后,即制得所用的木材改性剂;
(3)、配制木材改性液:将步骤(2)制得的木材改性剂用水稀释至质量百分比浓度为15%~30%的悬浮溶液,即得所需的木材改性液;
