Abstract
Un método de aspersión de alta velocidad para tratar la superficie de un componente (C), el método comprende los pasos de: calentar una primera porción de un gas inerte hasta una temperatura de aspersión (T3) comprendida entre 550 °C y 800 °C; preparar un material en polvo que tiene una composición que incluye Co en un porcentaje en masa que comprende entre 15% y 70%; preparar una mezcla entre el material en polvo y una segunda porción de gas inerte; mezclar la primera porción de gas inerte y la mezcla de gas y polvo en una pistola de aspersión (60) para crear un chorro de aspersión (80); y dirigir dicho chorro de aspersión (80) hacia la superficie que será tratada, para depositar un revestimiento (S) del material que incluye Co.
