Claims (2)
- 공급되는 가스의 공급량을 컨트롤하는 가스 컨트롤부;상기 가스 컨트롤부의 가스 공급 컨트롤을 통하여 공급된 가스를 히팅하는 가스 히터;상기 가스 콘트롤부의 공급량 컨트롤로 상기 가스의 일부를 공급받아 코팅 분말을 공급하는 분말 송급장치;상기 분말 송급장치로부터 공급되는 코팅 분말과, 상기 가스 히터에 의해 가열된 가스를 혼합하는 혼합챔버;상기 분말 송급장치와 혼합챔버 사이에 설치되어 상기 코팅 분말이 상기 분말 송급장치로부터 상기 혼합챔버로 송급되는 과정에서 상기 코팅 분말을 예열하는 분말 예열장치;상기 분말 예열장치와 상기 가스 히터를 컨트롤하여 온도를 조절하는 컨트롤부; 및상기 혼합챔버에서 혼합된 상기 예열된 코팅 분말, 및 상기 가열된 가스를 분사하는 분사노즐을 구비하는 분말 예열 장치가 구비된 저온 스프레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분말 예열장치는,상기 분말 송급장치와 상기 혼합 챔버 간에 설치되는 하우징;상기 하우징에 장착되며 저항 가열이 실시되는 가열장치; 및상기 하우징 내에 스크류 형상으로 형성되어 상기 코팅 분말을 이송하는 코팅 분말 이송관;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 예열 장치가 구비된 저온 스프레이 장치.
