- bug for Add-ons on expandable header, added quantity - bug for items on the item card on backing add-ons screen - bug for limit when limitPerBacker and limi are both available
- fix bug for manage pledge screen with add-ons having items
- speed up animation - quantity starts at 1 instead of 0
