Ryan Fecteau (Democratic Party) is a member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 132. He assumed office on December 3, 2024. His current term ends on December 1, 2026.

Fecteau (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Maine House of Representatives to represent District 132. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.

The Maine House of Representatives elected Fecteau to serve as Speaker of the House on December 2, 2020.[1] He was replaced by Rachel Ross in 2022.[2]

A Maine native, Fecteau grew up in Biddeford.[3] He went on to earn his bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in theology and religious studies from The Catholic University of America in 2014.[3][4]

Fecteau's professional experience includes serving as a field organizer for Mainer's United for Marriage and as a chairman of the 2011-2012 Biddeford Democratic Committee.[3] He also served as the editorial director at Trueline Publishing in Portland, Maine.[4]

Fecteau announced on October 29, 2021, that he tested positive for COVID-19. He said he was fully vaccinated at the time he contracted the virus.[13]
