Abstract

Opisan je postupak za redukovanje viskoznosti polisaharida takvih kao skrob sa tretmanom sa vodonik peroksidom u prisutnosti acilovanog polisaharida kao aktivatora. Acilovan polisaharid se koristi naročito u količini koja je ekvivalentna bar 1 acil grupi na 100 jedinica monosaharida. Vodonik peroksid se poželjno koristi u 2-20 % masenih u odnosu na ukupni polisaharid i acilovan polisahari.A process for reducing the viscosity of polysaccharides such as starch by treatment with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of an acylated polysaccharide as an activator is described. The acylated polysaccharide is used in particular in an amount equivalent to at least 1 acyl group per 100 units of monosaccharide. Hydrogen peroxide is preferably used in 2-20% by weight relative to the total polysaccharide and acylated polysaccharides.
