可选地,所述玻璃抵接唇包括第一抵接唇,所述第一抵接唇与所述第一密封唇间隔设置,并自所述主体的上部朝所述车窗玻璃延伸;所述第一抵接唇用于与所述车窗玻璃相抵,并用于与所述主体以及所述第一密封唇协同以密封所述侧门外板与所述车窗玻璃之间的空隙。
可选地,还包括装配唇,所述主体呈U型,所述主体用于开口朝下地卡设在所述第二板件上,所述装配唇自所述主体内部的一内侧壁向与该内侧壁相对的另一内侧壁延伸,所述装配唇用于与伸入所述主体中的所述第二板件相抵。
可选地,所述主体的端部上设有端盖和延伸筋,所述端盖通过注塑与所述主体连为一体,所述延伸筋与所述端盖通过注塑连为一体,且所述延伸筋与所述主体通过注塑连为一体;延伸筋具有横向筋和纵向筋两种形态。
可选地,所述端盖包括分别位于所述主体前后端上的前端盖和后端盖;

本发明还提供一种车辆,包括如上任一项所述的隐藏式外水切,还包括侧门外板和侧门内板,所述侧门内板包括第一板件和第二板件,所述第一板件与所述侧门外板固定连接并位于所述第二板件靠近车外的一侧,所述第一板件与所述第二板件的下端相互贴合,所述第一板件与所述第二板件的上端分别向所述侧门外板和所述车窗玻璃所在的方向延伸,所述第一板件与所述侧门外板固定连接,所述第二板件与所述主体固定连接。
可选地,所述第二板件的上端位于所述第一板件与所述车窗玻璃之间,所述第一板件的上端伸入位于所述侧门外板上部的卡槽中,所述卡槽由所述侧门外板的上缘向车内侧弯折形成,所述密封唇与所述卡槽相抵。
可选地,所述第一板件与所述第二板件的靠近二者连接部位的部分之间形成第一夹角α,所述侧门外板与所述密封唇之间形成第二夹角γ,所述第一夹角α和所述第二夹角γ均为锐角。
可选地,所述第一板件上设有凸台,所述凸台朝车辆内部凸伸并用于与所述密闭唇抵接。
综上所述,通过设置一种不具有高出侧门外板部位的外水切,并使该外水切包括密闭唇和玻璃抵接唇,使玻璃抵接唇用于与车窗玻璃相接触以确保实现外水切的切水、切灰、密封和隔音功能,使密闭唇用于与侧门内板相抵以密封侧门内板与外水切之间的车辆空间,本发明能提供一种隐藏式外水切,其在日常的车辆使用过程中将隐藏在侧门外板之下,以达到避免其外观对车辆美观性造成影响的目的;进一步地,由于其并不露出于侧门外板,本发明中的隐藏式外水切上无需设计装饰亮条,能够降低外水切的制造和研发成本,并提升产品竞争力;更进一步地,使用该外水切的车辆具有区别于露出式外水切车辆的外观,其还能为车辆的外观造型设计提供多元化选择。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的说明书和权利要求书中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种车辆,该车辆的左前部设有外水切1、侧门总成2、车窗玻璃3、A柱导轨4、B柱饰板5,其中车窗玻璃3包括前三角窗玻璃31和侧门玻璃32,前三角窗玻璃31、A柱导轨4、侧门玻璃32和B柱饰板5由前到后依次设置且均位于侧门总成2的内侧,前三角窗玻璃31的后部和侧门玻璃32分别嵌设在A柱导轨4中,侧门玻璃32与B柱饰板5间隔设置;特别地,外水切1位于前三角窗玻璃31、A柱导轨4、侧门玻璃32和B柱饰板5这四个部件与侧门总成2之间,侧门总成2包括侧门外板21和侧门内板22,侧门内板22固定在侧门外板21上,外水切1固定在侧门内板22上且其最高点低于侧门外板21的上边沿,外水切1能在日常的车辆使用过程中隐藏在侧门外板21之下(如图2),进而达到避免其外观对车辆美观性造成影响的目的。
请进一步参阅图3和图4,本实施例中侧门外板21的内表面上部设有卡槽211,卡槽211为自侧门外板21的上缘向下翻边形成的U型件;侧门内板22包括连接成Y型的第一板件221和第二板件222,其中第一板件221的外表面与侧门外板21通过焊接固定连接,第一板件221位于第二板件222的外侧,第一板件221与第二板件222中下部相互贴合并通过焊接连接在一起,第一板件221和第二板件222从中部起逐渐分离并形成相互间隔的上端,第一板件221具有自其与第二板件222的分离处A向车辆外部延伸的走向,对此更为详细的描述是,第一板件221具有向车外部延伸随即与侧门外板21内表面贴合然后伸入卡槽211中的走向;对应地,第二板件222自分离处A向车辆内部斜向延伸,其上端悬置于第一板件221与车窗玻璃3之间,用于与外水切1相配合,以使外水切1能卡设在侧门内板22上。
具体地,外水切1包括金属制的骨架11,以及均为橡胶制的主体12、装配唇13、玻璃抵接唇14和密闭唇15,其中装配唇13主要用于实现外水切1固定在侧门内板22上的设置,玻璃抵接唇14主要用于与车窗玻璃3相抵以确保实现相关技术中外水切1的切水、切灰、密封和隔音功能,密闭唇15主要用于与侧门内板22相抵以进一步确保车内气密性和密封性。
对此更为详细的描述是,主体12呈沿实车前后方向设置的条形,并具有斜向下开口的U型横截面;骨架11嵌设在主体12中并具有与主体12相适配的斜向下开口的U型横截面,以确保外水切1的整体强度;装配唇13位于主体12的内部并自U型主体12的一内侧壁向主体12的另一内侧壁所在的方向延伸,同时与该内侧壁之间具有间隔,该间隔的宽度被设置为略小于第二板件222的厚度;如此,当外水切1与侧门内板22装配时,将主体12的中部与第二板件222对齐,并自后向前推动外水切1,即可使主体12与第二板件222过盈配合,同时令主体12内部的装配唇13受挤压进而形变,使装配唇13与第二板件222之间产生有利于主体12和第二板件222装配稳固性的静摩擦力,从而将外水切1可靠地卡设在侧门内板22之上。需要说明的是,装配唇13为可选设计,在某些可能的实施例中可以不设置装配唇13,而是直接使第二板件222与主体12过盈配合,以达成实现外水切1卡设于侧门内板22上的目的。
承上述,本实施例中的玻璃抵接唇14包括第一抵接唇141和第二抵接唇142,密闭唇15包括第一密封唇151和第二密封唇152,第一抵接唇141和第二抵接唇142位于主体12的一侧,第一密封唇151和第二密封唇152位于主体12的另一侧,第一抵接唇141位于第二抵接唇142上方,第一密封唇151位于第二密封唇152上方。具体而言,第一密封唇151自主体12的左上端朝车外斜向延伸形成,具有近似柱型的横截面形状,且第一密封唇151的顶端在水平方向上的高度低于侧门外板21在水平方向上的高度,其顶端面为一近乎水平布置的平面;第二密封唇152自主体12下部的外表面斜向上延伸形成,具有刺形的横截面形状;第一抵接唇141自主体12的右上端朝车内斜向延伸形成,具有钩形的横截面形状,第一抵接唇141的开口朝向第一密封唇151,第一抵接唇141与第一密封唇151能在主体12的上方连成U型结构;第二抵接唇142自主体12下部的内表面斜向上延伸形成,具有刺形的横截面形状。
基于此,当外水切1卡设在侧门内板22上时,第一抵接唇141和第二抵接唇142与车窗玻璃3相抵,第一密封唇151与侧门外板21上部的卡槽211相抵,第二密封唇152位于第一板件221与第二板件222之间并与第一板件221相抵,第一密封唇151与卡槽211的相抵能使得外水切1与侧门外板21之间具有紧密相贴的部位并产生静摩擦力,以协同主体12和第一抵接唇141封堵住侧面外板与车窗玻璃3之间的空隙,同时提升车内的气密性和密封性,确保外水切1在侧门总成2上的安装稳固性;进一步地,第二密封唇152与第一板件221的相抵能够在外水切1与侧门外板21之间增加一道密封结构,以进一步确保车内的气密性和密封性。优选地,第一板件221与第二板件222之间形成有第一夹角α,卡槽211与第一密封唇151之间形成有第二夹角γ,第一夹角α与第二夹角γ均为锐角,以确保第一密封唇151不必具有过长的长度即可与侧门外板21相接触。更优选地,在第一板件221上设有用于与第二密封唇152相抵的凸台2211,该凸台2211位于分离处A和卡槽211之间,并具有朝主体12凸伸的走向,以进一步缩减主体12与第一板件221之间的距离,节省第二密封唇152的用料,确保外水切1在侧门总成2上的安装稳固性以及车内的气密性和密封性。
可选地,在第一抵接唇141和第二抵接唇142的与车窗玻璃3接触的表面上包覆有一层绒毛6,用于降低车窗玻璃3升降时第一抵接唇141(或第二抵接唇142)与车窗玻璃3之间的摩擦系数,消除摩擦异响。
请进一步参阅图5和图6,在外水切1的设有第一抵接唇141和第二抵接唇142的内侧表面上,于外水切1的前端下部上存在未设有第二抵接唇142的缺口状第一让位区16,于外水切1的后端下部上存在未设有第二抵接唇142的缺口状第二让位区17,于第一让位区16后端上方的位置存在一第三让位区18,该第三让位区18具体为一在第一抵接唇141前部设置的缺口;当本实施例中的外水切1在侧门总成2上装配到位后,外水切1的前端相对于前三角窗玻璃31的前边沿朝前凸伸,外水切1的后端位于B柱饰板5中部位置的内侧,第一让位区16主要用于为前三角窗玻璃31的支撑支架(该支架属现有技术,图未示)预留安装位置,第一让位区16的后端与和其对齐的第三让位区18能相协同以用于避让A柱导轨4,第二让位区17主要用于避让位于车窗玻璃3内侧的其他车辆附件(例如内水切的端部接头,图未示)。显而易见地,外水切1上让位区的设置是本领域技术人员可以根据需要灵活调整的。
请进一步参阅图7,本实施例中主体12的端部上设有由注塑形成的端盖19,同时还设有与端盖19相连的延伸筋7,该延伸筋7在注塑时与端盖19一体成型并也与主体12相连,以确保端盖19与主体12之间连接的可靠性。具体地,端盖19包括分别位于主体12前后端上的前端盖191和后端盖192,延伸筋7具有横向筋71和纵向筋72两种形态,本实施例中前端盖191的横截面被设置为能封堵主体12前端部的形态,且在前端盖191的与主体12相接触的表面上,前端盖191与一设置在主体12外侧表面上的纵向筋72连为一体(如图8),同时还与一设置在主体12内侧表面上的纵向筋72连为一体(如图9),以间接增加前端盖191与主体12之间连接结构的强度,从而增加前端盖191在主体12上的稳固性。
同理,如图10所示,后端盖192的横截面被设置为能封堵主体12后端部的形态,且在后端盖192的与主体12相接触的表面上,后端盖192与一设置在主体12内侧表面上的纵向筋72连为一体,同时还与一设置在主体12外侧表面上的纵向筋72连为一体(如图11),以间接增加前端盖191与主体12之间连接结构的强度;优选地,在主体12的外侧表面上,该纵向筋72还与一和主体12外侧表面相连的横向筋71相连,以组合形成延伸筋7,从而更进一步地增加前端盖191在主体12上的稳固性;可选地,为了避免增加注塑难度,第二密封唇152可以被设置为不延伸至主体12与横向筋71相连接的区域的形态(如图7),以对横向筋71进行避让;当然地,也可不采用这种避让设置,而是直接使延伸筋7在第二密封唇152周侧成型并与第二密封唇152相连(如图9),此时,延伸筋7的厚度应小于第二密封唇152自主体12表面向外延伸的长度。
综上所述,通过设置一种不具有高出侧门外板21部位的外水切1,并使该外水切1包括密闭唇15和玻璃抵接唇14,使玻璃抵接唇14用于与车窗玻璃3相接触以确保实现外水切1的切水、切灰、密封和隔音功能,使密闭唇15用于与侧门内板22相抵以密封侧门内板22与外水切1之间的车辆空间,本发明能提供一种隐藏式外水切,其在日常的车辆使用过程中将隐藏在侧门外板21之下,以达到避免其外观对车辆美观性造成影响的目的;进一步地,由于其并不露出于侧门外板21,本发明中的隐藏式外水切上无需设计装饰亮条,能够降低外水切1的制造和研发成本,并提升产品竞争力;更进一步地,使用该外水切1的车辆具有区别于露出式外水切车辆的外观,其还能为车辆的外观造型设计提供多元化选择。

- 一种隐藏式外水切,用于装配在车辆的侧门总成与车窗玻璃(3)之间,其特征在于,所述外水切(1)装配在车辆上时,其最高点低于侧门外板(21)的上边沿;所述外水切(1)包括主体(12)、密闭唇(15)和玻璃抵接唇(14),所述主体(12)用于与车辆的侧门内板(22)固定连接,所述密闭唇(15)和所述玻璃抵接唇(14)自所述主体(12)分别向所述侧门外板(21)和所述车窗玻璃(3)延伸,所述密闭唇(15)用于与所述侧门内板(22)抵接以封闭所述侧门内板(22)与所述车窗玻璃(3)之间的间隙,所述玻璃抵接唇(14)用于与车窗玻璃(3)抵接;所述密闭唇(15)包括第一密封唇(151)和第二密封唇(152),所述第一密封唇(151)自所述主体(12)的上部朝所述侧门外板(21)延伸,用于在低于所述侧门外板(21)上边沿的位置与所述侧门外板(21)相抵;所述第二密封唇(152)位于所述第一密封唇(151)的下方,并自所述主体(12)的朝向所述侧门外板(21)的表面向所述第一板件(221)倾斜延伸,用于与所述第一板件(221)相抵。
- 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式外水切,其特征在于,所述主体(12)用于与包括第一板件(221)和第二板件(222)的侧门内板(22)固定连接,所述密闭唇(15)用于与所述第一板件(221)抵接,所述主体(12)用于与所述第二板件(222)固定连接;所述第一板件(221)与所述侧门外板(21)固定连接并位于所述第二板件(222)靠近车外的一侧,所述第一板件(221)与所述第二板件(222)的下部相互贴合,所述第一板件(221)与所述第二板件(222)的上端分别向所述侧门外板(21)和所述车窗玻璃(3)所在的方向延伸。
- 如权利要求2所述的隐藏式外水切,其特征在于,所述玻璃抵接唇(14)包括第一抵接唇(141),所述第一抵接唇(141)与所述第一密封唇(151)间隔设置,并自所述主体(12)的上部朝所述车窗玻璃(3)延伸;所述第一抵接唇(14)用于与所述车窗玻璃(3)相抵,并用于与所述主体(12)以及所述第一密封唇(151)协同以密封所述侧门外板(21)与所述车窗玻璃(3)之间的空隙。
- 如权利要求2所述的隐藏式外水切,其特征在于,还包括装配唇(13),所述主体(12)呈U型,所述主体(12)用于开口朝下地卡设在所述第二板件(222)上,所述装配唇(13)自所述主体(12)内部的一内侧壁向与该内侧壁相对的另一内侧壁延伸,所述装配唇(13)用于与伸入所述主体(12)中的所述第二板件(222)相抵。
- 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式外水切,其特征在于,所述主体(12)的端部上设有端盖(19)和延伸筋(7),所述端盖(19)通过注塑与所述主体(12)连为一体,所述延伸筋(7)与所述端盖(19)通过注塑连为一体,且所述延伸筋(7)与所述主体(12)通过注塑连为一体;延伸筋(7)具有横向筋(71)和纵向筋(72)两种形态。
- 如权利要求5所述的隐藏式外水切,其特征在于,所述端盖(19)包括分别位于所述主体(12)前后端上的前端盖(191)和后端盖(192);所述前端盖(191)的横截面被设置为能封堵所述主体(12)前端部的形态,且在所述前端盖(191)的与所述主体(12)相接触的表面上,所述前端盖(191)与一设置在所述主体(12)外侧表面上的纵向筋(72)连为一体,还与一设置在所述主体(12)内侧表面上的所述纵向筋(72)连为一体;所述后端盖(192)的横截面被设置为能封堵所述主体(12)后端部的形态,且在所述后端盖(192)的与所述主体(12)相接触的表面上,所述后端盖(192)与一设置在所述主体(12)内侧表面上的纵向筋(72)连为一体,还与一设置在所述主体(12)外侧表面上的纵向筋(72)连为一体;或所述前端盖(191)的横截面被设置为能封堵所述主体(12)前端部的形态,且在所述前端盖(191)的与所述主体(12)相接触的表面上,所述前端盖(191)与一设置在所述主体(12)外侧表面上的纵向筋(72)连为一体,还与一设置在所述主体(12)内侧表面上的所述纵向筋(72)连为一体;所述后端盖(192)的横截面被设置为能封堵所述主体(12)后端部的形态,且在所述后端盖(192)的与所述主体(12)相接触的表面上,所述后端盖(192)与一设置在所述主体(12)内侧表面上的纵向筋(72)连为一体,还与一设置在所述主体(12)外侧表面上的纵向筋(72)连为一体;该纵向筋(72)还与一和所述主体(12)外侧表面相连的横向筋(71)相连。
- 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的隐藏式外水切(1),还包括侧门外板(21)和侧门内板(22),所述侧门内板(22)包括第一板件(221)和第二板件(222),所述第一板件(221)与所述侧门外板(21)固定连接并位于所述第二板件(222)靠近车外的一侧,所述第一板件(221)与所述第二板件(222)的下端相互贴合,所述第一板件(221)与所述第二板件(222)的上端分别向所述侧门外板(21)和所述车窗玻璃(3)所在的方向延伸,所述第一板件(221)与所述侧门外板(21)固定连接,所述第二板件(222)与所述主体(12)固定连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述第二板件(222)的上端位于所述第一板件(221)与所述车窗玻璃(3)之间,所述第一板件(221)的上端伸入位于所述侧门外板(21)上部的卡槽(211)中,所述卡槽(211)由所述侧门外板(21)的上缘向车内侧弯折形成,所述密封唇(15)与所述卡槽(211)相抵。
- 如权利要求7所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述第一板件(221)与所述第二板件(222)的靠近二者连接部位的部分之间形成第一夹角α,所述侧门外板(21)与所述密封唇(15)之间形成第二夹角γ,所述第一夹角α和所述第二夹角γ均为锐角。
