Abstract
The invention relates to a method for coating a printed material web (1), in which method, in the order specified, the material web (1) is drawn off a supply roll (2), and, first, a first resin coating is applied onto one side in a first coating apparatus (7), the material web (1) is then guided through a breathing section (9) and is subsequently coated with resin on both sides in a second coating apparatus (8), and the material web (1) is subsequently dried, cooled and wound up or cut to form sheets. The aim of the invention is to improve the method in such a way that it can be carried out in a simple and clean manner and yields an improved quality of the product. Claims
1. Verfahren zum Beschichten einer bedruckten Warenbahn (1), wobei in der angegebenen Reihenfolge die Warenbahn (1) von einer Vorratsrolle (2) abgezogen wird und zuerst einseitig in einem ersten Beschichtungsapparat (7) eine erste Beschichtung aus Harz aufgetragen wird, die Warenbahn (1) dann durch eine Atmungsstrecke (9) geführt und anschließend in einem zweiten Beschichtungsapparat (8) beidseitig mit Harz beschichtet wird , wobei die Atmungsstrecke (9) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Beschichtungsapparat (7, 8) durch eine Breitstreckwalze (14) und eine Umlenkrolle (15) gebildet ist, und die Warenbahn (1) anschließend getrocknet, gekühlt und aufgewickelt oder zu Bogen geschnitten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Beschichtung auf eine bedruckte Seite der Warenbahn (1) aufgetragen wird und dass die beschichtete bedruckte Seite die Atmungsstrecke (9) berührungslos durchläuft. 1.
