该座椅结构,通过设置一通过过渡连杆与底座前部转动连接的座支撑件、一椅背组件和一杠杆驱动件,形成一个四连杆杠杆连杆臂结构。在使用过程中,底座固定不动,人体作用在椅背组件上的力,在转动连接的杠杆驱动件和椅背组件以及座支撑件之间相互传递,从而带动座支撑件在底座上实现上下抬起,进而实现前后倾仰。更重要的是,杠杆驱动件与底座大致平行,并且杠杆驱动件与座支撑件大致处于同一面上,这样就使得椅背组件为椅座连为一体,方便配置一整张网布,也就是网布可以由上到下连为一体,避免分开。该座椅结构,可以适用于任何人,而且也不存在制造材料的限制,当不同的使用者使用时,不需要施加将整个座椅抬起的力,就可以实现轻松后仰和前倾,由于不同使用者其向后倾压的力的大小不同,椅背组件及杠杆驱动件之间力的传递大小不同,进而实现座支撑件抬起及前后倾仰幅度的大小不同,能够满足不同人全的舒适度要求。
作为优选,所述的椅背组件包括连接件与支架,所述的连接件通过枢轴与底座后部转动连接,所述的支架包括一背框上支架及处于背框上支架左右两旁的向下延伸的侧支架,所述的杠杆驱动件为左右对称的两个,且杠杆驱动件是由侧支架中下部位置向前延伸形成,两个侧支架的下端朝中间交汇并向前延伸与连接件相连;所述的座支撑件包括左右对称的两支撑杆,两支撑杆后部分别与两个杠杆驱动件转动连接,两支撑杆前部通过横杆连为一体;杠杆驱动件与支撑杆大致连为一条直线。这样的话,就形成了连为一体的椅背与椅座,方便配置网布。
作为优选,所述的座支撑件的前端向下向后弯折延伸设置为人体坐姿位结构,并且座支撑件与底座呈架体结构转动连接。座支撑件的结构既满足人体坐姿的要求,又能够方便其前倾和后仰。
作为优选,所述的座支撑件与过渡连杆连接的一端设置有第一限位结构,所述的底座与过渡连杆转动连接处设置有第二限位结构。所述的限位结构可以在过渡连杆转动时起到限位作用,防止运动行程过大;再者,在初始状态时,上述限位结构可以对座支撑件形成有效支撑,防止压塌。
作为优选,所述的第一限位结构为弧形限位凸起。
作为优选,所述的第二限位结构为弧形限位凸起或为限位销或为限位齿。
作为优选,所述的底座包括一底板和两侧板,所述的底板在前后长度方向上呈弧形结构设置。
作为优选,所述的连接件呈U形结构设置,所述的连接件的前端与底座的后端内外配合并且可相对转动连接。

作为优选,所述的复位装置为至少一个复位压簧。复位压簧设置在底座内部,复位压簧可以根据复位力的大小选择设置有不同数量,但无论数量多少,都隐藏在底座内,使整个座椅外形美观,复位方便。
作为优选,复位压簧设置在底座、连接件围合的空间内,所述的复位压簧的两端分别与底座和连接件相连接。复位压簧设置在底座、连接件围合的空间内,不额外占用空间,使座椅整体外形更加美观。
作为优选,在底座与连接件上各横设有一销轴,复位压簧的两端分别连接底座、连接件上的销轴。两个销轴分别穿设在底座、连接件上,当连接件转动时,连接件上的销轴绕枢轴转动,并靠近底座上的销轴,而复位压簧连接于两销轴之间,受到压缩变形,产生复位弹力。
为了方便复位压簧与销轴连接,作为优选,所述的复位压簧包括一压簧本体和设置在压簧本体两端的连接座,连接座上设有轴孔,所述的销轴穿设在连接座的轴孔内。
作为优选,所述的杠杆驱动件与支架一体设置。杠杆驱动件可以是支架的一体向下延伸的一段,人体向后的倾压力通过支架传递到杠杆驱动件上,杠杆驱动件带动座支撑件运动,实现整个座椅结构的前后运动。
作为另一种优选,所述的杠杆驱动件与支架分体设置并固定连接。当然,杠杆驱动件也可以是单独设置的连接在支架下端,实现对座支撑件的驱动。

作为优选,所述的复位弹簧配置于比枢轴更靠前方的位置。相当于复位弹簧完全隐藏于底座内部空间内,从而充分利用了底座内部的高度空间,座椅外部不会因为布置了复位弹簧而产生凸出,也不会对外观造成损害。
作为优选,所述的复位弹簧为压簧。
作为优选,底座上端设有上限位板,复位弹簧设置在椅背组件下端与上限位板之间。复位弹簧上端被上限位板限位,使得复位弹簧被约束在底座内的高度空间内,不会向外凸出,充分利用了底座内的狭小空间。

采用了上述技术方案的本发明的设计出发点、理念及有益效果是:
本发明首先提供了一种座椅结构,整体形成一呈封闭式环状的杠杆连杆臂结构,也就是说杠杆驱动件的椅背组件、座支撑件、过渡连杆以及底座组成四连杆机构;底座固定不动,椅背组件转动时通过杠杆驱动件将过渡连杆以及座支撑件前、后部抬起,椅背组件的驱动力和座支撑件的回复力形成对抗关系,因此,体重较轻或较重的人都能轻松地倾仰和回复起身,从而满足人体坐姿处于舒适度程度的要求。
再进一步说,杠杆驱动件与底座大致平行,并且杠杆驱动件与座支撑件大致处于同一面上,这样就使得椅背组件为椅座部分连为一体,方便配置网布,也就是网布可以由上到下连为一体,避免分开,外形更为顺畅美观。
本发明的座椅结构设置了底座提供了较为稳固的支撑,另将座支撑件悬空设置,并使座支撑件前端与底座前端转动连接,椅背组件又与底座后端转动连接;因此当椅背组件转动时,通过杠杆驱动件形成力的传导,给座支撑件以向上的力,使得座支撑件向上抬起,而人体施加于座支撑件的重力形成座支撑件复位的回复力,椅背组件的驱动力和座支撑件的回复力形成对抗关系,因此,体重较轻或较重的人都能轻松地倾仰和回复起身,适用人群范围更广。
再进一步说,又设置了对椅背组件进行辅助复位的复位装置,复位装置为至少一个复位压簧,复位压簧的数量多少可以根据人体的体重等指标进行设置,但由于底座的存在,无论复位压簧数量为几个,复位装置设置在底座、连接件围合的空间内,不额外占用空间,使座椅整体外形更加美观;使得该座椅结构可根据不同人体施加的力的大小实现不同程度的后倾,以适应不同使用者的需要。
具体的说,当人坐在座椅上时,人体施加在椅背组件上的后倾力,通过椅背组件传递到杠杆驱动件,杠杆驱动件驱动座支撑件向上抬起向后运动,此时,椅背组件与连接件一起绕底座向后转动,到达后倾位置。人体前倾时,施加在椅背组件上的力消失,椅背组件在复位装置回复力的带动下向前运动,此时,座支撑件在人体重力下又进一步下压杠杆驱动件使其复位,座支撑件回复到原静止位即初始位置,适用人群范围更广,根据使用者不同,可以设置不同的复位力,进而可以施加不同的后倾力,更具有通用性。
总体来说,本发明提供了一种无需手动调节,更人性化、通用性更好的重力自适应座椅,根据人体重量,椅背倾仰回复力有相应匹配,使得无论体重轻或者重的人都可以轻松倾仰回复起身。
再者,人在向后靠的过程中,座支撑件即椅座也跟随椅背的转动向后移动,使椅背腰部支撑始终贴合人体后背的对应位置,避免了椅背腰部支撑脱离人体腰部产生腰部悬空,也避免了衣物与座椅椅背产生摩擦。

本发明的实施方式
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
首先定义本发明各部件的参考方位,本发明以座椅在正常使用状态作为参考,座椅的前方为前方,而座椅的后方包括椅背组件所在的位置为后方。
实施例1:
在图1、图2所示的实施例中,一种座椅结构,包括:
底座1,配置为连接到椅子底座组件;底座1优选为金属底座;椅子底座组件(未图示)包括支撑柱、从支撑柱下端径向延伸的多个支撑腿和支撑腿端部的脚轮,所述的支撑柱可以为气杆。
座支撑件2,座支撑件2设置于底座1上方并与底座1保持大致平行状态,座支撑件2与底座1前端通过一过渡连杆8转动连接;所述的座支撑件2包括左右对称的两支撑杆61,两支撑杆61前部通过横杆62连为一体;横杆62通过过渡连杆8与底座1前部转动连接;座支撑件2的前端向下向后弯折延伸设置为人体坐姿位结构,并且座支撑件2与底座1呈架体结构转动连接;人体坐姿位结构符合人工体学,使人体坐感更为舒适,腿部感觉良好;
过渡连杆8的两端分别设置有呈弧形的连杆限位结构25;座支撑件2与过渡连杆8连接的一端对应于连杆限位结构设置有第一限位结构9,底座1与过渡连杆8转动连接处设置有第二限位结构21。第一限位结构9为弧形限位凸起,第二限位结构21为弧形限位凸起或为限位销或为限位齿。本实施例中第二限位结构21为限位销(见图3)。
椅背组件3,包括连接件4与支架5,连接件4与底座1后部通过枢轴6转动连接,支架5转动时带动连接件4绕所述枢轴6转动;连接件4相当于椅背组件3与底座1的连接纽带。所述的支架5包括一背框上支架51及处于背框上支架51左右两旁的向下延伸的侧支架511,两个侧支架511的下端朝中间交汇形成背框下支架52,背框下支架52向前延伸与连接件4相连;支撑杆61与侧支架511之间连接有扶手53。
杠杆驱动件7,其连接于所述支架5与座支撑件2之间,两个杠杆驱动件7分别与两支撑杆61后部转动连接;所述的杠杆驱动件7对应座支撑件2也为左右对称的两个,且杠杆驱动件7是由侧支架511中下部位置向前延伸形成;所述杠杆驱动件7与座支撑件2大致处于同一面上,也就是说杠杆驱动件7与支撑杆61大致连为一条直线并且两者均与底座1大致保持平行。所述杠杆驱动件与座支撑件大致处于同一面上,并非意指两者处处都处于同一平面上,广义上排除两者之间呈大于20度的夹角的情况,更恰当的是以椅座不会出现太大的突兀变形,即以简洁流畅为目的来配置。
杠杆驱动件7并非自身有驱动能力,而是依靠椅背组件3转动传递力;当支架5从初始位置向后转动时,通过杠杆驱动件7将座支撑件2抬起;当支架5复位时,又通过杠杆驱动件7将座支撑件2复位至初始位置。支架5为配合人体背部结构设置的一体式构件。
底座1包括一底板26和两侧板27(见图5),底板26在前后长度方向上呈弧形结构设置。连接件4呈U形结构设置,具体的说,连接件4具有间隔相对设置的两个臂部41,连接件4的前端亦即臂部41与底座1的后端内外配合并且可相对转动连接。
连接件4的两臂部41与底座1的两侧板27相转动配合处上分别设置有枢接孔12,连接件4与底座1通过设置在枢接孔12内部的枢轴6转动连接。
底座1或连接件4其中一个上设置有限位长孔15,对应的另一个上设置有限位轴14(见图3、图5),限位长孔15设置在枢接孔12前方,连接件4通过限位轴14实现前后翘动的引导限位。连接件4的后端两侧配合支架5设置有固定卡接结构13。
如图2、3、5、7、8所示,底座1与连接件4之间设置有复位装置16;具体的说,复位装置16为2~5个并排设置的复位压簧;复位压簧的两端分别与底座1和连接件4相连接;具体的说,在底座1与连接件4上各横设有一销轴10,复位压簧的两端分别连接底座1、连接件4上的销轴10。复位压簧包括一压簧本体18和设置在压簧本体两端的连接座17,连接座17上设有轴孔42,所述的销轴10穿设在连接座17的轴孔42内。
杠杆驱动件7与支架5一体设置;再或是杠杆驱动件7与支架5分体设置并固定连接。本实施例中杠杆驱动件7与支架5一体设置。
杠杆驱动件7与座支撑件2通过一组连杆20转动连接。连杆20包括第一连杆19和第二连杆29,第一连杆19与座支撑件2通过三颗螺钉固定相连,第二连杆29与杠杆驱动件7通过三颗螺钉固定相连,第一连杆19和第二连杆29通过转轴30转动连接。第一连杆19和第二连杆29其中任意一个上设置有限位孔31,对应的另一个上设置有限位销轴32,限位销轴32插在限位孔31内。
该座椅结构,通过设置一通过过渡连杆8与座椅前部转动连接的座支撑件2、一椅背组件和一杠杆驱动件,形成一个四连杆杠杆连杆臂结构(见图3、图4)。在使用过程中,人体作用在椅背组件上的力,在转动连接的杠杆驱动件和椅背组件以及座支撑件之间相互传递,从而带动座支撑件在底座上实现上下抬起,进而实现前后倾仰(见图5、图6)。

扭簧座23包括一扭簧前座33和一扭簧后座34,扭簧前座33和扭簧后座34上分别设置一对转接壁35,扭簧前座33和扭簧后座34上的转接壁35转动连接后形成安装腔体36,扭簧24包括扭簧本体37和扭力臂38,扭簧24设置在安装腔体36内部,实现扭力复位。
杠杆驱动件7为一组连杆连杆20包括第一连杆19和第二连杆29,第一连杆19与座支撑件2固定相连,第二连杆29与杠杆驱动件7固定相连,第一连杆19和第二连杆29通过转轴30转动连接。第一连杆19和第二连杆29其中任意一个上设置有限位凸起39,对应的另一个上设置有限位槽40。
该座椅结构,也可以通过设置一与座椅前部转动连接的座支撑件、一转接件、一椅背组件和一杠杆驱动件,而椅背组件直接与底座后端转动连接,从而形成一个杠杆连杆臂结构。在使用过程中(见图14、15),人体作用在椅背组件上的力,在转动连接的杠杆驱动件和椅背组件以及座支撑件之间相互传递,从而带动座支撑件在底座上实现上下抬起,进而实现前后倾仰(见图12、图13)。
该实施例提供了一种座椅,包括:
一如上所述的座椅结构;
用于支撑座椅结构的底座组件;
网布(未图示),所述的网布由上到下绷在椅背组件、杠杆驱动件与座支撑件上,且所述的网布由上到下连为一体。
上述实施例所述的座椅结构,当人体向后倾压椅背组件3时,椅背组件3在倾压力作用向后运动,向后的倾压力通过椅背组件3向下传递到杠杆驱动件7,杠杆驱动件7带动座支撑件2向上抬起并向后运动,实现人体及座椅结构的后倾;当人体向前倾时,椅背组件3上的倾压力消失,复位装置带动椅背组件3复位至初始位置。再进一步说,该座椅结构通过过渡连杆和过连杆一组杠杆连杆机构实现各组件之间的转动,并通过限位装置进行限位。既方便力的施加和传递,而在于使得各组件之间的动作更加流畅。
该座椅结构及其座椅,可以适合于任何材料制作,也可以适用于任何人,复位装置可以根据外观设计、人体体重等需要进行设置,以满足不同的使用要求以及不同人群的使用,并且能够满足人体坐姿舒适度的要求。
实施例3:本实施例与实施例1中在杠杆驱动件、椅背组件、座支撑件、过渡连杆以及底座等四连杆组成与结构关系方面基本相同,本实施例与实施例1主要区别点在于:如图16-25所示,在椅背组件3与底座1之间纵向配置有复位弹簧71,再具体的说,所述的复位弹簧71配置于比枢轴6更靠前方的位置。纵向配置并未限定为严格意义上的纵向,并不一定是指复位弹簧71的中心线与铅垂线重合,在广义上意指排除横向配置的程度,更恰当的是与椅背组件下端在转动时向上施力的方向基本保持一致。
具体的说,所述的复位弹簧71为压簧,底座1上端设有上限位板81,复位弹簧71设置在椅背组件3下端与上限位板81之间。
再具体的说,如图18-21所示,底座1包括一底板26和沿底板26两侧向上延伸的两侧板27。所述的椅背组件3包括连接件4与用于作为靠背或椅背的支架5,所述的连接件4包括左右对称的端板91及连接两端板91的连接板92,端板91与侧板27平行设置,所述的端板91与侧板27通过枢轴6转动连接;所述的上限位板81通过两端向下延伸的凸耳811与底座的两侧板27铰接设置,在连接件4上设有下限位板82,所述的下限位板82通过两端向上延伸的凸耳811与两侧的端板91铰接设置,复位弹簧71设置在上限位板81与下限位板82之间。
再进一步说,所述的复位弹簧71为并排设置的至少两个,其从左到右设置在底座1内,在上、下限位板81、82上相对设有至少两个定位柱83,复位弹簧71的上下两端分别与对应的定位柱83套接定位。

Claims (1)

1、 一种座椅结构,其特征是包括:
底座,配置为连接到椅子底座组件;
座支撑件,所述座支撑件设置于底座上方,且座支撑件前部与底座前部经由一过渡连杆转动连接;
椅背组件,与底座后部通过枢轴转动连接;
杠杆驱动件,其连接于所述椅背组件与座支撑件之间,并且杠杆驱动件与座支撑件后部转动连接,所述杠杆驱动件与座支撑件大致处于同一面上;当椅背组件从初始位置绕枢轴向后转动时,通过杠杆驱动件将座支撑件后部朝着斜向后方抬起,并同时拉起过渡连杆及座支撑件前部。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的椅背组件包括连接件与支架,所述的连接件通过枢轴与底座后部转动连接,所述的支架包括一背框上支架及处于背框上支架左右两旁的向下延伸的侧支架,所述的杠杆驱动件为左右对称的两个,且杠杆驱动件是由侧支架中下部位置向前延伸形成,两个侧支架的下端朝中间交汇并向前延伸与连接件相连;所述的座支撑件包括左右对称的两支撑杆,两支撑杆后部分别与两个杠杆驱动件转动连接,两支撑杆前部通过横杆连为一体;杠杆驱动件与支撑杆大致连为一条直线。
3、 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的座支撑件的前端向下向后弯折延伸设置为人体坐姿位结构。
4、 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的座支撑件与过渡连杆连接的一端设置有第一限位结构,所述的底座与过渡连杆转动连接处设置有第二限位结构。
5、 根据权利要求4所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的第一限位结构为弧形限位凸起。
6、 根据权利要求4所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的第二限位结构为弧形限位凸起或为限位销或为限位齿。
7、 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的底座包括一底板和两侧板,所述的底板在前后长度方向上呈弧形结构设置。
8、 根据权利要求7所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的连接件呈U形结构设置,所述的连接件的前端与底座的后端内外配合并且通过枢轴转动连接。
9、 根据权利要求8所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的连接件与底座转动配合处的两侧板上分别设置有枢接孔,枢轴穿设在枢接孔内。
10、 根据权利要求9所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的底座或连接件其中一个上设置有限位长孔,对应的另一个上设置有限位轴,所述的限位长孔设置在枢接孔前方,所述的连接件通过限位轴实现前后翘动的引导限位。
11、 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的连接件的后端两侧配合支架设置有固定卡接结构。
12、 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的底座与连接件之间设置有复位装置。
13、 根据权利要求12所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的复位装置为至少一个复位压簧。
14、 根据权利要求13所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:复位压簧设置在底座、连接件围合的空间内,所述的复位压簧的两端分别与底座和连接件相连接。
15、 根据权利要求14所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:在底座与连接件上各横设有一销轴,复位压簧的两端分别连接底座、连接件上的销轴。
16、 根据权利要求15所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的复位压簧包括一压簧本体和设置在压簧本体两端的连接座,连接座上设有轴孔,所述的销轴穿设在连接座的轴孔内。
17、 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的杠杆驱动件与支架一体设置。
18、 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的杠杆驱动件与支架分体设置并固定连接。
19、 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的杠杆驱动件与座支撑件通过一组连杆转动连接。
20、 根据权利要求19所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的连杆包括第一连杆和第二连杆,第一连杆与座支撑件固定相连,第二连杆与杠杆驱动件固定相连,所述的第一连杆和第二连杆通过转轴转动连接。
21、 根据权利要求20所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的第一连杆和第二连杆其中任意一个上设置有限位孔,对应的另一个上设置有限位销轴。
22、 一种座椅,其特征在于包括:
如权利要求1至21任一项所述的座椅结构;
用于支撑座椅结构的底座组件;
网布,所述的网布由上到下绷在椅背组件、杠杆驱动件与座支撑件上,且所述的网布由上到下连为一体。
23、 一种座椅结构,其特征是包括:
底座,配置为连接到椅子底座组件;
座支撑件,所述座支撑件设置于底座上方,且座支撑件前部与底座前部经由一过渡连杆转动连接;
椅背组件,与底座后部通过枢轴转动连接;
杠杆驱动件,其连接于所述椅背组件与座支撑件之间,并且杠杆驱动件与座支撑件后部转动连接,所述杠杆驱动件与座支撑件大致处于同一面上;当椅背组件从初始位置绕枢轴向后转动时,通过杠杆驱动件将座支撑件后部朝着斜向后方抬起,并同时拉起过渡连杆及座支撑件前部;
复位弹簧,纵向配置于椅背组件与底座之间;在椅背组件向后转动时复位弹簧产生反作用力。
24、 根据权利要求23所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的复位弹簧配置于比枢轴更靠前方的位置。
25、 根据权利要求23所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的复位弹簧为压簧。
26、 根据权利要求23所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:底座上端设有上限位板,复位弹簧设置在椅背组件下端与上限位板之间。
27、 根据权利要求26所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的底座包括一底板和由底板两侧向上延伸的两侧板,所述的椅背组件包括连接件与用于作为靠背的支架,所述的连接件包括左右对称的端板及连接两端板的连接板,所述的端板与侧板通过枢轴转动连接;所述的上限位板通过两端的凸耳与底座的两侧板铰接设置,在连接件上设有下限位板,所述的下限位板通过两端的凸耳与端板铰接设置,复位弹簧设置在上限位板与下限位板之间。
28、 根据权利要求27所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的复位弹簧为并排设置的至少两个,在上、下限位板上相对设有至少两个定位柱,复位弹簧的上下两端分别与对应的定位柱套接定位。
29、 根据权利要求23所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的椅背组件包括连接件与支架,所述的连接件通过枢轴与底座后部转动连接,所述的支架包括一背框上支架及处于背框上支架左右两旁的向下延伸的侧支架,所述的杠杆驱动件为左右对称的两个,且杠杆驱动件是由侧支架中下部位置向前延伸形成,两个侧支架的下端朝中间交汇并向前延伸与连接件相连;所述的座支撑件包括左右对称的两支撑杆,两支撑杆后部分别与两个杠杆驱动件转动连接,两支撑杆前部通过横杆连为一体;杠杆驱动件与支撑杆大致连为一条直线。
30、 根据权利要求23所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的座支撑件的前端向下向后弯折延伸设置为人体坐姿位结构。
31、 根据权利要求23所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的座支撑件与过渡连杆连接的一端设置有第一限位结构,所述的底座与过渡连杆转动连接处设置有第二限位结构。
32、 根据权利要求31所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的第一限位结构为弧形限位凸起。
33、 根据权利要求31所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的第二限位结构为弧形限位凸起或为限位销或为限位齿。
34、 根据权利要求23所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:底座包括底板及沿底板两侧向上延伸的侧板,所述的连接件与底座转动配合处的两侧板上分别设置有枢接孔,枢轴穿设在枢接孔内。
35、 根据权利要求34所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的底座或连接件其中一个上设置有限位长孔,对应的另一个上设置有限位轴,所述的限位长孔设置在枢接孔前方,所述的连接件通过限位轴实现前后翘动的引导限位。
36、 根据权利要求23所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的杠杆驱动件与座支撑件通过一组连杆转动连接。
37、 根据权利要求36所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的连杆包括第一连杆和第二连杆,第一连杆与座支撑件固定相连,第二连杆与杠杆驱动件固定相连,所述的第一连杆和第二连杆通过转轴转动连接。
38、 根据权利要求37所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的第一连杆和第二连杆其中任意一个上设置有限位孔,对应的另一个上设置有限位销轴。
39、 根据权利要求29所述的一种座椅结构,其特征是:所述的杠杆驱动件与支架一体设置;或者所述的杠杆驱动件与支架分体设置并固定连接。
40、 一种座椅,其特征在于包括:
如权利要求23至39任一项所述的座椅结构;
用于支撑座椅结构的底座组件;
网布,所述的网布由上到下绷在椅背组件、杠杆驱动件与座支撑件上,且所述的网布由上到下连为一体。
