上述转椅托盘的调节装置完全靠扭力弹簧来调节,对于体重不同的人来讲,所需要的扭力弹簧的力需要有所不同,使产品没有很好的通用性。针对此问题,专利号为:“201020264417.6”的中国专利公开了一种滚动轴调节转椅托盘,其利用加载在座面的重力传导为靠背的回复力,能基本实现满足不同体重的人使用而不需调节。但坐在安装上述托盘的座椅上向后倾仰时,由于人体部分重力由靠背支撑且比重逐步增大,使加载在座面的重力逐步变小,则重力传导到靠背的回复力随之变小,导致在最大倾仰角时靠背回复力不足,回复力过于依赖弹性复位装置的弹性回复,因此适用人群范围有限,体重较轻的人难以倾仰,体重较重的人倾仰后难以回复起身,无法达到最合理匹配回复力。
上述底盘存在的问题是,在人体向后倾仰过程中,在相同的椅座重力加载情况下,底盘的回复力力矩都是逐步减小或保持不变,由于倾仰过程中施加于椅背的压力变大,驱动力变大,导致回复力不足以对抗驱动力,且回复力过于依赖弹性复位装置的弹性回复,因此适用人群范围有限,体重较轻的人难以倾仰,体重较重的人倾仰后难以回复起身。
因此需要设计一种回复力对弹性复位装置的弹性回复力依赖程度小的转椅底盘,使其能够适用范围更广的人群,使体重较轻或较重的人都能轻松地倾仰和回复起身。这样的底盘大体框架包括用以连接气杆的底座、用以固定椅座的托架及用以连接椅背的翘板,托架通过翘板来驱动,为使托架复位,托架或翘板连接有弹性复位装置,在这样的底盘里,托架的驱动机构是设计的重点,其是能够解决上述问题的关键所在。
技术解决方案
本发明克服了上述现有技术中所存在的不足,提供了一种可在托架运动过程中提供合理回复力的托架驱动机构;从而使椅背在倾仰过程中,加载于椅座的重力传导到椅背回复力的比率逐步增大,在整个过程中始终提供合理的靠背回复力,使得体重较轻或较重的人都能轻松地倾仰和回复起身。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,包括用以连接气杆的底座、用以固定椅座的托架及用以连接椅背的翘板,托架、翘板均设置在底座内,翘板中部通过第一销轴与底座铰接,翘板的前部设有第一连杆、第二连杆,第一连杆的一端与翘板前端铰接,第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端通过第三销轴铰接且第三销轴与托架相连,第二连杆的另一端通过第二销轴与底座铰接,在托架的两侧对称开设有与第一销轴配合的用以导引托架运动轨迹的轨道槽,第一销轴穿设在轨道槽内,翘板转动通过第一、第二连杆带动托架沿轨道槽的轨迹运动。
第二销轴有两种形式不妨碍托架运动,作为优选,第二销轴穿过或避开托架后与底座相连。
作为优选,在托架的两侧对称开设有与第二销轴配合的用以在托架运动时避让第二销轴的镂空槽,第二销轴穿设在镂空槽内。在托架两侧开设了镂空槽,使得托架在运动时,不受第二销轴的阻碍。
作为优选,托架两侧的干涉到第二销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第二销轴。
作为优选,所述的第一销轴为一整根长轴,第一销轴的两端各自依次穿过翘板、轨道槽后与底座相连。这样可以保证其能够提供足够的强度,使翘板能够转动自如。
作为优选,所述的第一销轴为两根独立的短轴,在底座上对应固定设有两个支架,每个短轴的一端依次穿过翘板、轨道槽后与底座相连,每个短轴的另一端插在相应的支架内。采用这样的结构使底座内部更加简洁,并且第一销轴通过支架支撑,满足了强度的要求。
作为优选,所述的第二销轴为一整根长轴,第二销轴的两端各自依次穿过第二连杆、镂空槽后与底座相连。同样这样可以保证其能够提供足够的强度,使第二连杆能够转动自如。
托架两侧的干涉到第二销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第二销轴及第二销轴与底座的连接处,在这样的条件下,作为优选,所述的第二销轴为一整根长轴,第二销轴的两端各自穿过第二连杆后插置在第二轴孔内。
作为优选,所述的第二销轴为两根独立的小轴,在底座上对应固定设有两个支座,每个小轴的一端依次穿过第二连杆、镂空槽后与底座相连,每个小轴的另一端插在相应的支座内。采用这样的结构使底座内部更加简洁,并且可以避开弹性复位装置,使其不受阻碍,而且第二销轴通过支座支撑,满足了强度的要求。
托架两侧的干涉到第二销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第二销轴及第二销轴与底座的连接处,在这样的条件下,作为优选,所述的第二销轴为两根独立的小轴,在底座上对应固定设有两个支座,每个小轴的一端穿过第二连杆后与底座相连,每个小轴的另一端插在相应的支座内。
作为优选,第一销轴与底座相连是指:在底座后端的两侧对称设有第一轴孔,第一销轴插置在第一轴孔内。
作为优选,第二销轴与底座相连是指:在底座前端的两侧对称设有第二轴孔,第二销轴插置在第二轴孔内。
作为优选,第三销轴与托架相连是指:第三销轴穿插在托架内。第三销轴可以带动托架同步运动。
作为优选,所述的底座包括用以连接气杆的底板,在底板的左右两侧沿竖直方向各设有一支撑板,支撑板与底板固定相连,第一销轴、第二销轴是与底座的支撑板相连;所述的托架包括两块间隔平行且沿竖直方向设置的基板,基板贴于支撑板,且基板上端弯折形成用以连接椅座的托板,在两块基板之间固定连接有连板,翘板设置在两基板之间。底座将托架包覆于其中,结构合理,整体更加美观。
作为优选,由下往上所述的第一连杆是朝着接近翘板的方向倾斜设置,由下往上所述的第二连杆是朝着背离翘板的方向倾斜设置,在托架运动过程中,第二连杆与铅垂线的夹角始终不超过90度。在人体向后倾仰过程中,人体背部对连接于翘板的靠背施加驱动力,翘板转动以撬动连杆运动,使得第二连杆与铅垂线的夹角逐渐增大,而第二连杆与水平线的锐角夹角逐步减小,则托架施加于第二连杆的旋转力分力增大,从而实现重力加载对于翘板及连杆机构的回复力力矩逐步增大,与随着靠背的倾仰逐步增大的驱动力形成对抗,回复力对弹性复位装置的弹性回复力依赖较小,适合不同胖瘦人群的需要。
为了能让托架始终沿斜向上方向运动,作为优选,由下往上所述的轨道槽与镂空槽均是朝着靠近翘板的方向倾斜设置。
一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,包括用以连接气杆的底座、用以固定椅座的托架及用以连接椅背的翘板,托架、翘板均设置在底座内,翘板中部通过第一销轴与底座铰接,翘板的前部设有第一连杆、第二连杆,第一连杆的一端与翘板前端铰接,第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端通过第三销轴铰接且第三销轴与托架相连,第二连杆的另一端通过第二销轴与底座铰接,在托架的两侧对称开设有用以导引托架运动轨迹的轨道槽,在底座上设有与轨道槽配合的导轴,所述的导轴插在轨道槽内,翘板转动通过第一、第二连杆带动托架沿轨道槽的轨迹运动。在这样的方式中,第一销轴、第二销轴均不对托架运动轨迹起到导引作用,而是由底座上另外设置的导轴与托架上的轨道槽配合,使托架能够沿轨道槽的轨迹运动。
作为优选,第一销轴穿过或避开托架后与底座相连,同样,第二销轴穿过或避开托架后与底座相连。由此,第一销轴、第二销轴均不对托架的运动产生妨碍。
作为优选,第一销轴穿过托架是指:在托架的两侧对称开设有与第一销轴配合的用以在托架运动时避让第一销轴的镂空槽一,第一销轴穿设在镂空槽一内;第一销轴避开托架是指:托架两侧的干涉到第一销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第一销轴。
作为优选,第二销轴穿过托架是指:在托架的两侧对称开设有与第二销轴配合的用以在托架运动时避让第二销轴的镂空槽二,第二销轴穿设在镂空槽二内;第二销轴避开托架是指:托架两侧的干涉到第二销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第二销轴。
有益效果
本发明的托架驱动机构可根据人体重量,使椅背倾仰回复力有相应匹配,使得无论体重轻或者重的人都可以轻松倾仰回复起身。
具体的说,本发明各铰接点的销轴、翘板、第一连杆、第二连杆形成四点连杆机构,形成力的传导,椅背连接固定于翘板作为四点连杆机构的驱动力,人体施加于椅座的重力通过铰接于托架的第三销轴形成施加在四点连杆机构的回复力,四点连杆机构的驱动力和回复力形成对抗关系。
在人体向后倾仰过程中,本发明四点连杆机构的第二连杆与水平线的锐角夹角逐步减小,则托架施加于第二连杆的旋转力分力增大,从而实现重力加载对于四连杆机构的回复力力矩逐步增大,与逐步增大的驱动力形成对抗,回复力对弹性复位装置的弹性回复力依赖较小,适用人群范围更广,体重较轻或较重的人都能轻松地倾仰和回复起身。
再者,装备了本发明托架驱动机构及底盘的座椅,在人在向后靠的过程中,椅座也跟随椅背的转动向后移动,使靠背腰部支撑始终贴合人体后背的对应位置,避免了靠背腰部支撑脱离人体腰部产生腰部悬空,也避免了衣物与座椅靠背产生摩擦。

本发明的实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例1:首先定义本发明各部件的参考方位,本发明将底盘及转椅在正常安装使用时,转椅的前方为前端,而转椅的后方包括靠背所在的位置为后端,底盘的前端为远离翘板的区域,底盘的后端为靠近翘板的区域。
一种转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,如图1~图6所示,包括用以连接气杆的底座1、用以固定椅座的托架2及用以连接椅背的翘板3,托架2、翘板3设置在底座1内;具体的说,所述的底座1包括用以连接气杆的底板4,在底板4的左右两侧沿竖直方向各设有一支撑板5,支撑板5与底板4固定相连,底板4对整个底盘及椅座、椅背起到了支撑作用;所述的托架2包括两块间隔平行且沿竖直方向设置的基板6,基板6贴于支撑板5,且基板6上端弯折形成用以连接椅座的托板7,在两块基板6之间固定连接有连板8,连板8可以为多根,连板8将两块基板6连接固定,翘板3设置在两基板6之间。
在底座1两侧的支撑板5的后端、前端对称设有第一轴孔9、第二轴孔10,翘板3中部穿有第一销轴11且翘板3以第一销轴11为转动支点,所述的第一销轴11为一整根长轴,第一销轴11的两端各自依次穿过翘板3、托架2后插置在第一轴孔9内;翘板3前部的两侧对称设有第一连杆13、第二连杆14,如图2所示,由下往上所述的第一连杆13是朝着接近翘板3的方向倾斜设置,由下往上所述的第二连杆14是朝着背离翘板3的方向倾斜设置,在托架2运动过程中,第二连杆14与铅垂线的夹角始终不超过90度。
第一连杆13的一端与翘板3前端通过第四销轴16铰接,第一连杆13的另一端与第二连杆14的一端通过第三销轴15铰接且第三销轴15穿插在托架2内,第二连杆14的另一端穿有第二销轴12且第二销轴12穿过托架2并插置在第二轴孔10内,所述的第二销轴12为一整根长轴,第二销轴12的两端各自依次穿过第二连杆14、托架2后插置在第二轴孔10内;因翘板3通过连杆带动托架2运动,所以在托架2两侧的基板6上各对称开设有与第一销轴11配合的用以导引托架2运动轨迹的轨道槽17及与第二销轴12配合的用以在托架2运动时避让第二销轴12的镂空槽18,轨道槽17与镂空槽18的开设也是为了使第一销轴11、第二销轴12能够穿过托架2,由下往上所述的轨道槽17与镂空槽18均是朝着靠近翘板3的方向倾斜设置,第一销轴11、第二销轴12分别穿设在轨道槽17与镂空槽18内,轨道槽17与第一销轴11配合用以导引托架的运动轨迹,而镂空槽18仅是为了使第二销轴12穿过托架并不妨碍到托架运动。
托架2连接有弹性复位装置,所述的弹性复位装置为弹簧19,弹簧19的一端与托架2相连,弹簧19的另一端与底座1相连。具体的说,在托架2上设有一横杆20,横杆20的两端与托架2的两块基板6固定相连,弹簧19为倾斜设置,弹簧19的上端钩住横杆20,弹簧19的下端钩住底座1的前端下沿。实际使用中,可根据实际需要设置1~4根弹簧19。
如图4所示,当翘板3向后翻转时,第一销轴11、第二销轴12与底座间不产生任何相对位移,只与托架发生相对运动,翘板3前端向上拖动第一连杆13向上运动,而第一连杆13与第二连杆14铰接处的第三销轴15拉动托架2朝接近翘板3的斜上方运动,而托架2的运动轨迹就是沿着轨道槽17进行;在整个运动过程中,第二连杆14与铅垂线的夹角始终不超过90度,第三销轴15始终处于第一销轴11的铅垂线与第二销轴12的铅垂线之间。
当椅背或翘板3倾仰到最大角度时,托架2或椅座随椅背往后运动的距离为15~40mm,最佳为30mm;椅背向后倾仰的角度为10~30度,最佳为21度。
如图1、2、3、5、6、9所示,初始状态下,人坐在转椅上,在弹簧19拉力、椅座36、人体重力的作用下,托板7压在底座1的两支撑板(未图示)上,托架2的基板6完全处于底座1内部;如图10所示,当人向后倚靠椅背37的过程中,如图1、2、3、5、6、10所示,托架2会带动椅座36连动,使椅座36也跟随椅背37的转动向后移动,在这个过程中,以人体后背A处、人体臀部B处为例,人体后背A处与椅背37之间、人体臀部B处与椅座36之间始终保持相对固定,没有产生相对位移,从而避免了衣物与后背产生摩擦。
实施例2:该实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图7、8所示,所述的第二销轴12为两根独立的小轴41,在底座1上对应固定设有两个支座42,每个小轴41的一端依次穿过第二连杆14、镂空槽18后插置在第二轴孔10内,每个小轴41的另一端插在相应的支座42内。这样,相对于一整根长轴的形式,可以避开弹簧19,防止对弹簧19造成阻碍。
实施例3:该实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图11、12所示,托架2两侧的基板6干涉到第二轴孔10、第二销轴12的部分被切除从而使得托架2避开第二轴孔10及第二销轴12,第二销轴12直接插置在第二轴孔10内。
实施例4:本实施例的托架驱动机构与实施例1的不同之处在于,第一销轴不与轨道槽配合,而是在底座上另外设置了导轴与轨道槽配合,具体是说,该托架驱动机构包括用以连接气杆的底座、用以固定椅座的托架及用以连接椅背的翘板,托架、翘板均设置在底座内,翘板中部通过第一销轴与底座铰接,翘板的前部设有第一连杆、第二连杆,第一连杆的一端与翘板前端铰接,第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端通过第三销轴铰接且第三销轴与托架相连,第二连杆的另一端通过第二销轴与底座铰接,在托架的两侧对称开设有用以导引托架运动轨迹的轨道槽,在底座上设有与轨道槽配合的导轴,所述的导轴插在轨道槽内,翘板转动通过第一、第二连杆带动托架沿轨道槽的轨迹运动。
而第一销轴穿过或避开托架后与底座相连,同样,第二销轴穿过或避开托架后与底座相连。
第一销轴穿过托架是指:在托架的两侧对称开设有与第一销轴配合的用以在托架运动时避让第一销轴的镂空槽一,第一销轴穿设在镂空槽一内;第一销轴避开托架是指:托架两侧的干涉到第一销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第一销轴。
第二销轴穿过托架是指:在托架的两侧对称开设有与第二销轴配合的用以在托架运动时避让第二销轴的镂空槽二,第二销轴穿设在镂空槽二内;第二销轴避开托架是指:托架两侧的干涉到第二销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第二销轴。

Claims (1)

1、 一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征是:包括用以连接气杆的底座、用以固定椅座的托架及用以连接椅背的翘板,托架、翘板均设置在底座内,翘板中部通过第一销轴与底座铰接,翘板的前部设有第一连杆、第二连杆,第一连杆的一端与翘板前端铰接,第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端通过第三销轴铰接且第三销轴与托架相连,第二连杆的另一端通过第二销轴与底座铰接,在托架的两侧对称开设有与第一销轴配合的用以导引托架运动轨迹的轨道槽,第一销轴穿设在轨道槽内,翘板转动通过第一、第二连杆带动托架沿轨道槽的轨迹运动。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:第二销轴穿过或避开托架后与底座相连。
3、 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:在托架的两侧对称开设有与第二销轴配合的用以在托架运动时避让第二销轴的镂空槽,第二销轴穿设在镂空槽内。
4、 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:托架两侧的干涉到第二销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第二销轴。

9、 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的第二销轴为两根独立的小轴,在底座上对应固定设有两个支座,每个小轴的一端依次穿过第二连杆、镂空槽后与底座相连,每个小轴的另一端插在相应的支座内。
10、 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的第二销轴为两根独立的小轴,在底座上对应固定设有两个支座,每个小轴的一端穿过第二连杆后与底座相连,每个小轴的另一端插在相应的支座内。
11、 根据权利要求1或5或6所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:第一销轴与底座相连是指:在底座后端的两侧对称设有第一轴孔,第一销轴插置在第一轴孔内。
12、 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或7或8或9或10所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:第二销轴与底座相连是指:在底座前端的两侧对称设有第二轴孔,第二销轴插置在第二轴孔内。
13、 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:第三销轴与托架相连是指:第三销轴穿插在托架内。
14、 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的底座包括用以连接气杆的底板,在底板的左右两侧沿竖直方向各设有一支撑板,支撑板与底板固定相连,第一销轴、第二销轴是与底座的支撑板相连;所述的托架包括两块间隔平行且沿竖直方向设置的基板,基板贴于支撑板,且基板上端弯折形成用以连接椅座的托板,在两块基板之间固定连接有连板,翘板设置在两基板之间。
15、 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:由下往上所述的第一连杆是朝着接近翘板的方向倾斜设置,由下往上所述的第二连杆是朝着背离翘板的方向倾斜设置,在托架运动过程中,第二连杆与铅垂线的夹角始终不超过90度。
16、 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征在于:由下往上所述的轨道槽与镂空槽均是朝着靠近翘板的方向倾斜设置。
17、 一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征是:包括用以连接气杆的底座、用以固定椅座的托架及用以连接椅背的翘板,托架、翘板均设置在底座内,翘板中部通过第一销轴与底座铰接,翘板的前部设有第一连杆、第二连杆,第一连杆的一端与翘板前端铰接,第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端通过第三销轴铰接且第三销轴与托架相连,第二连杆的另一端通过第二销轴与底座铰接,在托架的两侧对称开设有用以导引托架运动轨迹的轨道槽,在底座上设有与轨道槽配合的导轴,所述的导轴插在轨道槽内,翘板转动通过第一、第二连杆带动托架沿轨道槽的轨迹运动。
18、 根据权利要求17所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征是:第一销轴穿过或避开托架后与底座相连,同样,第二销轴穿过或避开托架后与底座相连。
19、 根据权利要求18所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征是:第一销轴穿过托架是指:在托架的两侧对称开设有与第一销轴配合的用以在托架运动时避让第一销轴的镂空槽一,第一销轴穿设在镂空槽一内;第一销轴避开托架是指:托架两侧的干涉到第一销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第一销轴。
20、 根据权利要求18所述的一种用于转椅底盘的托架驱动机构,其特征是:第二销轴穿过托架是指:在托架的两侧对称开设有与第二销轴配合的用以在托架运动时避让第二销轴的镂空槽二,第二销轴穿设在镂空槽二内;第二销轴避开托架是指:托架两侧的干涉到第二销轴的部分被切除从而使得托架避开第二销轴。
