[0077] ( 1) 通过在烟油吸附件与通气管间设置油量控制管, 当用户添加烟油吋, 油 量控制管完全遮盖导油孔, 以避免添加烟油吋烟油从导油孔流入通气管内。
[0078] (2) 由于吸嘴组件可活动地连接于储油套的一端, 可以通过对吸嘴组件施加 外力, 来推动油量控制管沿通气管的轴向移动, 从而控制油量控制管遮盖导油 孔面积的大小, 来调节雾化芯的进油量, 且本实用新型整体结构简单紧凑, 烟 油密封性较好, 避免了用户吸食到从所述导油孔泄露的烟油。 因此, 用户可以 根据自身需要通过调节雾化芯的进油量, 来调节烟雾量的大小, 极大提高了用 户满意度。
[0079] (3) 电热丝与烟油吸附件的内侧壁相贴合, 使得电热丝的长度能够大幅度增 力口, 电热丝与烟油吸附件的接触面积增大, 从而可以形成更多烟雾, 且电热丝 不容易受到挤压, 烟雾量较稳定。

[权利要求 1] 一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化组件包括用于存储烟油的储油组件 (2) 、 插设在所述储 油组件 (2) 内的用于雾化烟油的雾化芯 (3) 及可活动地连接于 所述储油组件 (2) —端的吸嘴组件 (1) ;
所述雾化芯 (3) 包括雾化座 (31) 、 通气管 (34) 、 油量控制管
(37) 、 弹性件 (38) 、 烟油吸附件 (32) 及用于雾化所述烟油 吸附件 (32) 上的烟油的电热丝 (33) , 所述通气管 (34) 套设 在所述雾化座 (31) 上并与所述储油组件 (2) 围成用于存储烟油 的储油腔 (22) , 所述通气管 (34) 设置有用于将所述储油腔 (2 2) 内的烟油导入所述雾化芯 (3) 内的导油孔 (341) , 所述油量 控制管 (37) 活动套设在所述通气管 (34) 内并与所述吸嘴组件 ( 1) 弹性抵接, 所述弹性件 (38) 用于给所述油量控制管 (37) 提供朝所述吸嘴组件 (1) 方向的弹力, 所述烟油吸附件 (32) 置 于所述油量控制管 (37) 与所述雾化座 (31) 围成的空间内并用 于吸附从所述导油孔 (341) 导入的烟油, 所述电热丝 (33) 用于 雾化所述烟油吸附件 (32) 上的烟油; 当所述吸嘴组件 (1) 在外 力作用下推动所述油量控制管 (37) 沿所述通气管 (34) 的轴向 运动吋, 所述油量控制管 (37) 通过遮盖所述导油孔 (341) 面积 的大小以调节雾化芯 (3) 的进油量。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述储油组件 (2
) 包括储油套 (21) , 及连接在所述储油套 (21) —端的连接件
(23) , 所述连接件 (23) 朝向所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端面上设 有至少一个与所述储油腔 (22) 相连通、 并用于添加烟油的加油 孔 (231) , 所述吸嘴组件 (1) 可拆卸的连接在所述连接件 (23 ) 上。

) 包括可拆卸的连接在所述储油组件 (2) —端的吸嘴 (11) , 所 述油量控制管 (37) 朝向所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端内插设有通气 盖 (39) , 所述通气盖 (39) 延伸出所述油量控制管 (37) 的一 端与所述吸嘴 (11) 弹性相抵, 以使所述吸嘴 (11) 在外力作用 下推动所述油量控制管 (37) 沿所述通气管 (34) 的轴向运动。 根据权利要求 3所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件 (38) 套设在所述油量控制管 (37) 靠近所述吸嘴 (11) 的一端外, 所 述弹性件 (38) 的两端分别抵接至所述通气盖 (39) 与所述连接 件 (23) 。
根据权利要求 3所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件 (38) 位于所述油量控制管 (37) 背离所述吸嘴 (11) 的一端内, 所述 弹性件 (38) 的两端分别抵接至所述雾化芯 (3) 和所述油量控制 管 (37) 。
根据权利要求 3所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴 (11) 的 底壁设有出气孔 (13) , 所述出气孔 (13) 的周缘朝靠近所述雾 化芯 (3) 的一侧凸设环形凸缘 (14) , 所述环形凸缘 (14) 抵接 至所述通气盖 (39) 。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴 (11) 内 固定有套设在所述环形凸缘 (14) 和所述通气盖 (39) 外的第一 密封件 ( 12) 。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述连接件 (23) 背离所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端固定有与所述通气管 (34) 弹性密 封相连的第二密封件 (25) , 所述第二密封件 (25) 上设有用于 导通所述储油腔 (22) 与所述加油孔 (231) 的穿孔 (251) 。 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述油量控制管 ( 37) 背离所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端设有至少一个过油孔 (371) , 所述储油腔 (22) 内的烟油依次穿过所述导油孔 (341) 和所述 过油孔 (371) 后渗入所述烟油吸附件 (32) 。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述烟油吸附件 ( 32) 为沿所述雾化组件的纵向设置的中空的柱状体, 所述烟油吸 附件 (32) 的外侧壁与所述油量控制管 (37) 的侧壁弹性抵接; 所述电热丝 (33) 缠绕成中空的柱状结构, 所述电热丝 (33) 与 所述烟油吸附件 (32) 的内侧壁相贴合。
[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯 (3) 还包括雾化盖 (36) , 所述雾化盖 (36) 套设于所述雾化座 (31 ) 上、 并抵持在所述烟油吸附件 (32) 上, 所述雾化盖 (36) 上 幵设有与所述通气管 (34) 相连通的通气孔 (361) 。
[权利要求 12] 根据权利要求 11所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31
) 内形成有与所述通气管 (34) 相连通的雾化腔 (30) , 所述雾 化座 (31) 延伸出所述储油组件 (2) 外的一端幵设有与所述雾化 腔 (30) 相连通的进气孔 (311) 。
