[0001] 本发明创造涉及电子烟领域, 尤其是一种具有软质壳体的电子烟吸杆。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的电子烟吸杆包括: 吸杆套筒、 设于吸杆套筒内用于存储烟液的烟液仓和用于 将烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化装置, 烟液仓的中部专门预设有轴向延伸的通气管作为烟雾流 通的烟雾通道。
[0003] 现有电子烟吸杆存在如下缺陷: 由于吸杆套筒采用硬质材料制成, 其手感和口感较 差; 由于其烟液仓的中部专门预设有通气管作为烟雾通道, 其内部结构较为复杂, 且使得在 预定尺寸不变的吸杆套筒内部所述烟液仓的空间即用于存储烟液的空间相对较小, 从而烟液 存储量较小。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明创造的目的在于提供一种电子烟软质吸杆, 其手感和口感较好, 内部结构更 为简凑, 具有独特的烟雾通道, 且在相对不变的吸杆套筒空间内增大了烟液的储液量。
[0005] 为达到上述目的, 本发明创造提供一种电子烟软质吸杆, 包括: 具有中空内腔的吸 杆套筒及设于吸杆套筒内部用于储存烟液的烟液仓、 用于将烟液转变为烟雾的雾化装置及将 烟液仓内的烟液引导给所述雾化装置的导液组件; 其中, 所述吸杆套筒由软质材料制成, 所 述吸杆套筒的内侧壁上设有多个自吸杆套筒的一个端面沿轴向延伸至吸杆套筒另一端面的通 气槽, 所述吸杆套筒包括吸嘴端和连接端, 吸嘴端设有与所述通气槽相连通的吸气孔, 所述 雾化装置雾化后的烟雾从所述通气槽经所述吸气孔流出吸杆套筒外部。

[0020] 本发明创造的电子烟软质吸杆具有如下优点: 其吸杆套筒和包裹于吸杆套筒外部的 贴纸层均采用软胶材质制成, 使其具有良好的手感, 吸杆套筒的吸嘴端软而可咬, 口感也 好, 有抽真烟的感觉, 吸杆的仿真效果好。 吸杆套筒的内壁上开设有通气槽, 该通气槽与烟 液仓的上盖上的通气部相通而实现与吸杆套筒上的吸气孔相通, 雾化后的烟雾从雾化杯的雾 化腔内经过雾化杯的固定座与吸杆套筒之间的间隙进入所述通气槽内, 并从所述通气部经所 述吸气孔流出吸杆套筒外部或进入吸烟者口中, 其独特的烟雾通道使得在相对不变的空间 内, 无需再烟液仓中部专门设置通气管作为烟雾通道, 使吸杆套筒内部的结构更为简凑, 增 大了烟液仓的储存烟液的有效空间, 提高了烟液的储液量。

[0036] 如图 2至 4所示, 所述吸杆套筒 1呈圆筒体状, 其包括侧壁 11、 顶壁 12及由侧壁 11和顶壁 12合围形成的中空内腔, 吸杆套筒 1的两端分别为吸嘴端和用于与所述电源杆 95 相连接的连接端, 所述顶壁 12位于所述吸嘴端, 顶壁 12上设有吸气孔 13, 吸杆套筒 1 的 内壁上形成有多道自吸杆套筒的一个端面沿轴向延伸至吸杆套筒另一端面的通气槽 14, 多 个通气槽 14呈圆周布设, 因此, 吸杆套筒 1 的内壁的横截面呈多边形或圆形, 所述通气槽 14 的横截面呈弧形、 U字形、 V字形或梯形, 该多边形或圆形的边缘处向远离圆心方向凹 陷而形成所述通气槽 14的形状。 吸杆套筒 1 的连接端的内壁上还凹陷形成有一圆环形的定 位台阶 15, 该定位台阶 15并不影响通气槽 14的存在和作用。 吸杆套筒 1采用软质材料制 成, 所述软质材料为塑胶、 纸质、 橡胶、 硅胶或纤维材料; 其中, 所述塑胶材料为如下材料 中任一种: PC、 PP、 PVC、 ABS、 PET或 PE材料; 其中, 所述纸质材料为具有所需硬度的 纸质, 例如: 食品包装纸、 书写纸、 纤维纸、 铜版纸或牛皮纸; 其中, 所述纤维材料为化纤 管、 木浆纤维管或玻纤管。 可理解地, 本实施例的吸杆套筒 1 可做如下改变 (图中未示), 在所述吸杆套筒 1 的内侧壁上设置多个呈圆周布设的凸肋代替所述通气槽 14, 凸肋的横截 面也可为呈弧形、 U字形、 V字形或梯形, 该凸肋是由吸杆套筒 1的内侧壁向吸杆套筒 1的 轴心线方向凸出形成, 凸肋与内侧壁之间的间隙也可形成与所述通气槽 14 作用相同的凹 槽。

22、 雾化器控制线路板 23及线路板固定座 24; 所述雾化器 21包括电热丝 211及用于吸收 烟液和支撑该电热丝 211的纤维件 212, 所述电热丝 211缠绕于所述纤维件 212上, 并利用 该纤维件 212容置固定于所述雾化杯 22 内, 纤维件 212用于吸收烟液并渗透至电热丝 211 附近便于电热丝 211将烟液雾化转变为烟雾, 其采用绳形或柱形的玻璃纤维材质制成, 本实 施例中, 纤维件 212的形状呈 U字形, 其与所述导液组件 5相抵接以便于烟液从导液组件 5 渗透至其内。 所述雾化器控制线路板 23和线路板固定座 24设于电源杆 95内。
[0039] 所述雾化杯 22 (见图 6~7) 大致呈圆柱体形, 其包括内部形成有雾化腔 221 和穿线 孔 223的杯体 220及设于杯体 220两端的固定座 222和支撑台 224。 所述雾化腔 221为沿杯 体 220轴向贯通的通孔, 其用于暂时存储由雾化器 21将烟液雾化转变而形成的烟雾, 同时 用作雾化器 21发热产生热量的散热通道和供气体进入雾化杯 22内。 所述固定座 222自所述 杯体 220 的上表面向外凸出适当高度的凸台, 其内部形成有用于固定所述雾化器 21 的卡槽 225, 所述带有卡槽 225 的固定座 222呈 U字形, 所述纤维件 212卡装固定于所述固定座 222的卡槽 225内, 其安装方便。 固定座 222的两侧预留间隙使得在雾化腔 221内雾化形成 的烟雾从该间隙进入所述吸杆套筒 1 的通气槽 14 内。 所述支撑台 224 的侧壁上设有缺口 226以便于电热丝穿过。 所述穿线孔 223用于供所述电热丝 211穿插, 穿线孔 223贯穿所述 雾化杯 22的两端。 本实施例中设有两个穿线孔 223, 所述电热丝 211缠绕于所述纤维件 212 上, 其一端穿过所述一个穿线孔 223经一次折弯后再经所述雾化杯 22底壁并再次折弯后与 所述衔接件 41电连接, 其利用雾化杯 22和衔接件 41相互涨紧而卡紧于所述衔接件 41的内 壁和雾化杯 22的外壁之间以实现与衔接件 41电连接。 电热丝 211的另一端穿过另一个穿线 孔 223与所述上电极件 42电连接, 其利用绝缘件 43与上电极件 42相互涨紧而卡紧于所述 上电极件 42的外壁和绝缘件 43 内壁之间以实现与上电极件 42的电连接。 采用这种卡紧方 式实现电连接, 不需用焊接, 其工艺简化、 安装方便。 所述雾化杯 22下端与所述衔接件 41 的内壁相配合以涨紧所述电热丝 211。 本实施例中, 所述雾化杯 22材质采用耐热性能较好 的材料, 例如硅胶, 使得雾化杯 22的隔热效果较好。 本实施例的雾化杯 22即简化了电子烟 吸杆 90的制作工艺, 也便于雾化器 21 的安装; 再者, 由于雾化杯 22采用耐热性能较好的 硅胶材料制成, 其起到很好的隔热效果, 使用时吸杆套筒 1 的外壁温度较低, 不会烫手烫 嘴。

筒 31密封连接。 储液筒 31的外侧壁与吸杆套筒 1的内侧壁相贴合或接近贴合, 上盖 32与 吸杆套筒 1的顶壁相抵接, 而下盖 33与所述雾化杯 22的固定座 222相抵接, 烟液仓 3占用 吸杆套筒 1的空间较大, 且烟液仓 3中部沿轴无需插置通气管作为烟雾通道, 其实际有效储 存烟液的储存量也随之加大。 所述储液筒 31 呈圆筒体形, 其采用软胶材质制成。 所述上盖 32包括圆柱形的上盖体 320、 由上盖体 320的端部侧壁上沿径向向外延伸而成的用于与储液 筒 31 的一端端部相抵接定位的上盖凸缘 321及位于上盖体 320的上端的通气部 322, 该通 气部 322用于使所述通气槽 14与所述吸气孔 13相连通, 其为自上盖体 320的上端面沿轴向 凸出预定高度的圆筒形凸台, 通气部 322的侧壁上设有多个沿径向贯通且陈圆周布设的导通 槽孔 323 使通气部 322 内外通气, 通气部 322 的内腔开口朝向所述吸杆套筒 1 的吸气孔 13。 所述下盖 33呈圆柱体形, 其底部侧壁上设有用于与所述储液筒 31的另一端端部相抵接 定位的下盖凸缘 331, 下盖 33的中部设有沿轴向贯通的密封孔 332, 该密封孔 332内插设有 所述导液组件 5以密封烟液仓 3。 本实施例中, 烟液仓 3内装满固体烟液 34。

[0046] 此外, 如图 12所示, 外部空气从所述电源杆 95底部的底盖 956上的进气孔进入电 源杆 95内, 分别经下电极件 952和上电极柱 42的通气孔进入雾化杯 22的雾化腔 221 内, 再经所述固定座 222侧旁的间隙进入所述吸杆套筒 1侧壁上的通气槽 14内, 经烟液仓 3的 上盖 32的通气部 322, 最终由吸杆套筒 1上的吸气孔 13流出吸杆 90夕卜, 使得电子烟内部 形成独特的空气通道, 电子烟和外部的空气流通顺畅。 当然, 外部空气也可以直接从吸杆 90和电源杆 95之间的间隙经所述衔接件 41上的进气孔 416进入所述上电极柱 42内。 电子 烟工作前, 少量烟液从烟液仓 11内经所述导液部件 52渗透并储存于所述纤维件 212内, 工 作时, 雾化装置 2的电热丝 211导电发热, 使储存于纤维件 212内的烟液被加热雾化装变为 烟雾, 烟雾从所述雾化腔 221内经所述固定座 222侧旁的间隙进入吸杆套筒 1侧壁上的通气 槽 14内, 再经所述上盖 32的通气部 322, 最终经所述吸杆套筒 1的吸气孔 13被吸烟者吸 入口中。

2. 如权利要求 1 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述通气槽由吸杆套筒的内侧壁向远离轴心线方向凹 陷形成, 所述多个通气槽关于所述吸杆套筒的轴心线呈圆周排列于所述吸杆套筒的内侧壁 上。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述吸杆套筒的内壁的横截面呈圆形或多边形, 所述 通气槽的横截面呈弧形、 U字形、 V字形或梯形。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述软质材料为塑胶、 纸质、 橡胶、 硅胶或纤维材 料; 其中, 所述塑胶材料为如下材料中任一种: PC、 PP、 PVC、 ABS、 PET或 PE材料; 其 中, 所述纸质材料为具有所需硬度的纸质; 其中, 所述纤维材料为化纤管、 木浆纤维管或玻 纤管。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述吸杆套筒由顶壁和侧壁合围而成, 所述顶壁位于 所述吸嘴端并与吸杆套筒一体成型, 所述吸气孔位于该顶壁上。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述吸气孔与通气槽之间设有用于连通二者的 通气部。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的吸杆, 其中, 其中所述通气部为设于所述烟液仓上端的圆筒体, 该 通气部的内腔与所述吸气孔相通, 该通气部的侧壁上设有沿轴向贯通而使通气部的内腔与所 述通气槽相通的导通槽孔。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述烟液仓由用于储存烟液的储液筒及密封设于储液 筒两端的上盖和下盖共同限定的呈圆筒体的密闭空间形成, 烟液仓的侧壁与吸杆套筒的内侧 壁相贴合或接近贴合, 而烟液仓的两端分别与所述吸杆套筒相抵接。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述储液筒呈圆筒体形, 所述上盖和下盖插设于储液 筒的两端的内壁上; 所述上盖包括圆柱形的上盖体、 由上盖体的端部侧壁上沿径向向外延伸 而成的用于与储液筒的一端端部相抵接定位的上盖凸缘及位于上盖体的上端的用于使所述通 气槽与所述吸气孔相连通的通气部; 所述下盖呈圆柱体形, 其底部侧壁上设有用于与所述储
液筒的另一端端部相抵接定位的定下盖凸缘, 下盖的中部设有沿轴向贯通的密封孔, 该密封 孔内插设有所述导液组件以密封烟液仓。
10. 如权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述吸杆套筒的连接端设有用于与外部 电源相连接以供所述雾化装置通电工作的连接组件, 该连接组件插入吸杆套筒内将所述雾化 装置、 导液组件及烟液仓固定于吸杆套筒内; 所述连接组件包括其一端插入吸杆套筒内而将 雾化装置固定于吸杆套筒内的作为雾化装置的第一电极的连接件、 作为雾化装置的第二电极 的上电极件及位于上电极件和连接件之间的绝缘环; 所述上电极件利用该绝缘环卡紧于连接 件内。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述连接件大致呈中空的圆筒体状, 其包括其直径 较大的圆筒形的主体部和直径较小的圆筒形的连接部, 所述主体部和连接部之间设有沿主体 部径向向外延伸而成的用于与所述吸杆套筒的连接端相适配的定位凸缘, 其主体部插入并固 定于所述吸杆套筒内, 连接部上设有用于与外部电源相连接的外螺纹接头及用于进气的进气 孔; 衔接件的内壁上还设有一卡槽用于安装所述上电极件, 所述上电极件利用绝缘件插设于 衔接件的卡槽内; 主体部的外壁上部凹陷形成有用于与所述吸杆套筒的连接端的内壁相插接 同时还与吸杆套筒连接端的端部相抵接的圆环形的定位台阶, 主体部的内腔用于容置所述雾 化装置。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述雾化装置包括雾化器和雾化杯, 所述雾化器包 括电热丝及用于支撑电热丝和吸收存储烟液的纤维件, 所述雾化杯包括圆柱体形的内部形成 有雾化腔的杯体及设于杯体一端的用于固定所述纤维件的固定座, 固定座的两侧预留间隙使 得在雾化腔内雾化形成的烟雾从该间隙进入所述吸杆套筒的通气槽内。
13. 如权利要求 1 至 10任一项所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述吸杆还包括套设于所述吸杆套筒和 连接组件的外侧由软质材料制成的用于起装饰作用或用于贴商标的贴纸层。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的吸杆, 所述软质材料为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或聚氨酯泡沫材料。
15. 一种电子烟, 包括吸杆和电源杆, 其中, 所述吸杆采用如权利要求 1 至 14 中任一项所 述的软质吸杆, 所述电源杆与该软质吸杆的连接端可拆卸地相连接。
