雾化器包括吸嘴组件和雾化组件,当拧开吸嘴组件时,该雾化组件内的烟油可直接通过加油孔倒出,烟油极易发生泄露,而泄露的烟油容易造成小孩误食,危害身体健康;且通过该雾化组件端面上的加油孔向该雾化组件内注入烟油时,烟油的滴入容易产生遗漏,从而影响吸烟效果以及产品质量。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种雾化器,能够有效的防止烟油泄露。
本发明第一方面提供了一种雾化器,包括:吸嘴组件、储油组件及雾化芯组件;
所述储油组件内插设有用于雾化烟油的所述雾化芯组件,所述雾化芯组件与所述储油组件之间形成有用于存储供所述雾化芯组件雾化的烟油的第一储油腔;所述吸嘴组件可拆卸连接于所述储油组件的一端,所述储油组件的与所述吸嘴组件相连的一端设置有用于密封所述第一储油腔的密封件;所述密封件开设有与所述第一储油腔相连通的注油孔,所述吸嘴组件盖设在所述注油孔上;所述注油孔处设置有弹性密封片,所述弹性密封片固定于所述注油孔内或所述注油孔的面向所述第一储油腔的一侧;
所述弹性密封片用于密封所述注油孔,且在受到注油工具挤压时,发生形变,以使所述注油工具与所述第一储油腔导通,从而能够向所述第一储油腔内添加烟油。
结合本发明的第一方面,在本发明第一方面的第一种实现方式中,所述储油组件还包括储油套、通气管,所述储油套内插设有所述雾化芯组件,所述吸 嘴组件可拆卸连接于所述储油套的一端,所述储油套的与所述吸嘴组件相连的一端设置有所述密封件;
所述储油套内还插设有与所述雾化芯组件连接的所述通气管,所述通气管用于将所述雾化芯组件雾化的烟雾排出至所述吸嘴组件;所述通气管、所述储油套以及所述雾化芯组件之间形成有所述第一储油腔。
结合本发明第一方面的第一种实现方式,在本发明第一方面的第二种实现方式中,所述密封件套设于所述通气管的外周壁上,并与所述储油套的内侧以及所述通气管的外侧封闭连接。
结合本发明第一方面的第二种实现方式,在本发明第一方面的第三种实现方式中,所述注油孔位于所述密封件的端面;所述通气管的外周壁设有与所述密封件相抵持的限位凸部,用于支撑并固定所述密封件。

结合本发明第一方面的第八种实现方式,在本发明第一方面的第十种实现方式中,所述电热丝组件的外周包设有缓冲棉,所述缓冲棉用于防止所述第一储油腔内的烟油过快进入至所述雾化腔内而导致烟油泄露。
结合本发明第一方面的第八种实现方式,在本发明第一方面的第十一种实现方式中,所述雾化芯组件一端的外侧壁设置有用于与电池杆组件可拆卸连接并形成供电回路的外电极。
结合本发明第一方面的第十一种实现方式,在本发明第一方面的第十二种实现方式中,所述雾化芯组件还包括套设在所述外电极内的绝缘环以及插设在所述绝缘环内的内电极,所述电热丝组件的一端与所述内电极连接。

从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:所述储油组件的与所述吸嘴组件相连的一端设置有用于密封所述第一储油腔的密封件;所述密封件开设有与所述第一储油腔相连通的注油孔,所述吸嘴组件盖设在所述注油孔上;所述注油孔处设置有弹性密封片,所述弹性密封片固定于所述注油孔内或所述注油孔的面向所述第一储油腔的一侧;所述弹性密封片用于密封所述注油孔,从而防止烟油泄露;且在受到注油工具挤压时,发生形变,以使所述注油工具与所述第一储油腔导通,从而能够向所述第一储油腔内添加烟油,防止烟油遗漏,防止小孩拆卸吸嘴后将储油腔内烟油倒出及误喝,既可以提高电子烟使用的安全性,又可以重复使用该雾化器,降低使用成本,提高用户体验。

本发明实施例提供了一种雾化器,包括:吸嘴组件3、储油组件4及雾化芯组件5;
该储油组件4内插设有用于雾化烟油的该雾化芯组件5,该雾化芯组件5与该储油组件4之间形成有用于存储供该雾化芯组件5雾化的烟油的第一储油腔41;该吸嘴组件3可拆卸连接于该储油组件4的一端,该储油组件4的与该吸嘴组件3相连的一端设置有用于密封该第一储油腔41的密封件42;该密封件42开设有与该第一储油腔41相连通的注油孔,该吸嘴组件3盖设在该注油孔上;该注油孔处设置有弹性密封片43,该弹性密封片43固定于该注油孔内或该注油孔的面向该第一储油腔41的一侧;
该弹性密封片43用于密封该注油孔,且在受到注油工具挤压时,发生形变,以使该注油工具与该第一储油腔41导通,从而能够向该第一储油腔41内添加烟油。
需要说明的是,该雾化芯组件5可通过螺纹连接的方式插设于该储油组件4的内部,或通过卡扣连接的方式插设于该储油组件4的内部,使雾化器的整体外观更加美观;当需要更换该雾化芯组件5时,只需解除该雾化芯组件5和该储油组件4之间的连接(若为螺纹连接结构只需进行扭转,若为卡扣连接结构只需拨动卡扣),即可轻松更换,便于使用。该雾化芯组件5与该储油组件4之间的封闭区间形成该第一储油腔41,烟油存储在该第一储油腔41内;该吸嘴组件3与该储油组件4的一端可拆卸连接,其中,可拆卸连接的方式可通过螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构实现,此处不作限制。该密封件42设置于 该储油组件4的与该吸嘴组件3相连的一端,用于密封该第一储油腔41,其中,该密封件42与该储油组件4的内侧抵接,以达到良好的密封效果。
可以理解的是,当需要向该第一储油腔41内添加烟油时,可拆卸吸嘴组件3后,使用注油工具挤压该弹性密封片43,使该弹性密封片43发生形变(例如该弹性密封片43发生局部弯曲,以使注油工具的端部插入该第一储油腔41内,该弹性密封片的口径大小可依据注油工具口径进行标准的设计,此处不作具体限制),以使该注油工具与该第一储油腔41导通,从而能够向该第一储油腔41内添加烟油。
本发明实施例中,该吸嘴组件3可拆卸连接于该储油组件4的一端,该储油组件4的与该吸嘴组件3相连的一端设置有用于密封该第一储油腔41的密封件42;该密封件42开设有与该第一储油腔41相连通的注油孔,该吸嘴组件3盖设在该注油孔上;该注油孔处设置有弹性密封片43,该弹性密封片43固定于该注油孔内或该注油孔的面向该第一储油腔41的一侧;该弹性密封片43用于密封该注油孔,从而防止烟油泄露;且在受到注油工具挤压时,发生形变,以使该注油工具与该第一储油腔41导通,从而能够向该第一储油腔41内添加烟油,防止烟油遗漏,提高用户体验。
进一步的,如图4所示,该储油组件4还包括储油套44、通气管45,该储油套44内插设有该雾化芯组件5,该吸嘴组件3可拆卸连接于该储油套44的一端,该储油套44的与该吸嘴组件3相连的一端设置有该密封件42;
该储油套44内还插设有与该雾化芯组件5连接的该通气管45,该通气管45用于将该雾化芯组件5雾化的烟雾排出至该吸嘴组件3;该通气管45、该储油套44以及该雾化芯组件5之间形成有该第一储油腔41。
需要说明的是,该储油套44为内部中空的柱状套管,该储油套44的两端分别设置有与该雾化芯组件5以及给吸嘴组件3相连的连接部;该储油套44内还插设有与该雾化芯组件5连接的该通气管45,该通气管45、该储油套44以及该雾化芯组件5之间形成有该第一储油腔41;其中,该雾化芯组件5的内侧与该通气管45的外侧抵接,以达到良好的密封烟油的效果。
进一步的,该密封件42套设于该通气管45的外周壁上,并与该储油套44的内侧以及该通气管45的外侧封闭连接。
需要说明的是,该密封件42通过环状结构套设于该通气管45的外周壁上,且分别与该储油套44的内侧以及该通气管45的外侧封闭连接;以达到良好的密封烟油的效果。可以理解的是,在一种实施方式中,该密封件42可以与该储油套44为一体成型结构。
进一步的,该注油孔位于该密封件42的端面;该通气管45的外周壁设有与该密封件42相抵持的限位凸部451,用于支撑并固定该密封件42。
需要说明的是,此处通过在通气管45的外周壁设置限位凸部的方式,目的是为了防止套设于该通气管45上的该密封件42发生滑落,以达到支撑并固定该密封件42的效果。
进一步的,如图5所示,该弹性密封片43套设于该通气管45的外周壁上,并与该注油孔的面向该第一储油腔41的一侧贴合;该限位凸部451还用于支撑并固定该弹性密封片43。
需要说明的是,通过这种设置方式,在该弹性密封片43未受到挤压时,该注油孔处于密封状态,当需要向该第一储油腔41内添加烟油时,通过挤压该弹性密封片43,此时,该弹性密封片43受到该限位凸部451的抵持作用力,在保证该弹性密封片43不发生滑落的情况下,该弹性密封片43发生局部弯曲,与该注油孔分离,以使该注油孔处于导通状态。
可选的,如图6所示,该储油组件4的一端涨紧配合连接有用于与该吸嘴组件3可拆卸连接的第一连接件46,另一端涨紧配合连接有用于与该雾化芯组件5可拆卸连接的第二连接件47;该可拆卸连接的结构为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
可选的,结合图7和图8所示,该吸嘴组件3包括吸嘴31、第一密封环32、第三连接件33;
该吸嘴31设置于该吸嘴组件3的端部,该吸嘴31的端面开设有与外界连通的出气孔311;
该第三连接件33的一端与该吸嘴31螺纹连接,另一端与该第一连接件46螺纹连接;该第三连接件33的端面开设有出气孔331,且该第三连接件33的外侧与该吸嘴31的内侧封闭连接,使得该第三连接件33至该吸嘴31之间形成用于存储雾化后冷凝的烟油的第二储油腔34;
该第一密封环32设置于该第三连接件33与该通气管45的端部之间,用于密封该第三连接件33,防止烟油渗入至该第二储油腔34内。
需要说明的是,该第三连接件33设置有外螺纹结构,通过这种设置方式分别与该吸嘴31以及该第一连接件46相连,且在该第三连接件33的端面开设有出气孔331,该出气孔331与通气管之间是导通的,便于雾化后的烟雾流出;通过该第三连接件33与该吸嘴31之间的封闭区间所形成的第二储油腔34,使得雾化后的烟雾中携带的大颗粒烟油冷凝,需要清洗时,只需拆掉吸嘴31后,将存储在该第二储油腔34内烟油倒出,操作简单方便。
进一步的,该吸嘴31为透明材料制件,该吸嘴31的外端面为球面。使得该吸嘴31具有更加美观及便于清理污垢等优点。
可选的,如图9所示,该雾化芯组件5内设置有与该通气管45相连通的雾化腔51及收容在该雾化腔51内的电热丝组件52;该雾化芯组件5延伸至该储油套44外的一端开设有与该雾化腔51相导通的用以进气及排出雾化腔51内烟油的穿孔。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,该电热丝组件52包括玻纤线及缠绕在该玻纤线上的电热丝,该第一储油腔41内的烟油通过出油孔渗透到该玻纤线上,该电热丝组件52雾化后的烟雾通过该雾化腔51缓冲后,进入该通气管45,烟雾通过该通气管45经吸嘴31上的出气孔311被用户所吸食。
进一步的,如图9所示,该雾化芯组件5还包括雾化盖53,该雾化盖53套设于该通气管45上、并抵持在该电热丝组件52上;该通气管45的一端穿设该雾化盖53并延伸至该雾化腔51内。
需要说明的是,该雾化盖53套设于该通气管45上,且与该通气管45的外侧抵持,防止烟油从该通气管45的侧壁流入;该雾化盖53抵持在该电热丝组件52上,以压紧固定所述电热丝组件52;该通气管45的一端穿设该雾化盖53并延伸至该雾化腔51内,便于雾化腔51内的烟雾及时通过该通气管45排出,减少烟雾积留于雾化腔51内及减少烟雾的传播路径,便于吸食到口感醇厚的烟雾。
可选的,该电热丝组件52的外周包设有缓冲棉,该缓冲棉用于防止该第一储油腔41内的烟油过快进入至该雾化腔51内而导致烟油泄露。
可选的,如图10所示,该雾化芯组件5一端的外侧壁设置有用于与电池杆组件可拆卸连接并形成供电回路的外电极55。
进一步的,如图10所示,该雾化芯组件5还包括套设在该外电极55内的绝缘环56以及插设在该绝缘环56内的内电极57,该电热丝组件52的一端与该内电极57连接。
可选的,如图10所示,该雾化芯组件5还包括第二密封环58,该第二密封环58套设于该通气管45上,且该第二密封环58的外周面与该雾化芯组件5的内壁弹性抵接,用于防止该第一储油腔41内的烟油从该通气管45的侧壁渗入。可以理解的是,所述雾化芯组件5还可以为其它结构,只要能够雾化烟油即可,其结构在此不作具体限定。
可选的,该储油套44为透光套管。该储油套44的材质可为透光制品,便于观察该第一储油腔41内的烟油量,以免吸烟时,烟油不足,导致电热丝组件52烧坏或烟雾量不充足影响口感。
可选的,该弹性密封片43为硅胶片。该弹性密封片可以是硅胶片或者是设置有弹簧结构的金属片,其主要目的在于密封密封件上的注油孔,防止打开吸嘴组件3后,第一储油腔41内的烟油从该注油孔流出,造成小孩误食;其次通过弹性结构的方式,在需要向该第一储油腔41内注入烟油时,只需使用注油工具挤压该注油孔处的弹性密封片43,使得该弹性密封片发生形变,打开该注油孔,该注油工具与该第一储油腔41导通,即可向该第一储油腔41内注入烟油;且在注完烟油后,将该注油工具与该弹性密封片43脱离,该弹性密封片43具有形变复位功能,因此,在失去外部作用力的同时,复位到初始状态,将该注油孔密封,防止烟油泄露。

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括:吸嘴组件、储油组件及雾化芯组件;
    所述储油组件内插设有用于雾化烟油的所述雾化芯组件,所述雾化芯组件与所述储油组件之间形成有用于存储供所述雾化芯组件雾化的烟油的第一储油腔;所述吸嘴组件可拆卸连接于所述储油组件的一端,所述储油组件的与所述吸嘴组件相连的一端设置有用于密封所述第一储油腔的密封件;所述密封件开设有与所述第一储油腔相连通的注油孔,所述吸嘴组件盖设在所述注油孔上;所述注油孔处设置有弹性密封片,所述弹性密封片固定于所述注油孔内或所述注油孔的面向所述第一储油腔的一侧;
    所述弹性密封片用于密封所述注油孔,且在受到注油工具挤压时,发生形变,以使所述注油工具与所述第一储油腔导通,从而能够向所述第一储油腔内添加烟油。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油组件还包括储油套、通气管,所述储油套内插设有所述雾化芯组件,所述吸嘴组件可拆卸连接于所述储油套的一端,所述储油套的与所述吸嘴组件相连的一端设置有所述密封件;
    所述储油套内还插设有与所述雾化芯组件连接的所述通气管,所述通气管用于将所述雾化芯组件雾化的烟雾排出至所述吸嘴组件;所述通气管、所述储油套以及所述雾化芯组件之间形成有所述第一储油腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述密封件套设于所述通气管的外周壁上,并与所述储油套的内侧以及所述通气管的外侧封闭连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述注油孔位于所述密封件的端面;所述通气管的外周壁设有与所述密封件相抵持的限位凸部,用于支撑并固定所述密封件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性密封片套设于所述通气管的外周壁上,并与所述注油孔的面向所述第一储油腔的一侧贴合;所述限位凸部还用于支撑并固定所述弹性密封片。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油组件的一端涨紧配合连接有用于与所述吸嘴组件可拆卸连接的第一连接件,另一端涨紧配合 连接有用于与所述雾化芯组件可拆卸连接的第二连接件;所述可拆卸连接的结构为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴、第一密封环、第三连接件;
    所述吸嘴设置于所述吸嘴组件的端部,所述吸嘴的端面开设有与外界连通的出气孔;
    所述第三连接件的一端与所述吸嘴螺纹连接,另一端与所述第一连接件螺纹连接;所述第三连接件的端面开设有出气孔,且所述第三连接件的外侧与所述吸嘴的内侧封闭连接,使得所述第三连接件至所述吸嘴之间形成用于存储雾化后冷凝的烟油的第二储油腔;
    所述第一密封环设置于所述第三连接件与所述通气管的端部之间,用于密封所述第三连接件,防止烟油渗入至所述第二储油腔内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴为透明材料制件,所述吸嘴的外端面为球面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯组件内设置有与所述通气管相连通的雾化腔及收容在所述雾化腔内的电热丝组件;所述雾化芯组件延伸至所述储油套外的一端开设有与所述雾化腔相导通的用以进气及排出雾化腔内烟油的穿孔。
