Definitions
- the present invention relates to a transporting device that lifts and transports a stackable box container for transporting articles whose planar shape is a right-angled parallelogram.
- the present invention proposes a container elevating and conveying apparatus that can solve the above-described conventional problems, and the container elevating and conveying apparatus according to the present invention understands the relationship with the embodiments described later.
- the reference numerals used in the description of the embodiment are shown in parentheses, and the container lifting and lowering is performed by grasping and lifting the container for conveying articles (C) whose plane shape is a right-angled parallelogram from the surroundings. It is a transfer device, for lifting and lowering bodies (45a to 46b) corresponding to the four corners of the container (C), and for lifting at least two corresponding to the two parallel sides of the container (C).
- Elevating bodies (65A, 65B) are provided, and each gripping elevating body (45a to 46b) has a rod-like shape that is long in the ascending / descending direction and has an angled fitting section (47) that can be fitted to the container corner.
- Each lifting and lowering body (65A, 65B) is supported on each of the four corners of the container (C) so as to be freely fitted and detached in the horizontal direction.
- the rod-shaped main body (66) can be moved up and down on the support structure (sub-runner (3)) and the container side surface
- the support tool (76a, 76b) enters the lower side of the protruding portion (flange portion (F1, F2)) of the container side surface when approaching the container side surface.
- the container (C) is lifted through the protrusions (flange portions (F1, F2)).
- the container lifting / lowering conveying apparatus uses a traveling body that can travel in the upper space of a container to be handled or a movable arm that can swing horizontally as the supporting structure, thereby allowing the container that is lifted to travel It can be used as a container conveying means that can be moved to another place and taken down with the movement of the body or movable arm.
- the supporting structure is installed at a fixed position, and the container transported by the transporting traveling body is temporarily lifted to a lower fixed position of the supporting structure, and another container that is sent to the fixed position.
- a method of use is also possible in which the container is unloaded on the transport traveling body.
- the container lifting / lowering transport apparatus having the above-described configuration, after lowering the four gripping lifts and at least two lifting lifts to the lateral position of the container to be transported, The four corners of the container to be transported are moved close to each other in the horizontal direction, and the angled fitting parts are fitted to the four corners of the container to be transported.
- the lifting lifting body moves horizontally close to each of the two parallel side surfaces of the container to be transported, and the support member enters the lower side of the protruding portion (reinforcing flange portion, etc.) on the side surface of the container. .
- the lifting and lowering bodies for gripping and the lifting and lowering bodies for lifting are moved up and down so that the support of each lifting and lowering body for lifting lifts the protruding portions (reinforcing flanges and the like) on the two parallel side surfaces of the container.
- the container is lifted through.
- each of the four corners of the container to be lifted is fitted with an angled fitting part of the lifting body for gripping that rises integrally with this container, so the posture of the container to be lifted is upright
- the container to be transported can be lifted stably and safely.
- the container to be transported is lifted up to a predetermined height, move each gripping lift and the supporting structure that supports the lifting lift as necessary, Lowering the lifting body for lifting and lifting lifting body, lowering the container to be transported to the target position, and then moving each lifting lifting body and lifting lifting body horizontally away from the container, The lowering operation of the container to be transported is completed.
- the support for the lifting lifting body is assumed to be in the width direction of each of the parallel two side surfaces of the container. Even if the container is lifted not through both ends but through the flange near the center, the upright posture of the container can be reliably held by the gripping lifting body fitted to the four corners of the container. Therefore, even if the container is high, it can be stably and safely lifted and transported.
- the support is divided into two or two groups whose distance can be freely changed, and the distance between the two or two groups of support is changed according to the width of the container to be transported, and the container to be transported is always It is no longer necessary to suspend a portion close to the four corners.
- the load of the container can be efficiently supported by the lifting lift support, and the vicinity of the corner of the container can be It is not necessary to concentrate an excessive load on the bottom center of the container as in the case of lifting, and a plastic container with low strength can be handled safely.
- the rod-shaped main body (66) of each lifting lifting body (65A, 65B) is disposed corresponding to the center position of the horizontal length of the corresponding container side surface.
- the support (76a, 76b) is attached to the base plate (73) attached to the main body (66) at positions symmetrical to both sides with respect to the central position, and the two support tools (76a, 76b) correspond to the side surfaces of the container. It is desirable that the flange portions (F1 / F2) be lifted simultaneously. According to this configuration, it is possible to stably and safely lift two symmetrical portions of the parallel two side surfaces of the container by the support while suppressing the bar-shaped main body of each lifting lifting body to the minimum required one.
- each lifting / lowering body (45a-46b) has a length in the raising / lowering direction that can be fitted simultaneously to corner portions of a plurality of stacked containers (C).
- the support (76a, 76b) of each lifting lifting body (65A, 65B) is at a position corresponding to at least the lowest container (C1) of the plurality of stacked containers (C).
- the support tool (76a, 76b) is placed on the lowermost container (C1) of the plurality of stacked containers (C) of each lifting lifting body (65A, 65B). It suffices to provide at least two locations at the top and bottom of the corresponding position and the position corresponding to the intermediate height container (Cd).
- the container lifting and lowering conveying device includes a horizontal support surface that supports a container in a definite direction in both front and rear, left and right directions, and a loading / unloading port (conveying end (6a, 7a)) ) On the upper side of the storage area that is supported by the traveling body (secondary traveling body (3)) that can be moved back and forth and left and right so as to cover the entire storage area.
- the elevators (45a to 46b) and the lifting elevators (65A, 65B) can be supported and used.
- each lifting / lowering body (45a to 46b) and each lifting / lowering body (65A, 65B) supported the inside of the vertical through-hole provided in the traveling body (sub traveling body (3)).
- the traveling level of the traveling body is slightly higher than the maximum height of the stacked container to be handled, even the maximum height of the stacked container is higher than the maximum height of the stacked container to be handled. It can be lifted upward and transported. Therefore, compared with the case where the traveling level of the traveling body itself has to be about twice the maximum height of the stacked container to be handled, the equipment cost can be greatly reduced.
