Description
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种雾化器及电子烟。
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。现有技术中,电子烟中的雾化器包括套管、安装在套管内壁的雾化座,以及安装在雾化座上的雾化组件。该雾化座通常采用硅胶材料制成,组装上述结构时,可能造成雾化座受到挤压而产生变形,使得雾化组件中的烟油容易沿着套管的内壁流出;此外,所述雾化座设置有用于供气体流通的通气孔,雾化座受到挤压而产生变形时容易堵塞所述通气孔,从而使得用户体验较差。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟中的雾化座可能受到挤压而产生变形的缺陷,提供一种雾化座的结构强度较高的雾化器及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种
雾化器,用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括套管、安装在所述套管内的雾化座,以及安装在所述雾化座上的雾化组件;所述雾化座包括与所述套管内壁相互抵持的座体以及内嵌在所述座体中的硬质件;所述硬质件的硬度大于所述座体的硬度。
在本发明所述的雾化器中,所述硬质件包括硬质环和/或硬质块。
在本发明所述的雾化器中,所述硬质环与所述座体同轴设置。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明的较佳实施例提供一种雾化器,其包括套管1、雾化座2以及雾化组件3。套管1大致为中空的圆筒结构。雾化座2安装在套管1的内壁上。雾化组件3安装在雾化座2上。雾化座2能够使得雾化组件3固定安装在套管1内,同时还能够有效地避免雾化组件3中的烟油沿着套管1的内壁流出。所述雾化组件3包括一端插设在所述雾化座上的黄腊管、包覆在所述黄蜡管上的储油棉及插装在所述黄蜡管上的发热丝,所述雾化组件3为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
如图2以及图3并参阅图1所示,雾化座2包括座体21、硬质件22、通气孔23、导线孔24以及抵持部25。座体21大致为圆柱状结构,其一端开设有安装孔(未标号),雾化组件3安装在该安装孔中。本实施例中,座体21采用硅胶材料制成。在本发明的其它实施例中,座体21亦可以采用其它耐高温的软胶制成。硬质件22内嵌在座体21中,且该硬质件22的硬度大于座体21的硬度,从而能够提高雾化座2的结构强度,使得雾化座2在装配过程中不容易产生挤压变形,既而能够有效地防止雾化组件3中的烟油沿着套管1的内壁流出。
如图2以及图3并参阅图1所示,硬质件22包括硬质环和/或硬质块,即硬质件22可以采用硬质环和硬质块(未图示)组合的结构,亦可以采用单独为硬质环或者硬质块的结构。该硬质件22由铜、铁、铝以及塑料中的任意一种制成。在本发明的其它实施例中,硬质件22的材料并不局限于上述材料,只需硬质件22的硬度大于座体21即可。硬质环内嵌在座体21远离雾化组件3的一端,硬质块同样内嵌在座体21远离雾化组件3的一端。该实施例中,硬质件22采用硬质环的结构,硬质环与座体21同轴设置。该硬质环包括第一硬质环221以及第二硬质环222。第一硬质环221的直径大于第二硬质环222的直径。第一硬质环221以及第二硬质环222分别与座体21同轴设置,且第一硬质环221与第二硬质环222分别在座体21的轴线所在的平面上的投影相互重叠。通气孔23为圆形通孔结构,其沿座体21轴向设置并用于供气体流通。该通气孔23位于第一硬质环221与第二硬质环222之间或者该通气孔23位于第二硬质环222内。采用此结构,可以有效地防止雾化座2受到挤压变形而堵塞通气孔23。在本发明的其它实施例中,该硬质环的数量亦可以有其它的选择,硬质件22亦可以采用硬质环与硬质块组合的结构。导线孔24沿座体21轴向设置的,电连接雾化组件3的导线穿过该导线孔24。抵持部25呈凹凸状,其设置在座体21的外侧壁上。雾化座2安装在套管1内部时,该抵持部25与套管1的内壁相互抵持。采用抵持部25的结构,能够增加雾化座2与套管1之间的摩擦力,使得雾化座2能够更加稳固地安装在套管1的内壁上。
如图4以及图5所示,在本发明的其它实施例中,雾化座2中的硬质件22同样采用第一硬质环221与第二硬质环222的结构,第一硬质环221与第二硬质环222并列间隔设置,即第一硬质环221与第二硬质环222分别在座体21的轴线所在的平面上的投影相互错开。请参阅图4所示,第一硬质环221的直径大于第二硬质环222的直径,该第一硬质环221内嵌在座体21远离雾化组件3的一端,通气孔23从该第二硬质环222内部穿过。请参阅图5所示,第一硬质环221的直径小于第二硬质环222的直径,该第一硬质环221内嵌在座体21远离雾化组件3的一端,且通气孔23从该第一硬质环221内部穿过,该第二硬质环222内嵌在座体21靠近雾化组件3的一端的边缘。
如图6所示,基于上述雾化器的结构,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括如上实施例所述的雾化器,以及与该雾化器电连接的电池杆(未图示)。该电池杆包括电池套管(未图示),该电池套管与套管1一体成型。本实施例中的所述电子烟即为常见的一次性电子烟。使用上述雾化器时,由于雾化座2采用内嵌在座体21中且硬度大于座体21的硬质件22的结构,以增强雾化座2的结构强度,在组装所述雾化器时,能够有效地防止雾化座2受到挤压而变形,从而能够有效地防止雾化组件3中的烟油沿着套管1的内壁流出以及防止通气孔堵塞。
本发明提供的电子烟的另一实施例中,其与上述电子烟的实施例所不同之处在于电池套管与套管1的结构。本实施例中,电池套管与套管1采用螺纹连接的方式进行连接,其拆卸简便。
