所示,本发明提供的电子烟充电装置的较佳实施例之一中,所述电子烟充电装置为能放置电子烟并具有充电功能的电子烟烟盒,其可用于给所述电子烟的电池杆 20
进行充电,结合图 3 和图 6 所示,所述电子烟包括电池杆 20 和产生烟雾的雾化器 30 ,电池杆 20 的第二端面 23
上设置有与电子烟充电装置的充电电极电连接的第一电极 21 和第二电极 22 。本实施例中,电池杆 20 和雾化器 30
为可拆卸连接,可以理解,在其它实施例中,雾化器 30 和电池杆 20 可以是一体结构。
如图 1 并结合图 4 所示,电子烟充电装置包括盒体(图中未示出)及收容在所述盒体内的座体 1 ,座体 1
上具有至少一用于收容电子烟的第一插槽 10 ,电子烟充电装置还包括安装在座体 1 上的至少一抵持机构 11 。充电时电子烟插置在第一插槽 10
内,并与设置在第一插槽 10 内的充电电极形成导电连接,抵持机构 11 用于在充电时抵触和压紧电子烟的第一端面 31 。其中,所述充电电极还用于给所述电池杆
20 提供朝所述第一插槽 10 的槽口方向的弹力。
如图 4 并结合图 5 所示所示,座体 1 包括可用于收容电子烟的第一插槽 10 、抵持机构 11
、第一充电电极 13 、第二充电电极 14 和用于收容雾化器的第二插槽 15 ,即所电子烟充电装置的充电电极分别为所述第一充电电极 13 及所述第二充电电极
14 。第一插槽 10 开设在座体 1 的一端面上,电子烟插置在第一插槽 10 内并与设置在第一插槽 10 内的充电电极形成导电连接。此外,座体 1
上还设置有至少一个与电子烟的雾化器 30 相适配的第二插槽 15 ,第二插槽 15 与第一插槽 10 间隔设置在座体 1 的一端面上,本发明实施例中, 座体
1 上开设有一个第一插槽 10 ,四个第二插槽 15 ,四个第二插槽 15 可以分别放置四个雾化器。当然并不受此限制,也可以设置多个第一插槽 10
,同时给不同的电子烟充电,可以方便不同的客户需求,进行同时充电,设计多个第一插槽 10 时,每个第一插槽 10
内的充电结构一样,具体的控制系统给多个电子烟充电的形式是现有技术此处不做详述。
进一步的,抵持机构 11 包括支撑件 114 和抵持件 111 (结合图 2 所示),支撑件 114
固定在座体 1 上且邻近第一插槽 10 的开口端处,抵持件 111 的一端与支撑件 114 可转动的连接,抵持件 111 的另一端为自由端。
支撑件 114 上开设有至少一个安装孔 112 ,抵持件 111 通过紧固件 113 可转动与支撑件
114 相连,结合图 7 所示,抵持件 111 的一端开设有穿孔 1111 ,紧固件 113 依次穿过所述穿孔 1111 和安装孔 112 固定在支撑件
114 上。
充电时,推动 抵持件 111 的自由端使抵持件 111 抵压至电子烟的第一端面 31
,设置在电子烟第二端面 23 上的电极抵紧充电电极形成导电连接。充电结束时,推动 抵持件 111 的自由端使抵持件 111 从电子烟的第一端面 31
移去,电子烟从所述第一插槽 10 中释放,部分地弹出第一插槽 10 。
此外,支撑件 114 端面上靠近安装孔 112 的位置处设置有用于防止过度旋转而使抵持件 111
脱离电子烟的第一端面 31 的限位部 115 ,所述限位部 115 可以为长条形结构,并固定在支撑件 114 端面上,限位部 115 与支撑件 114
可以为一体结构,也可以是固定粘接或采用铆接或螺钉等连接方式固定在支撑件 114 的端面上的结构。
进一步的, 第一充电电极 13 和第二充电电极 14 分别 固定在第一插槽 10 的底壁且与电池杆 20
的电极位置相对应 , 第二充电电极 14 为弹簧或弹片等弹性件,本实施例中,第一充电电极 13 为圆柱形弹簧并环绕在第二充电电极 14 周围,第二充电电极
14 为圆柱形弹簧,第一充电电极 13 和第二充电电极 14 可以采用焊接、铆接或粘接的方式分别固定在第一插槽 10 的底壁上。
充电时,电池杆 20 的第一电极 21 弹性压紧第一充电电极 13 形成导电连接,电池杆 20 的第二电极
22 弹性压紧第二充电电极 14 形成导电连接。由于所述充电电极可给所述电池杆 20 提供朝所述第一插槽 10
的槽口方向的弹力,因而不仅可使电子烟在充电时电子烟与所述充电电极电连接稳定,而且当解除所述 抵持机构 11 对所述电子烟抵触时,所述电子烟可自动从所述
第一插槽 10 内自动伸出,从而便于取烟。
由于第一充电电极13为圆柱形弹簧,使得第一充电电极13便于与圆环形的第一电极21充分接触,增大了第一充电电极13和第一电极21的接触面积使得导电通路更稳定
。
如图 5 并结合图 6 所示,在未与电子烟电连接时的伸开状态下,第一充电电极 13 的高度高于第二充电电极
14 的高度;充电时,第一充电电极 13 及第二充电电极 14 均被电子烟压缩而处于压缩状态,电子烟的第二端面 23 延伸至第一充电电极 13
围成的空间内,并与第二充电电极 14 抵接。 因而,可防止因振动等原因使电子烟充电装置的充电电极偏离电子烟的电极而产生接触不良的情况。
充电时,为了使电池杆的电极与电子烟充电装置的充电电极更容易对准,保证可靠的电连接,可以将 第一充电电极
11 设置成呈喇叭形或漏斗形结构。
此外, 为了保证所述电子烟充电装置可以为不同重量的电子烟充电,第一充电电极 13 的弹性系数比第二充电电极
14 的弹性系数小。
实际应用中,将电子烟插装至第一插槽 10 内,推动抵持机构 11 的抵持件 111 ,使得抵持机构 111
的自由端抵压至电子烟的第一端面 31 ,通过抵持机构 111 将电子烟压紧至第一插槽内,并使得电子烟与设置在第一插槽 10 的底壁上的第一充电电极 13
和第二充电电极 14 电连接,从而实现电子烟充电装置对电池杆 20 的充电。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟充电方法,包括如下步骤:
S1 、充电步骤:将电子烟插装至第一插槽 10 内,推动抵持机构 11 的抵持件 111 ,所述抵持件
111 的自由端抵压至所述电子烟的第一端面 31 上,使得所述电子烟被压紧至所述第一插槽 10 内、并使所述电子烟与设置在所述第一插槽 10
内的充电电极形成导电连接,实现充电。
在所述步骤 S1 中具体包括以下步骤:
S11 、将所述电子烟插装至所述第一插槽 10 内,使所述电池杆 20 的第一电极 21
弹性压紧第一充电电极 13 ;所述电池杆 20 的第二电极 22 弹性压紧第二充电电极 14 ;
S12 、推动所述抵持机构 11 的抵持件 111 ,所述抵持件 111 的自由端抵压至所述电子烟的雾化器
30 的第一端面 31 上,使得所述电子烟压紧至所述第一插槽内,实现充电。
所述步骤 S1 之前还包括:准备步骤:提供座体 1 ;在所述座体 1 上开设所述第一插槽 10
,在所述第一插槽 10 的底壁设置分别与所述电池杆 20 上电极的位置相对应的第一充电电极 13 和第二充电电极 14 ;
在与所述座体 1 固定相连的支撑件 114 上开设至少一安装孔 112 ,在所述抵持件 111
的一端开设一穿孔 1111 ;将紧固件 113 依次穿过所述穿孔 1111 和安装孔 112 固定在所述座体 1 上,使得所述抵持件 111
可转动连接在所述座体 1 上。
充电完成后,还包括取烟步骤:推动所述抵持机构 11 的抵持件 111 ,使得所述抵持件 111
的自由端从雾化器 30 的所述第一端面 31 移去;
所述电子烟受到所述第一充电电极 13 和第二充电电极 14 产生的弹力,从所述第一插槽 10
中释放,部分地弹出所述第一插槽 10 ;最后将所述电子烟从所述第一插槽 10 内取出。
一般的电子烟充电装置通常采用紧固胶或者采用螺纹连接的结构对插设其中的电池杆进行固定,本申请中通过在电子烟充电装置的座体 1 上设置所述抵持机构 11
,避免了额外使用锁紧胶和在充电装置内设置螺纹等步骤,只需旋转固定在座体 1 上的抵持件 111 ,使得抵持件 111
抵接至电子烟的一端,从而对电子烟进行固定,简化了充电步骤并且降低了成本,而且电子烟在充电时被抵持压紧在第一插槽内,使电子烟的电极可以与第一插槽 10
内的充电电极稳定接触,提高了充电的稳定性。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。
Claims (18)
- 一种电子烟充电装置,用于给电子烟的电池杆( 20 )充电,所述电子烟充电装置包括座体( 1 ),所述座体( 1 )上具有至少一用于收容所述电子烟的第一插槽( 10 );其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置还包括安装在所述座体( 1 )上的至少一抵持机构( 11 ),充电时所述电子烟插置在所述第一插槽( 10 )内并与设置在所述第一插槽( 10 )内的充电电极形成导电连接,所述抵持机构( 11 )用于在充电时抵触和压紧所述电子烟的第一端面( 31 )。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述抵持机构( 11 )包括固定在所述座体( 1 )上且邻近所述第一插槽( 10 )的开口端处的支撑件( 114 ),以及连接在所述支撑件( 114 )上的抵持件( 111 );其中,所述抵持件( 111 )的一端与所述支撑件( 114 )可转动地连接,所述抵持件( 111 )的另一端为自由端;充电时,推动所述自由端使所述抵持件( 111 )抵压至所述电子烟的所述第一端面( 31 )。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述支撑件( 114 )设置有用于防止过度旋转而使所述抵持件( 111 )脱离所述第一端面( 31 )的限位部( 115 )。
- 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述抵持件( 111 )的一端开设有穿孔( 1111 ),所述抵持件( 111 )通过所述穿孔( 1111 )可转动的连接在所述支撑件( 114 )上。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述支撑件( 114 )上开设有至少一个安装孔( 112 ),所述抵持件( 111 )通过紧固件( 113 )可转动与所述支撑件( 114 )相连,所述紧固件( 113 )依次穿过所述穿孔( 1111 )和安装孔( 112 )固定在所述支撑件( 114 )上。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述充电电极设置在所述第一插槽( 10 )的底壁且与所述电池杆( 20 )的电极位置相对应,所述充电电极还用于给所述电池杆提供朝所述第一插槽( 10 )的槽口方向的弹力;充电时,所述电子烟插装至所述第一插槽( 10 )内,所述充电电极弹性抵接至设置在所述电池杆( 20 )的第二端面( 23 )上的电极并形成导电连接,所述电子烟的与所述电池杆( 20 )导电相连的雾化器( 30 )的所述第一端面( 31 )与所述抵持机构( 11 )抵触连接。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述充电电极分别为第一充电电极( 13 )和第二充电电极( 14 );充电时,所述电池杆( 20 )的第一电极( 21 )弹性压紧所述第一充电电极( 13 )形成导电连接,所述电池杆( 20 )的第二电极( 22 )弹性压紧所述第二充电电极( 14 )形成导电连接。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第二充电电极( 14 )为弹性件,所述第一充电电极( 13 )为弹簧并环绕在所述第二充电电极( 14 )周围。
- 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,在未与所述电子烟电连接时的伸开状态下,所述第一充电电极( 13 )的高度高于所述第二充电电极( 14 )的高度;充电时,所述第一充电电极( 13 )及第二充电电极( 14 )均被所述电子烟压缩而处于压缩状态,所述第二端面( 23 )延伸至所述第一充电电极( 13 )围成的空间内,并与所述第二充电电极( 14 )抵接。
- 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一充电电极( 13 )呈喇叭形或漏斗形结构。
- 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第二充电电极( 14 )为弹簧,所述第一充电电极( 13 )的弹性系数比所述第二充电电极( 14 )的弹性系数小。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述座体( 1 )上设置有至少一个用于收容所述电子烟的雾化器( 30 )的第二插槽( 15 ),所述第二插槽( 15 )与所述第一插槽( 10 )间隔设置在所述座体( 1 )的一端面上。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括雾化器( 30 ),所述雾化器( 30 )和所述电池杆( 20 )为一体结构或可拆卸连接在一体的结构。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
- 一种电子烟充电方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:S1 、充电步骤:将电子烟插装至第一插槽( 10 )内,推动抵持机构( 11 )的抵持件( 111 ),所述抵持件( 111 )的自由端抵压至所述电子烟的第一端面( 31 )上,使得所述电子烟被压紧至所述第一插槽( 10 )内、并使所述电子烟与设置在所述第一插槽( 10 )内的充电电极形成导电连接,实现充电。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟充电方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤 S1 中具体包括以下步骤:S11 、将所述电子烟插装至所述第一插槽( 10 )内,使所述电池杆( 20 )的第一电极( 21 )弹性压紧第一充电电极( 13 );所述电池杆( 20 )的第二电极( 22 )弹性压紧第二充电电极( 14 );S12 、推动所述抵持机构( 11 )的抵持件( 111 ),所述抵持件( 111 )的自由端抵压至所述电子烟的雾化器( 30 )的第一端面( 31 )上,使得所述电子烟压紧至所述第一插槽( 10 )内,实现充电。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟充电方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S1 之前还包括:准备步骤:提供座体( 1 );在所述座体( 1 )上开设所述第一插槽( 10 ),在所述第一插槽( 10 )的底壁设置分别与所述电池杆( 20 )上电极的位置相对应的第一充电电极( 13 )和第二充电电极( 14 );在与所述座体( 1 )固定相连的支撑件( 114 )上开设至少一安装孔( 112 ),在所述抵持件( 111 )的一端开设一穿孔( 1111 );将紧固件( 113 )依次穿过所述穿孔( 1111 )和安装孔( 112 )固定在所述座体( 1 )上,使得所述抵持件( 111 )可转动连接在所述座体( 1 )上。
- 根据权利要求 17 所述的电子烟充电方法,其特征在于,充电完成之后还包括:取烟步骤:推动所述抵持机构( 11 )的抵持件( 111 ),使得所述抵持件( 111 )的自由端从雾化器( 30 )的所述第一端面( 31 )移去;所述电子烟受到所述第一充电电极( 13 )和第二充电电极( 14 )产生的弹力,从所述第一插槽( 10 )中释放,部分地弹出所述第一插槽( 10 );最后将所述电子烟从所述第一插槽( 10 )内取出。
