背景技术
电子烟包括雾化组件和电池组件,电池组件包括电池,其中电池用于为雾化组件供电,电池外套设有外套管,现有技术中,大多数电池外套管的端盖和管套之间的连接采用的螺纹连接,使用时需旋转端盖,更换电池的过程比较复杂。
申请人之前提交有在申请中但未公开的端盖翻转实现打开外套管的专利申请文件,但是其为沿外套管的轴向翻转端盖的技术,如果开盖次数过多,扣合结构可能会松动,安置在电子烟管道中的电池由于轴向存在一定的预留空间,所以外套管的端盖会自然的部分打开,容易漏电。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的端盖与套管采用螺纹连接的更换电池时操作复杂的缺陷,和端盖与套管采用翻转打开的因打开次数过多端盖扣合结构松动导致的端盖自然打开存在漏电隐患的缺陷,提供一种电池组件以及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种一种电池组件,包括用于容纳电池的套管及盖设在所述套管的开口端的端盖,还包括用于连接所述套管和所述端盖的转动机构,所述转动机构的中心轴平行于所述套管的中轴线,所述端盖通过绕所述转动机构的中心轴旋转以实现打开或关闭所述套管。

在本发明所述的电池组件中,所述套管的内壁与外壁之间自所述套管的开口端轴向开设有第一安装孔,所述顶置部为活动连接在所述第一安装孔内的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与所述第一安装孔的底部之间固定有弹性件;所述收容部为设置在所述端盖上正对所述第一安装孔的第二安装孔;
所述端盖与套管关闭时,所述伸缩杆在所述弹性件的弹力作用下伸入到所述第二安装孔内;所述端盖与套管打开过程中,所述伸缩杆被压入到所述第一安装孔内。
在本发明所述的电池组件中,所述端盖朝向所述套管的端部中间开设有圆槽,所述圆槽的半径等于所述套管的内径,所述圆槽底部沿朝向所述套管的方向轴向延伸有用于抵顶所述电池的圆台。
在本发明所述的电池组件中,所述圆台与所述电池相接触区域设置一与所述电池抵接的接触片。
本发明还公开了一种电子烟,包括雾化组件和电池组件,所述电池组件包括用于容纳电池的套管及盖设在所述套管的开口端的端盖,所述电池组件还包括用于连接所述套管和所述端盖的转动机构,所述转动机构的中心轴平行于所述套管的中轴线,所述端盖绕所述转动机构的中心轴旋转以打开或关闭所述套管。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述转动机构包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部和第二连接部通过转轴或销轴连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一连接部和第二连接部通过转轴连接,所述第一连接部为所述套管的开口端的侧缘沿远离所述套管中心轴方向径向延伸的第一凸缘,所述第二连接部为沿所述端盖的侧缘与所述第一凸缘同向延伸的第二凸缘,
所述第一凸缘开设有第一通孔,所述第二凸缘开设有第二通孔,所述转轴分别依次穿设在所述第一通孔和第二通孔所形成的空间内;
所述转轴的两端分别设置有用于限制所述端盖轴向位移的限位盖。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述套管和所述端盖相接触的端面上具有磁吸连接结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,相对于所述转动机构的另一侧具有弹性扣合连接结构,所述弹性扣合连接结构使所述端盖与所述套管形成弹性扣合连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述弹性扣合连接结构包括设置于所述套管或端盖周缘壁面上的至少一顶置部,和设置于所述端盖或套管周缘壁面上的至少一与所述顶置部相适配的收容部,所述顶置部弹性顶置于所述收容部内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述顶置部为沿远离所述套管的开口端方向的轴向延伸且以梯度逐渐减小方式形成的凸起,所述收容部为凹槽。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述套管的内壁与外壁之间自所述套管的开口端轴向开设有第一安装孔,所述顶置部为活动连接在所述第一安装孔内的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与所述第一安装孔的底部之间固定有弹性件;所述收容部为设置在所述端盖上正对所述第一安装孔的第二安装孔;
所述端盖与套管关闭时,所述伸缩杆在所述弹性件的弹力作用下伸入到所述第二安装孔内;所述端盖与套管打开过程中,所述伸缩杆被压入到所述第一安装孔内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
实施本发明的电池组件以及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过设置连接套管和端盖的转动机构,利用转动机构可以直接转动端盖打开套管,操作简单,且本发明中转动机构的中心轴平行于套管的中轴线,端盖通过绕转动机构的中心轴旋转以实现打开或关闭所述套管,即使端盖的与转动机构相对的一侧的连接结构失效,端盖因为径向空间非常紧凑,不会自然打开端盖,很好的克服了端盖翻转技术中扣合结构失效时,电子烟轴向存在预留空间使得端盖可以自然的部分打开而存在漏电隐患的缺陷。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明为了解决现有技术中端盖与套管采用螺纹连接的更换电池时操作复杂的缺陷,和端盖与套管采用翻转打开的因打开次数过多端盖扣合结构松动导致的端盖自然打开存在漏电隐患的缺陷,提供一种电池组件以及电子烟。
本发明的电池组件,包括用于容纳电池的套管及盖设在套管的开口端的端盖,还包括用于连接套管和端盖的转动机构,转动机构的中心轴平行于套管的中轴线,端盖通过绕转动机构的中心轴旋转以实现打开或关闭套管。
通过设置连接套管和端盖的转动机构,利用转动机构可以直接转动端盖打开套管,操作简单,且本发明中转动机构的中心轴平行于套管的中轴线,端盖通过绕转动机构的中心轴旋转以实现打开或关闭套管,即使端盖的与转动机构相对的一侧的连接结构失效,端盖因为径向空间非常紧凑,不会自然打开端盖,很好的克服了端盖翻转技术中扣合结构失效时,电子烟轴向存在预留空间使得端盖可以自然的部分打开而存在漏电隐患的缺陷。
下面具体介绍几个实施例:
第一实施例:
参考图1~图3,图1是本发明电池组件的第一实施例的关闭时的结构示意图;图2是本发明电池组件的第一实施例的打开时的结构示意图;图3是图2中端盖的立体图;
第一实施例中,电池组件包括用于容纳电池的套管1及盖设在套管1的开口端的端盖2和连接套管1和端盖2的转动机构3,转动机构3的中心轴平行于套管1的中轴线,端盖2通过绕转动机构3的中心轴旋转以实现打开或关闭套管1。
其中,转动机构3包括第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部和第二连接部通过转轴或销轴连接。本实施例中,优选的第一连接部和第二连接部通过转轴连接,第一连接部为套管1的开口端的侧缘沿远离套管1中心轴方向径向延伸的第一凸缘,第二连接部为沿端盖2的侧缘与第一凸缘同向延伸的第二凸缘32。
第一凸缘开设有第一通孔,第二凸缘32开设有正对第一通孔的第二通孔321,转轴分别依次穿设在第一通孔和第二通孔321所形成的空间内;为了限制端盖2轴向位移,在转轴的两端分别设置有限位盖33。
相对于转动机构3的另一侧具有弹性扣合连接结构5,弹性扣合连接结构5使端盖2与套管1形成弹性扣合连接。
弹性扣合连接结构5包括设置于套管1或端盖2周缘壁面上的至少一顶置部,和设置于端盖2或套管1周缘壁面上的至少一与顶置部相适配的收容部,顶置部弹性顶置在收容部内。
第一实施例中,顶置部为凸起51,收容部为凹槽52。其中,凸起51和凹槽52的位置可以互换,即可以将凸起51设置在端盖2上,相应的将凹槽52设置在套管1的开口端。因为打开和关闭端盖2的过程中,凸起51必须发生一定的形变才可以从凹槽52中移位出来,所以要求凸起51的能够发生弹性形变,且为便于施力打开端盖2,凸起51由沿远离套管1的开口端方向的轴向延伸且以梯度逐渐减小方式形成。
其中,凸起51可以用弹片代替,此时,在套管1的内壁与外壁之间开设锥形槽,弹片的两端可活动的安装在锥形槽内,在端盖2处于关闭状态时,弹片因中间弯曲使得两端产生一个向上的力,因此弹片中间弯曲部分会伸出锥形槽顶入凹槽52内,如此可以关闭套管;在打开端盖的过程中,因为给端盖施力,所以会产生一个向下的力压迫弹片,将弹片中间弯曲部分几乎压入锥形槽内,如此实现打开套管1。
端盖2朝向套管1的端部中间开设有圆槽20,圆槽20的半径等于套管1的内径,圆槽20底部沿朝向套管1的方向轴向延伸有内中空的用于抵顶所述电池的圆台21。其中,圆台21与电池相接触区域具有一凹位,凹位内置一与电池抵接的接触片22。
接触片22为导电的金属片,接触片22的远离电池的端面固定连接有一根用于电连接至雾化组件的导线(导线部分未在图上显示),为了将导线引出圆台21,圆台21侧壁开设有通孔(图未示),导线经通孔引出后再经由电池与套管1之间的间隙沿轴向远离端盖2的方向引出。
第二实施例:
参考图4和图5,图4是本发明电池组件的第二实施例的关闭时的结构示意图;图5是图4中A区域的放大图。
第二实施例与第一实施例的不同在于,顶置部为伸缩杆55,在套管1的内壁与外壁之间自套管1的开口端轴向开设有第一安装孔53,伸缩杆55活动连接在第一安装孔53内,伸缩杆55与第一安装孔53的底部之间的固定有弹性件56;收容部为设置在端盖上2正对第一安装孔53的第二安装孔54。
端盖2与套管1关闭时,伸缩杆55在弹性件56的弹力作用下伸入到第二安装孔54内,端盖2与套管1打开过程中,伸缩杆55被压入到第一安装孔53内。
第三实施例:
参考图6,是本发明电池组件的第三实施例的关闭时的结构示意图;
第三实施例与第一实施例和第二实施例的不同在于,没有采用弹性扣合连接结构,而是在套管1和端盖2相接触的端面上具有磁吸连接结构4。
第三实施例与第二实施例一样,在套管1和端盖2分别开始有第一安装孔和第二安装孔,第一安装孔和第二安装孔分别固定安装有相互吸引的磁铁。
第四实施例:
参考图7,是本发明电池组件的第四实施例的关闭时的结构示意图。
上述三个实施例中,端盖与套管的接触面为水平面,本发明中,端盖与套管的接触面可以为曲面或者斜面,第四实施例中与上述三个实施例的不同在于端盖与套管的接触面为曲面,采用曲面结构,当磁吸连接结构或者弹性扣合连接结构失效时,曲面比水平面更不容易自然打开。与转动机构相对的一侧的连接结构可以为上述三个实施例的任一种,本实施例中优选的磁吸连接结构。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括雾化组件和上述电池组件,其中,雾化组件和电池组件为可拆卸连接的结构或共用一个外套管的一体结构。上述电池组件远离端盖的一端与雾化组件电性连接实现为雾化组件供电。
综上,本发明通过增加连接套管和端盖的转动机构,利用转动机构可以直接转动端盖打开套管,操作简单,且本发明中转动机构的中心轴平行于套管的中轴线,端盖通过绕转动机构的中心轴旋转以实现打开或关闭套管,即使端盖的与转动机构相对的一侧的连接结构失效,端盖因为径向空间非常紧凑,不会自然打开端盖,很好的克服了端盖翻转技术中扣合结构失效时,电子烟轴向存在预留空间使得端盖可以自然的部分打开而存在漏电隐患的缺陷。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电池组件,包括用于容纳电池的套管(1)及盖设在所述套管(1)的开口端的端盖(2),其特征在于,还包括用于连接所述套管(1)和所述端盖(2)的转动机构(3),所述转动机构(3)的中心轴平行于所述套管(1)的中轴线,所述端盖(2)通过绕所述转动机构(3)的中心轴旋转以实现打开或关闭所述套管(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述转动机构(3)包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部和第二连接部通过转轴或销轴连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和第二连接部通过转轴连接,所述第一连接部为所述套管(1)的开口端的侧缘沿远离所述套管(1)中心轴方向径向延伸的第一凸缘,所述第二连接部为沿所述端盖(2)的侧缘与所述第一凸缘同向延伸的第二凸缘(32),
    所述第一凸缘开设有第一通孔,所述第二凸缘(32)开设有第二通孔(321),所述转轴分别依次穿设在所述第一通孔和第二通孔(321)所形成的空间内;
    所述转轴的两端分别设置有用于限制所述端盖(2)轴向位移的限位盖(33)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述套管(1)和所述端盖(2)相接触的端面上具有磁吸连接结构(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,相对于所述转动机构(3)的另一侧具有弹性扣合连接结构(5),所述弹性扣合连接结构(5)使所述端盖(2)与所述套管(1)形成弹性扣合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述弹性扣合连接结构(5)包括设置于所述套管(1)或端盖(2)周缘壁面上的至少一顶置部,和设置于所述端盖(2)或套管(1)周缘壁面上的至少一与所述顶置部相适配的收容部,所述顶置部弹性顶置在所述收容部内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述顶置部为沿远离所述套管(1)的开口端方向的轴向延伸且以梯度逐渐减小方式形成的凸起(51),所述收容部为凹槽(52)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述顶置部为弹片,所述弹片的两端可活动的安装在开设于所述套管(1)的内壁与外壁之间的锥形槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述套管(1)的内壁与外壁之间自所述套管(1)的开口端轴向开设有第一安装孔(53),所述顶置部为活动连接在所述第一安装孔(53)内的伸缩杆(55),所述伸缩杆(55)与所述第一安装孔(53)的底部之间固定有弹性件(56);所述收容部为设置在所述端盖上(2)正对所述第一安装孔(53)的第二安装孔(54);
    所述端盖(2)与套管(1)关闭时,所述伸缩杆(55)在所述弹性件(56)的弹力作用下伸入到所述第二安装孔(54)内;所述端盖(2)与套管(1)打开过程中,所述伸缩杆(55)被压入到所述第一安装孔(53)内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述端盖(2)朝向所述套管(1)的端部中间开设有圆槽(20),所述圆槽(20)的半径等于所述套管(1)的内径,所述圆槽(20)底部沿朝向所述套管(1)的方向轴向延伸有用于抵顶所述电池的圆台(21)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述圆台(21)与所述电池相接触区域设置一与所述电池抵接的接触片(22)。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件和电池组件,所述电池组件包括用于容纳电池的套管(1)及盖设在所述套管(1)的开口端的端盖(2),其特征在于,所述电池组件还包括用于连接所述套管(1)和所述端盖(2)的转动机构(3),所述转动机构(3)的中心轴平行于所述套管(1)的中轴线,所述端盖(2)绕所述转动机构(3)的中心轴旋转以打开或关闭所述套管(1)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述转动机构(3)包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部和第二连接部通过转轴或销轴连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和第二连接部通过转轴连接,所述第一连接部为所述套管(1)的开口端的侧缘沿远离所述套管(1)中心轴方向径向延伸的第一凸缘,所述第二连接部为沿所述端盖(2)的侧缘与所述第一凸缘同向延伸的第二凸缘(32),
    所述第一凸缘开设有第一通孔,所述第二凸缘(32)开设有第二通孔(321),所述转轴分别依次穿设在所述第一通孔和第二通孔(321)所形成的空间内;
    所述转轴的两端分别设置有用于限制所述端盖(2)轴向位移的限位盖(33)。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述套管(1)和所述端盖(2)相接触的端面上具有磁吸连接结构(4)。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,相对于所述转动机构(3)的另一侧具有弹性扣合连接结构(5),所述弹性扣合连接结构(5)使所述端盖(2)与所述套管(1)形成弹性扣合连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性扣合连接结构(5)包括设置于所述套管(1)或端盖(2)周缘壁面上的至少一顶置部,和设置于所述端盖(2)或套管(1)周缘壁面上的至少一与所述顶置部相适配的收容部,所述顶置部弹性顶置于所述收容部内。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述顶置部为沿远离所述套管(1)的开口端方向的轴向延伸且以梯度逐渐减小方式形成的凸起(51),所述收容部为凹槽(52)。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套管(1)的内壁与外壁之间自所述套管(1)的开口端轴向开设有第一安装孔(53),所述顶置部为活动连接在所述第一安装孔(53)内的伸缩杆(55),所述伸缩杆(55)与所述第一安装孔(53)的底部之间固定有弹性件(56);所述收容部为设置在所述端盖上(2)正对所述第一安装孔(53)的第二安装孔(54);
    所述端盖(2)与套管(1)关闭时,所述伸缩杆(55)在所述弹性件(56)的弹力作用下伸入到所述第二安装孔(54)内;所述端盖(2)与套管(1)打开过程中,所述伸缩杆(55)被压入到所述第一安装孔(53)内。
  20. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
