本発明の一実施形態に係る油圧ショベル100を図1~図3に示す。図1及び図3は、油圧ショベル100の側面図である。図2は、油圧ショベル100の平面図である。なお、図3には、図1の旋回体3が180度回転した状態の側面図が示されている。油圧ショベル100は、車両本体1と作業機4とを備えている。
油圧ショベル100は、昇降用の部材として以下の部材を備える。図1及び図3に示すように、走行装置2aは、ステップ20a及びステップ20dを有する。走行装置2bは、ステップ20b及びステップ20cを有する。ステップ20a及びステップ20dは、トラックフレーム2gの側面に設けられる。ステップ20b及びステップ20cは、トラックフレーム2hの側面に設けられる。ステップ20aは、走行体2の前方向と旋回体3の前方向とが一致する場合に、作業者が旋回体3上へ(例えば、燃料タンク14の給油口、或いは、還元剤タンク13の給水口へ)移動する際に利用される。ステップ20bは、走行体2の前方向と旋回体3の後方向とが一致する場合に、作業者が旋回体3上へ移動する際に利用される。ステップ20cは、走行体2の前方向と旋回体3の前方向とが一致する場合に、運転者がキャブ5へ搭乗する際に利用される。ステップ20dは、走行体2の前方向と旋回体3の後方向とが一致する場合に、運転者がキャブ5へ搭乗する際に利用される。
図6は、グリップ23付近の斜視図である。図1、図2、及び図4~図6に示すように、グリップ23が位置する旋回フレーム6の側面には、第1デッキガード25a、第2デッキガード25bが設けられる。第1デッキガード25a及び第2デッキガード25bは、三角柱形状を有する。第1デッキガード25a及び第2デッキガード25bは、第1デッキガード25aの長手方向と第2デッキガード25bの長手方向が一致するように配置される。すなわち、第2デッキガード25bは、第1デッキガード25aの延長線上に配置される。グリップ23は、第1デッキガード25aと第2デッキガード25bとの間の旋回フレーム6の側面に配置される。グリップ23が、第1デッキガード25aと第2デッキガード25bとの間に設けられることによって、旋回体3の回転の際にグリップ23が外部の物体と直接接触しにくくなる。よって、グリップ23は、第1デッキガード25a及び第2デッキガード25bによって保護される。
図1~図3に示すように、旋回体3は、ミラー27a,27bを有する。ミラー27a,27bは、旋回体3の前後方向において、グリップ23よりも後方に設けられる。運転者は、ミラー27aによって、車両本体1の右側方における後方を確認することができる。また、運転者は、ミラー27bによって、車両本体1の右側方における前方を確認することができる。ミラー27a,27bがグリップ23よりも後方に設けられることによって、作業者がステップ20a,20bを昇降する際に、ミラー27a,27bが干渉することはない。
本実施形態に係る油圧ショベル100は、以下の特徴を有する。

Claims (9)
- 走行体と、
前記走行体上に載置され、基台としての旋回フレームを有する旋回体と、
を備え、
前記旋回体は、
前記旋回体の前後方向に伸びる前記旋回体の中心線に対して、前記旋回体の左右方向における右側の右側部と、
前記中心線に対して、前記旋回体の左右方向における左側の左側部と、
を有し、
前記旋回体は、
前記右側部と前記左側部とのいずれか一方に設けられるキャブと、
前記右側部と前記左側部とのいずれか他方において、前記旋回体の側方の前端に設けられ、前記前端から上方且つ前記旋回体の後方に向かって伸びる、手すりと、
前記手すりの下方且つ前記旋回フレームの側面に設けられたグリップと、を有し、
前記走行体は、
トラックフレームと、
前記手すりの下方であって、前記トラックフレームの側面に設けられるステップと、
を有する、油圧ショベル。
- 前記旋回体の前後方向が前記走行体の前後方向と一致するように前記旋回体が位置する場合において、
前記前端における前記手すりの下端部は、前記旋回体の前後方向において前記ステップの中心よりも前方に位置し、
前記グリップは、前記旋回体の前後方向において前記ステップの中心よりも後方に位置する、請求項1に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記ステップは、前ステップであり、
前記旋回体の前方向が前記走行体の前方向と一致するように前記旋回体が位置する場合において、
前記前端における前記手すりの下端部は、前記旋回体の前後方向において前記前ステップの中心よりも前方に位置し、
前記グリップは、前記旋回体の前後方向において前記前ステップの中心よりも後方に位置する、請求項2に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記走行体は、後ステップをさらに有し、
前記旋回体の前方向が前記走行体の後方向と一致するように前記旋回体が位置する場合において、
前記前端における前記手すりの下端部は、前記旋回体の前後方向において前記後ステップの中心よりも前方に位置し、
前記グリップは、前記旋回体の前後方向において前記後ステップの中心よりも後方に位置する、請求項3に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記旋回体は、
前記グリップが位置する前記旋回フレームの側面に設けられた第1デッキガードと、
前記第1デッキガードの延長線上に配置される第2デッキガードと、
をさらに有し、
前記グリップは、前記第1デッキガードと前記第2デッキガードとの間の前記旋回フレームの側面に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記グリップの下端は、前記旋回フレームの側面の底辺よりも上方に位置する、請求項5に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記旋回体は、前記旋回体の前後方向において前記グリップよりも後方に設けられたミラーを更に有する、請求項6に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記旋回体は、
エンジンと、
エンジンからの排気を処理する選択還元触媒装置と、
還元剤を貯留するための還元剤タンクと、
をさらに有し、
前記還元剤タンクは、前記右側部及び前記左側部のうち、前記手すりが設けられる側部に配置される、請求項1に記載の油圧ショベル。
- 前記キャブは、前記左側部に配置され、
前記手すりは、前記右側部に配置される、請求項1に記載の油圧ショベル。
