- Programs constituting the change command transmission unit 250 and the content reception unit 251 may be stored not only in the first control device 230A but also in the second control device 230B and the display device 203.
- the second control device 230 ⁇ / b> B and the display device 203 may include the change command transmission unit 250 and the content reception unit 251.
- changing the setting via the display device 203 will be described with reference to FIG.
- the change command transmission unit 250 transmits a change command signal for instructing the portable terminal 204 to change the setting contents. As shown in FIG. 21, when a request for changing the setting is made by wireless communication from the portable terminal 204 to the control device 230 via the display device 203 (transmission / reception unit) by operating the portable terminal 204, the change command transmission means In response to a setting change request from the mobile terminal 204, 250 transmits a change command signal if the setting can be changed.
- the change command transmission means 250 carries the change command signal via the transmission / reception unit. Not sent to terminal 204.
- the change command transmission unit 250 transmits a change command signal to the portable terminal 204 when the operation lever 233 is not operated or the accelerator lever is not operated, that is, when the backhoe 202 is not operated. Note that whether or not the backhoe 202 is in operation can be determined based on information such as a sensor input to the control device 230.
- the change command transmission unit 250 may transmit the setting content already stored in the content storage unit 253 together with the change command signal.
- the setting content such as “Yes” for the arm angle control and “1050 rpm” for the idle rotation number is already stored in the content storage unit 253 (the storage unit of the display device 203)
- the same setting content as the setting content stored in the content storage means 253 (the arm angle control is “present” and the idle speed is “1050 rpm”) is transmitted to the portable terminal 204.
- the setting value of the backhoe 202 can be confirmed on the portable terminal 204 side, and the setting value can be changed while viewing the setting value already set on the backhoe 202 side.
- the change command transmission unit 250 passes the setting control program through the display device 203. You may transmit with a change command signal. For example, when a request for changing the setting is made from the portable terminal 204 to the control device 230 (first control device 230A, second control device 230B) via the display device 203, the portable terminal 204 has a setting control program. If the change command transmission unit 250 is notified that the change has not been made, the change command transmission unit 250 transmits the setting control program to the portable terminal 204 in response to the notification. In this way, the backhoe 202 can be set even if the portable terminal 204 does not have a setting control program. Note that the setting content stored in the content storage unit 253 may be transmitted when the setting control program is transmitted to the portable terminal 204.
- the content receiving unit 251 receives (acquires) the setting content changed on the mobile terminal 204 side in response to the change command signal. For example, when the setting screen M1 is displayed on the mobile terminal 204 side, the setting of the backhoe 202 is completed, and the changed setting content is transmitted to the content receiving unit 251 as shown in FIG.
- the content receiving unit 251 receives the changed setting content transmitted from the portable terminal 204 via the display device 203 and temporarily holds the setting content.
- the receiving unit 251 divides the setting contents without receiving them continuously and receives them intermittently at intervals.
- the content receiving unit 251 temporarily stops receiving the setting content, and transmits the setting content to the portable terminal 204 when the processing load becomes low. After the request, the setting content transmitted from the portable terminal 204 is received again.
- the content storage unit 253 stores the setting content changed on the mobile terminal 204 side as a new setting content. For example, when the backhoe 202 is not in operation, that is, when the load of control processing or display processing is low, the content storage unit 253 receives content from the stored settings as shown in FIG. The new setting contents fetched by the means 251 are rewritten. Note that it is preferable to temporarily disable the backhoe 202 while the setting contents are being rewritten.
- the setting content received by the content receiving unit 251 is stored as new setting content by the content storage unit 253, the setting content received by the content receiving unit 251 and the setting content transmitted from the portable terminal 204 are collated. It is preferable.
- the received setting content is returned (transmitted) from the control device 230 to the portable terminal 204 via the display device 203.
- the setting content returned from the display device 203 (control device 230) is referred to as collation setting content.
- the collation setting content transmitted from the display device 203 (control device 230) is collated with the setting content (transmission setting content) set by the mobile terminal 204 and transmitted to the display device 203. If the two contents match, a match signal indicating the contents match is transmitted from the portable terminal 204 to the control device 230 via the display device 203.
- the content storage unit 253 side stores the setting content already transmitted from the portable terminal 204 as a new setting content.
- the portable terminal 204 transmits a mismatch signal indicating content mismatch to the control device 230 via the display device 203.
- the control device 230 side when the mismatch signal is received, the setting contents already transmitted from the portable terminal 204 are not stored as new setting contents, and the contents receiving unit 251 requests the portable terminal 204 to transmit the setting contents again. Then, the portable terminal 204 resends the setting contents in response to the retransmission request. That is, collation is performed between the display device 203 (control device 230) and the portable terminal 204 as to whether or not the setting contents match, and the process is repeated until the matching is matched.
- a setting change request is made from the mobile terminal 204 to the control device 230, and the control device 230 transmits a change command signal based on the request from the mobile terminal 204. Further, on the mobile terminal 204 side, In response to the change command signal transmitted from the control device 230, the setting content set on the mobile terminal 204 side is transmitted to the control device 230.
- the control device 230 may directly receive the setting content transmitted from the portable terminal 204 without performing a response to the change command signal to 230. For example, when the data amount of the setting content transmitted from the portable terminal 204 to the control device 230 is small, a method as shown in FIG. 24 may be performed.
- the portable terminal 204 includes a setting screen display unit 260, a change unit 261, and a setting content transmission unit 262.
- the setting screen display means 260, the changing means 261, and the setting content transmission means 262 are configured by programs stored in the portable terminal 204.
- the portable terminal 204 has a display unit 263 for displaying the setting screen M1. Note that the display unit 263 may be a touch panel type as described later, or may be a non-touch panel type as long as it can display various information.
- the setting screen display means 260 displays the setting screen M1 for changing the setting contents in response to the change command signal on the display unit 263. For example, upon receiving a change command signal transmitted from the control device 230 via the display device 203, the setting screen display means 260 activates a setting control program for displaying the setting screen M1, and displays the display unit of the portable terminal 204. A setting screen M1 is displayed on H.263.
- the setting screen display means 260 activates the stored setting control program and displays the setting screen M1 on the display unit.
- the setting screen display means 260 downloads the setting control program transmitted together with the change command signal from the display device 203 (control device 230) and downloads the downloaded setting program.
- the control program is activated to display the setting screen M1 on the display unit.
- the setting screen M1 on the portable terminal 204 may be the same screen (characters, numerical values, designs, sizes, display ranges, etc. are exactly the same) as the setting screen M1 of the display device 203. It is good also as a screen which put together the display divided into multiple in the setting screen M1. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 22, for example, on the setting screen M1 of the portable terminal 204, a list of all setting items N is displayed on the left side, and each setting item N is already set on the center. The setting contents (existing setting contents) are displayed, the changed setting contents (setting contents set by the mobile terminal 204) are displayed on the right side, and the guidance (message) is displayed on the lower side.
- the mobile terminal 204 divides one setting screen M1 into a plurality of areas, and displays a list of setting items, existing setting contents, changed setting contents, messages, and the like in each divided area.
- the first area Q1 is a part for displaying a list of setting items
- the second area Q2 is a part for displaying existing setting contents
- the third area Q3 is a part for displaying changed setting contents
- a guidance is displayed.
- the part to be referred to is called the fourth area Q4.
- the setting screen display means 260 displays the received existing contents in the second area Q2. If the setting contents are not received, the existing setting contents are not displayed in the second area Q2.
- the changing means 261 changes the setting content displayed on the setting screen M1.
- the changing unit 261 sets the touched setting.
- the setting contents corresponding to the item are popped up on the setting screen M1, and the setting contents can be changed on the pop-up screen.
- the changing means 261 displays the idling speed on a pop-up screen.
- the changing means 261 automatically displays a numeric keypad for changing the value of the idle speed. By operating the numeric keypad on the pop-up screen on which the numeric keypad is displayed, the idle rotation speed can be changed.
- the changing means 261 displays whether the arm angle control is valid or invalid on the pop-up screen.
- the changing means 261 changes the setting to “invalid” by touching “valid” when “valid” is already displayed, and changes to “invalid” when “valid” is already displayed. Touch [Disable] to change the setting to [Enable].
- the changing unit 261 can freely change the setting contents displayed on the setting screen M1.
- the touch panel has been described as an example, the changing unit 261 may change the setting content displayed on the setting screen M1 by operating a switch or the like, or the setting content may be changed by voice or the like. Any change means 261 may be used as long as the setting contents can be changed.
- the setting content transmission means 262 transmits the setting content changed on the setting screen M1 to the display device 203 (control device 230). For example, when the display indicating the completion of setting displayed on the setting screen M ⁇ b> 1 is touched on the portable terminal 204, the setting content changed by the changing unit 261 is transmitted to the control device 230 via the display device 203.
- the setting content transmitting means 262 transmits the setting content to the display device 203 (control device 230) when there is an instruction to complete the setting.
- the setting completion instruction method may be a method of touching a display indicating the completion of setting as described above, a switch or the like, or a voice.
- the portable terminal 204 may include a content collating unit that collates the setting content for verification transmitted from the display device 203 (control device 230) with the setting content for transmission from the mobile terminal 204 side. Good.
- the mobile terminal 204 transmits a match signal indicating content match to the display device 203 (control device 230) if the setting content matches, and if the setting content does not match, the mobile terminal 204 sends a mismatch signal indicating content mismatch. It transmits to the display apparatus 203 (control apparatus 230). If the setting contents do not match, the setting contents transmitting unit 262 resends the setting contents in response to the retransmission request transmitted from the display device 203 (control device 230). The setting content transmitting means 262 transmits the setting content until the setting content matches.
- the change command transmission unit 250, the content reception unit 251, and the content storage unit 253 are provided, the operator who operates the work machine 202 holds the portable terminal 204 while holding the portable terminal 204. By simply operating the terminal 204, the setting content of the work machine 202 can be easily changed. Further, since the change command transmission unit 250 is configured to transmit the setting content already stored on the work machine 202 side to the portable terminal 204, when the operator changes the setting, the setting content before the change is set. Since it is possible to change the new setting contents while viewing the screen, it is easy to make a policy on how to change the setting contents from the current state, and the setting can be easily performed from this point.
- the change command transmission means 250 is configured to transmit a program (setting control program) for displaying the setting screen M1 to the portable terminal 204, the portable terminal 204 owned by the operator controls the setting.
