Description
また、本発明は、乗員を安定的に支持することができる乗物用シートを提供することを第2の目的とする。
また、本発明は、シートバックパッドが撓むためのスペースを確保することができる乗物用シートを提供することを第3の目的とする。
また、本発明は、乗員の上体上部が沈み込む際のシートバックフレームとの干渉を抑制することができる乗物用シートを提供することを第4の目的とする。
また、本発明は、構成の簡略化および部品点数の増加の抑制が可能な乗物用シートを提供することを第5の目的とする。
図1に示すように、一実施形態に係る乗物用シートは、自動車の運転席に使用される車両用シートSとして構成され、シートクッションS1と、シートバックS2と、ヘッドレストS3とを主に備えている。そして、詳細については後述するが、この車両用シートSは、自車両の後部に他車両が追突したり、後退する自車両の後部が他車両や構造物に衝突したりして乗員の上体からシートバックS2に後退移動荷重が作用したときに、乗員の上体をシートバックS2に沈み込ませるように構成されている。
なお、本明細書において、前後、左右および上下は、リクライニング機構RLによってシートバックS2が倒されていない状態の車両用シートSに着座した乗員を基準とする。
自車両の後部に他車両が追突したり、後退する自車両の後部が他車両などに衝突したりする後突により、乗員からシートバックS2に後退移動荷重が作用すると、図7(a),(b)に示すように、二点鎖線で示す荷重入力前の位置からシートバックパッド50が撓みながら後退移動するとともに、シートバックパッド50に押されて受圧部材40が後退移動する。
取付部81の後面には、クリップ部81Aが形成されており、シートスプリング140に係合されることで、支持部材80がシートスプリング140に取り付けられている。これにより、支持部材80は、シートスプリング140が後方へ撓むことで、左右のサイドフレーム20に対して後退移動可能となっている。
以上のような支持部材80によっても、前記実施形態の支持部41と同様の作用効果を得ることができる。
なお、本発明の乗物用シートは、シートバックパッドなどによって乗員を安定的に支持することができるのであれば、支持部材を備えない構成であってもよい。
Claims (8)
- シートクッション、シートバックおよびヘッドレストを備え、前記シートバックが、当該シートバックのフレームを構成するシートバックフレームと、当該シートバックフレームを覆うシートバックパッドとを有し、乗員の上体から前記シートバックに後退移動荷重が作用したときに乗員の上体をシートバックに沈み込ませるように構成された乗物用シートであって、
前記シートバックパッドは、乗員の上体背部に対面する中央部と、当該中央部の左右両側に設けられて前記中央部よりも前に張り出した左右の側部とを有し、
前記左右の側部のうち、乗員の胸部の高さに対応する上側部を、乗員の腰部の高さに対応する下側部よりも、前記後退移動荷重が作用したときに撓みやすく構成したことを特徴とする乗物用シート。 - 前記シートバック内に設けられ、内側から前記上側部を支持する後退移動可能な支持部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗物用シート。
- 前記支持部材の前面は、前記シートバックパッドに接触した状態で配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の乗物用シート。
- 前記支持部材は、前記シートバックフレームの左右のサイドフレームの前側において当該サイドフレームとの間に隙間を有した状態で配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の乗物用シート。
- 前記支持部材は、前記サイドフレームと対向する部分に前記サイドフレームとの干渉を避けるための逃げ部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乗物用シート。
- 前記シートバック内で前記中央部に対向して配置され、前記シートバックフレームの左右のサイドフレームに連結部材を介して後退移動可能に連結された受圧部材を備え、
前記支持部材は、前記受圧部材の左右両端の上部から左右方向外側に向けて延びるように前記受圧部材と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の乗物用シート。 - 前記シートバックパッドは、前から見て、前記中央部と前記左右の側部との間と、前記支持部材とが重なる部分に、貫通孔または凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の乗物用シート。
- 前記支持部材は、前記上側部を前方に向けて付勢するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の乗物用シート。
