第1リブ114Uは、ラッチ30と係合するレバー部材50が接触する高さを有し、レバー部材50が回動する範囲に対応して形成されている。第1リブ114Uは、第3リブ114Wと同じ高さに形成されている。
このような乗物用ラッチ装置は、上述した乗物用ラッチ装置1と同様の動作を行う。
さらに、下ケース102に膨出部103を設けたことにより、樹脂筐体の剛性を高めることができる。
また、樹脂筐体の内面に形成された第1リブ114Q,114Uは、他の第1リブ114P,114Tや第2リブ114R,114Vよりも長さが短く形成されている。このように樹脂筐体の必要な剛性に応じて、第1リブ114Q,114Uの大きさを小さくすることで軽量化を図ることができる。
例えば、筐体は、補強板20,120を含まずに、樹脂筐体のみから構成されるものでもよい。この場合、例えば、ラッチ30の鉤状部33が、ストライカPの棒状部P1に当接する第2部材に対応することになる。
例えば、前記実施形態においては、ラッチ30またはラチェット40を軸支する軸を樹脂筐体と一体に構成したが、この軸自体は、金属製の軸であってもよい。また、樹脂軸を採用する場合も、ラッチ30またはラチェット40の一方のみに採用してもよい。
Claims (19)
- 棒状部に係合または離脱することでロックまたはロック解除する乗物用ラッチ装置であって、
少なくとも一部が第1の材料からなる第1部材で構成され、前記棒状部が入り込む進入溝を有する筐体と、
第2の材料からなり、前記棒状部に当接する第2部材と、
を含み、
前記第2の材料は、前記第1の材料よりも比重が大きく弾性係数が大きいことを特徴とする乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記筐体内に収容されるとともに前記筐体に回動可能に支持され、前記棒状部に係合可能な鉤状部を有するラッチをさらに備え、
前記第2部材が、前記ラッチの鉤状部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記第1の材料が樹脂であり、前記第1部材が樹脂筐体を形成し、
前記第2部材が、当該樹脂筐体を補強する補強板を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記第1の材料が樹脂であり、前記第1部材が樹脂筐体を形成し、
前記第2の材料が金属であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記筐体内に収容されるとともに前記筐体に回動可能に支持され、前記棒状部に係合可能な鉤状部を有するラッチをさらに備え、
前記筐体は、前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを含んで構成され、前記進入溝が前記第2部材に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記第1部材は、内側に突出する円筒状の第1軸を一体に有し、
前記ラッチは、前記第1軸に嵌合する第1穴を有し、
前記第1軸および前記第1穴の係合により前記ラッチが前記第1部材に回動可能に支持され、
前記第1軸の筒の内部を貫通し、乗物用ラッチ装置を他の装置に固定するための第1固定部材をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記筐体内に収容されるとともに前記第1部材に回動可能に支持され、前記ラッチに係合することで、前記ラッチが前記棒状部に対して係合可能な閉状態および棒状部から離脱する開状態を維持するラチェットをさらに備え、
前記第1部材は、内側に突出する円筒状の第2軸を一体に有し、
前記ラチェットは、前記第2軸に嵌合する第2穴を有し、
前記第2軸および前記第2穴の係合により前記ラチェットが前記第1部材に回動可能に支持され、
前記第2軸の筒の内部を貫通し、乗物用ラッチ装置を他の装置に固定するための第2固定部材をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記筐体内に収容されるとともに前記第1部材に回動可能に支持され、前記ラッチに係合することで、前記ラッチが前記棒状部に対して係合可能な閉状態および棒状部から離脱する開状態を維持するラチェットをさらに備え、
前記第1部材は、内側に突出する円筒状の第2軸を一体に有し、
前記ラチェットは、前記第2軸に嵌合する第2穴を有し、
前記第2軸および前記第2穴の係合により前記ラチェットが前記第1部材に回動可能に支持され、
前記第2軸の筒の内部を貫通し、乗物用ラッチ装置を他の装置に固定するための第2固定部材をさらに備え、
前記棒状部からの荷重を受ける方向から見て、前記第1固定部材と前記第2固定部材の間に、前記棒状部からの荷重を受ける荷重受け部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記棒状部からの荷重を受ける荷重受け部を有する樹脂製の荷重受け部材をさらに備え、
前記第1部材は樹脂製であり、かつ、前記荷重受け部材と係合する係合穴を備え、
前記第2部材は板金からなり、前記棒状部から前記荷重受け部材が受ける力を支持する支持部を有し、
前記荷重受け部材は、前記第2部材を挟むように構成されるとともに、前記第1部材の前記係合穴に係合する係合突起を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記筐体内に収容されるとともに前記第1部材に回動可能に支持され、前記ラッチに係合することで、前記ラッチが前記棒状部に対して係合可能な閉状態および棒状部から離脱する開状態を維持するラチェットをさらに備え、
前記第1部材は、内側に突出する円筒状の第2軸を一体に有し、
前記ラチェットは、前記第2軸に嵌合する第2穴を有し、
前記第2軸および前記第2穴の係合により前記ラチェットが前記筐体に回動可能に支持され、
前記第2軸の筒の内部を貫通し、乗物用ラッチ装置を他の装置に固定するための第2固定部材をさらに備え、
前記第1部材の、前記第1固定部材および前記第2固定部材が通る各孔の縁には前記第1部材の外側に突出して延びる位置決め突起が設けられ、
前記第2部材は、前記位置決め突起のそれぞれに嵌合する位置決め孔を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記支持部は、前記第2部材の輪郭における凹部に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。
- 前記筐体の、前記ラッチの回動軸線方向の一方側の壁は、前記第1部材により構成され、他方側の壁は、少なくとも外側が前記第2部材により構成され、
前記第2部材は、乗物用ラッチ装置が固定部材により他の装置に取り付けられるときに外側に位置して前記固定部材の固定力を受ける座面として機能することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記樹脂筐体は、2つの部材を合わせることで箱状に形成され、前記2つの部材は、ヒンジにより接続されて一体成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。
- 前記樹脂筐体は、内側に突出する第1軸を一体に有し、
前記ラッチは、前記第1軸に嵌合する第1穴部を有し、
前記第1軸および前記第1穴部の係合により前記ラッチが前記樹脂筐体に回動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記樹脂筐体内に収容されるとともに前記樹脂筐体に回動可能に支持され、前記ラッチに係合することで、前記ラッチが前記棒状部に対して係合可能な閉状態および棒状部から離脱する開状態を維持する金属製のラチェットをさらに備え、
前記筐体は、内側に突出する第2軸を一体に有し、
前記ラチェットは、前記第2軸に嵌合する第2穴部を有し、
前記第2軸および前記第2穴部の係合により前記ラチェットが前記筐体に回動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記第1軸は、円筒状に形成され、
前記第1軸の筒の内部を貫通し、乗物用ラッチ装置を他の装置に固定する金属製の第1固定部材をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記第2軸は、円筒状に形成され、
前記第2軸の筒の内部を貫通し、乗物用ラッチ装置を他の装置に固定する金属製の第2固定部材をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。 - 前記樹脂筐体は、前記第1軸の周囲に、樹脂筐体内部に向かって突出する第1リブを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。
- 前記樹脂筐体内に収容されるとともに前記樹脂筐体に回動可能に支持され、前記ラッチに係合することで、前記ラッチが前記棒状部に対して係合可能な閉状態および棒状部から離脱する開状態を維持する金属製のラチェットと、
前記ラッチに回動可能に支持され、前記ラチェットに係合していることで前記ラチェットの動作を前記ラッチに伝える金属製のレバー部材と、
前記レバー部材と前記ラチェットとに係合する付勢部材とをさらに備え、
前記樹脂筐体は、内側に突出する第2軸を一体に有し、
前記ラチェットは、前記第2軸に嵌合する第2穴部と、当該第2穴部の周囲で当該穴の軸方向に突出したフランジとを有し、
前記第2軸および前記第2穴部の係合により前記ラチェットが前記樹脂筐体に回動可能に支持されており、前記レバー部材は、前記ラッチが閉状態にあるときに、前記付勢部材の付勢力により前記フランジに当接していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乗物用ラッチ装置。
