Abstract
Description
次の成分(A)~(C):
(A)第3級アミン化合物又はその塩 0.3~5質量%
(B)炭素数12~26の脂肪族アルコール 1~15質量%
(C)一般式(I)又は(II)で表されるノニオン性基含有ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種と、一般式(III)又は(IV)で表されるカチオン性基含有ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種と、ビニル基、アクリロイル基、メタクリロイル基及びアリル基から選ばれる少なくとも2個の基を分子中に有する架橋性ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種とを必須構成単量体とし、ラジカル重合することにより得られるカチオン性基含有共重合体 0.05~2質量%
及び水を含有し、
前記成分(A)と前記成分(C)の質量比率が、(A)/(C)=3~46である、毛髪化粧料を提供するものである。
また、本発明によれば、前記本発明における毛髪化粧料を頭皮に塗布して適用した後に洗い流す工程を含む、毛髪化粧料の使用方法が提供される。
本発明で使用される毛髪化粧料の成分としては、例えば、以下のものが挙げられる。
第3級アミン化合物としては、一般式(2)で表されるものが挙がられる。
例えば下記一般式(3)で表される化合物及びその塩が挙げられる。
例えば下記一般式(4)で表される化合物またはその塩が挙げられる。
例えば下記一般式(5)で表される化合物またはその塩が挙げられる。
成分(B)は、炭素数12~26の脂肪族アルコールである。これにより、頭皮や毛髪への塗布時やその後のすすぎ時において、毛髪を滑らかにすることができる。
脂肪族アルコールは、水酸基を1つ含むものであり、水酸基を2以上含まない。
成分(C)は、一般式(I)又は(II)で表されるノニオン性基含有ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種と、一般式(III)又は(IV)で表されるカチオン性基含有ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種と、ビニル基、アクリロイル基、メタクリロイル基及びアリル基から選ばれる少なくとも2個の基を分子中に有する架橋性ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種とを必須構成単量体とし、ラジカル重合することにより得られるカチオン性基含有共重合体である。成分(C)が毛髪化粧料に含まれることで、毛髪化粧料ののびが持続し、毛髪のすべり性も持続する為、毛髪化粧料が髪の根元へ良く行き渡り、マッサージによる毛髪のからまりやもつれを抑制できる。また、頭皮からの毛髪化粧料の液だれも低減できる。そのため、マッサージを持続でき、充分なマッサージ効果が得られるようになる。また、毛髪化粧料のすすぎ中、すすぎ後においても毛髪のきしみが生じにくくなる。
例えば、本発明における毛髪化粧料は、成分(D)ベタイン型両性界面活性剤をさらに含んでもよい。これにより、毛髪化粧料の泡持ちが良好となり、マッサージの持続性が向上する。また、泡立つことで、毛髪の滑り性も良くなる。
これに対し、本発明の毛髪化粧料は、第3級アミン化合物又はその塩、炭素数12~22の脂肪族アルコール、及び特定のカチオン性ポリマーを特定の範囲内で組み合わせて使用することによって、毛髪化粧料の伸びを向上することができ、毛髪の滑り性を持続できる。これにより、マッサージを持続しても、毛髪のからまりやもつれが抑制できるため、マッサージを持続でき、充分なマッサージ効果が得られる。また、本発明の毛髪化粧料は頭皮に留まりやすいため、マッサージによる相乗効果により、頭皮が滑らかになる、柔らかくなるといった効果を得ることもできる。
本発明の毛髪化粧料には、上記成分以外の界面活性剤、油性成分、カチオン性ポリマー、さらに、高級脂肪酸エステル類、高級脂肪酸類、グリセリン、保湿剤、多糖類、ポリペプタイド、パール化剤、溶剤、液晶形成基剤、芳香族スルホン酸類、色素、香料、噴射剤、キレート剤、pH調整剤、防腐剤、抗フケ剤等を、適宜配合することができる。抗フケ剤としては、ジンクピリチオン、ピロクトンオラミン等が挙げられる。

また、本発明における毛髪化粧料の使用方法は、たとえば、毛髪化粧料を頭皮に塗布して適用した後に洗い流す工程を含んでもよい。
(1)前記本発明における毛髪化粧料の頭皮をマッサージするための使用。
(2)頭皮のマッサージ剤製造のための、前記本発明における毛髪化粧料の使用。
(3)前記本発明における毛髪化粧料の、頭皮に適用した後に洗い流すための使用。
(4)頭皮に適用した後に洗い流す毛髪化粧料製造のための、前記本発明における毛髪化粧料の使用。
表1および表2に示す組成の毛髪化粧料を、常法により調製し、以下の評価方法により評価した。その結果を表1および表2に示す。なお、pHは水で20質量倍に希釈した際の25℃での値である。
(1)初期の毛髪化粧料ののびの良さ
長さ25cm、幅5.5cm、重さ10gの人毛束を40℃の温水で軽く濯いだ後、余分な水分を取り去り、0.5gの毛髪化粧料を人毛束になじませた。直後の毛髪化粧料ののびの良さを以下の5段階基準で官能評価した。評価は5人で行い、その平均値を求めた。平均4.0以上を「◎」、3.2以上4.0未満を「○」、2.5以上3.2未満を「△」、2.5未満を「×」として示した。

人の頭髪を40℃の温水で軽く濯いだ後、余分な水分を取り去り、1gの毛髪化粧料を毛髪になじませ、押し広げた。その時の毛髪化粧料の髪の根元への行き渡り性を以下の5段階基準で官能評価した。評価は5人で行い、その平均値を求めた。平均4.0以上を「◎」、3.2以上4.0未満を「○」、2.5以上3.2未満を「△」、2.5未満を「×」として示した。

3:普通に行き渡る

Claims (14)
- 次の成分(A)~(C):
(A)第3級アミン化合物又はその塩 0.3~5質量%
(B)炭素数12~26の脂肪族アルコール 1~15質量%
(C)一般式(I)又は(II)で表されるノニオン性基含有ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種と、一般式(III)又は(IV)で表されるカチオン性基含有ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種と、ビニル基、アクリロイル基、メタクリロイル基及びアリル基から選ばれる少なくとも2個の基を分子中に有する架橋性ビニル単量体の少なくとも1種とを必須構成単量体とし、ラジカル重合することにより得られるカチオン性基含有共重合体 0.05~2質量%
及び水を含有し、
前記成分(A)と前記成分(C)の質量比率が、(A)/(C)=3~46である、毛髪化粧料。
- 前記成分(A)が、エーテルアミン又はその塩を含む、請求項1に記載の毛髪化粧料。
- 前記成分(B)が炭素数16~18の脂肪族アルコールを含む、請求項1または2に記載の毛髪化粧料。
- (D)ベタイン型両性界面活性剤 0.05~2質量%
をさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料。 - 前記成分(D)が、炭素数10~16のアルキル基を有するアルキルヒドロキシスルホベタインである、請求項4に記載の毛髪化粧料。
- (E)有機カルボン酸
をさらに含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料。 - 前記成分(E)が、リンゴ酸および乳酸から選ばれる少なくとも一種であり、当該毛髪化粧料中の前記成分(E)の含有量が、0.1~5質量%である、請求項6に記載の毛髪化粧料。
- 20質量倍に希釈後のpHが1~5である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料を頭皮に適用してマッサージする工程を含む、毛髪化粧料の使用方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料を頭皮に塗布して適用した後に洗い流す工程を含む、毛髪化粧料の使用方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料の頭皮をマッサージするための使用。
- 頭皮のマッサージ剤製造のための、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料の使用。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料の、頭皮に適用した後に洗い流すための使用。
- 頭皮に適用した後に洗い流す毛髪化粧料製造のための、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料の使用。
