- the first DAC unit 30 supplies the voltage (first voltage) obtained at the other end of the fully differential amplifier 101 provided in the integrating circuit 10. Supply alternately to two input terminals. In other words, the first reference voltage is supplied to one end of the first resistor 305. The other end of the first resistor 305 is alternately connected to two input terminals of the fully-differential amplifier 101 provided in the integrating circuit 10. For example, when the digital signal ⁇ is “H”, the first DAC unit 30 applies the voltage obtained at the other end of the first resistor 305 to one input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101 provided in the integrating circuit 10. , And not supplied to the other input terminal. If the digital signal ⁇ is “L”, the voltage obtained at the other end of the first resistor 305 is supplied to the other input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101 provided in the integrating circuit 10. Do not supply to input terminals.
- the voltage (first voltage) obtained at the other end is substantially intermediate between the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage. It becomes a voltage value.
- the first DAC unit 30 includes a first switch 301, a second switch 303, and a first resistor 305.
- a first reference voltage is supplied to one end of the first resistor 305, and the other end is connected to one end of the first switch 301 and one end of the second switch 303.
- the other end of the first switch 301 is connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101.
- the other end of the second switch 303 is connected to the inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101. That is, the first switch 301 is provided in a wiring that supplies the first voltage to the inverting input terminal.
- the second switch 303 is provided in a wiring that supplies the first voltage to the non-inverting input terminal. Accordingly, the first switch 301 controls the supply of the first voltage to the inverting input terminal.
- the second switch 303 controls the supply of the first voltage to the non-inverting input terminal.
- connection resistance between the other end of the first switch 301 and the non-inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101 is preferably smaller than the resistance value of the first resistor 305.
- the connection resistance between the other end of the second switch 303 and the inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101 is preferably smaller than the resistance value of the first resistor 305. Since each of the on-resistances of the first switch 301 and the second switch 303 generally has non-linearity, it should be smaller than the resistance value of the first resistor 305 in order to reduce the influence of non-linearity. This is desirable.
- the second switch 303 When the first switch 301 is on, the second switch 303 is off. Further, when the first switch 301 is in the off state, the second switch 303 is in the on state. For example, when the first switch 301 transitions between the on state and the off state according to the digital signal ⁇ , the second switch 303 transitions between the on state and the off state according to the inverted signal of the digital signal ⁇ . To do.
- the second DAC unit 50 alternately supplies the voltage obtained at the other end (second voltage) to the two input terminals of the fully differential amplifier 101.
- the second reference voltage is supplied to one end of the second resistor 505.
- the other end of the second resistor 505 is alternately connected to the two input terminals of the fully differential amplifier 101.
- the second DAC unit 50 supplies the second voltage to the other input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101. Further, when the first DAC unit 30 supplies the first voltage to the other input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101, the second DAC unit 50 supplies the second voltage to one of the input terminals of the fully-differential amplifier 101. That is, the first DAC unit 30 and the second DAC unit 50 are controlled so as not to supply the first voltage and the second voltage to the same input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101 at the same time.
- the first DAC unit 30 supplies the voltage obtained at the other end of the first resistor 305 to one input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101, but the other input terminal Do not supply to. Further, if the digital signal ⁇ is “L”, the first DAC unit 30 supplies the voltage obtained at the other end of the first resistor 305 to the other input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101, but one input terminal Do not supply to.
- the second DAC unit 50 includes a third switch 501, a fourth switch 503, and a second resistor 505.
- the reference voltage ⁇ Vref is supplied to one end of the second resistor 505, and the other end is connected to one end of the third switch 501 and one end of the fourth switch 503.
- the other end of the third switch 501 is connected to the inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101.
- the other end of the fourth switch 503 is connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101. That is, the third switch 501 is provided in the wiring that supplies the second voltage to the inverting input terminal.
- the fourth switch 503 is provided in a wiring that supplies the second voltage to the non-inverting input terminal. Therefore, the third switch 501 controls the supply of the second voltage to the inverting input terminal.
- the fourth switch 503 controls the supply of the second voltage to the non-inverting input terminal.
- connection resistance between the other end of the third switch 501 and the inverting input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101 is preferably smaller than the resistance value of the second resistor 505.
- connection resistance between the other end of the fourth switch 503 and the non-inverting input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101 is preferably smaller than the resistance value of the second resistor 505.
- each of the on-resistances of the third switch 501 and the fourth switch 503 generally has non-linearity, so that the influence of non-linearity is reduced. This is because it is preferably smaller than the second resistance.
- the fourth switch 503 When the third switch 501 is on, the fourth switch 503 is off. In addition, when the third switch 501 is in the off state, the fourth switch 503 is in the on state. That is, the state of the third switch 501 and the fourth switch 503 is complementary.
- the third switch 501 is also in the on state. Further, when the first switch 301 is in the off state, the third switch 501 is also in the off state. That is, the first switch 301 and the third switch 501 are synchronous.
- the second switch 303 and the fourth switch 503 are synchronous. For example, when the third switch 501 transitions between an on state and an off state according to the digital signal ⁇ , the fourth switch 503 switches between the on state and the off state according to an inverted signal of the digital signal ⁇ . Transition. Therefore, if the third switch 501 is in the on state, the fourth switch 503 is in the off state. If the third switch 501 is in the off state, the fourth switch 503 is in the on state.
- the resistance value of the first resistor 305 is desirably the same as the resistance value of the second resistor 505.
- the first reference voltage (+ Vref) when the first reference voltage (+ Vref) is supplied to one end of the first resistor 305, the voltage (first voltage) obtained at the other end is the non-inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101. And the inverting input terminal are alternately supplied. Further, when the second reference voltage ( ⁇ Vref) is supplied to one end of the second resistor 505, the voltage (second voltage) obtained at the other end is the non-inverting input terminal of the fully-differential amplifier 101 and the inverting input. Alternately supplied to the terminals. At this time, when the first voltage is supplied to the non-inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101, the second voltage is supplied to the inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101. Further, when the first voltage is supplied to the inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101, the second voltage is supplied to the non-inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101.
- the voltage at the non-inverting input terminal and the inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101 are virtually grounded, the voltage at the non-inverting input terminal and the voltage at the inverting input terminal are substantially equal. Therefore, even if the first voltage is alternately supplied to the non-inverting input terminal and the inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101, the voltage at the other end of the first resistor 305 is substantially constant. A reference voltage + Vref is supplied to one end of the first resistor 305. Therefore, even if the first DAC unit 30 switches the supply of the first voltage from one of the two input terminals of the fully-differential amplifier 101 provided in the integrating circuit 10 to the other, the voltage across the first resistor 305 is almost the same. Kept constant.
- the influence of the parasitic capacitance on the power supply circuit can be made smaller than that in the prior art. For this reason, even if the response speed and power consumption of the power supply circuit that supplies the reference voltage + Vref and the area are made smaller than the conventional one, it is possible to prevent the fluctuation of the reference voltage + Vref from becoming large. In addition, the number of transitions per time of the digital signal ⁇ can be increased, and high-speed operation is also possible.
- the second resistor 505 even if the second voltage is alternately supplied to the inverting input terminal and the non-inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier 101, the voltage at the other end of the second resistor 505 is substantially constant. Further, the second reference voltage ⁇ Vref is supplied to one end of the second resistor 505. Therefore, even if the second DAC unit 50 switches the supply destination of the second voltage from one of the two input terminals of the fully-differential amplifier 101 provided in the integration circuit 10 to the other, the voltage across the second resistor 505 is not changed. It is kept almost constant. Therefore, even if the second resistor 505 has a parasitic capacitance, the influence of the parasitic capacitance on the power supply circuit can be made smaller than that of the prior art.

- NMOS is preferably used as the transistor 321, the transistor 323, the transistor 521, and the transistor 523 (however, a pMOS may be preferable depending on a potential level).
- a pMOS may be preferable depending on a potential level.
- the on-resistance of the switch is lowered, so that the switch can be made small.
- the parasitic capacitance is reduced by reducing the switch, and the influence of feedthrough and charge injection that cause an error in the output of the integration circuit can be reduced, so that high-speed operation is possible.
- pMOS can be used as the transistor 321, the transistor 323, the transistor 521, and the transistor 523.

- the other is in an off state, so that the switch field-through or charge injection is performed with the transistor 321.
- the influence can be reduced by canceling between the transistors 523.
- one of the transistor 323 and the transistor 521 for supplying a reference voltage to the inverting input terminal of the fully differential amplifier is in an on state, the other is in an off state, thereby reducing the influence of switch field-through and charge injection. Can contribute to higher accuracy.

- the connection resistance between the other end of the fifth switch 403 and the inverting input terminal is preferably smaller than the resistance value of the third resistor 419.
- connection resistance between the other end of the sixth switch 407 and the non-inverting input terminal is preferably smaller than the resistance value of the fourth resistor 415.
- the on-resistance of the switch is small in order to reduce the influence of the nonlinearity. This is because it is desirable.
- the third switch 401 when the third switch 401 is on, the fourth switch 405 is off, the fifth switch 403 is on, the sixth switch 407 is off, the first switch 409 is on, The second switch 411 is turned off.
- the third switch 401 is in the off state
- the fourth switch 405 is in the on state
- the fifth switch 403 is in the off state
- the sixth switch 407 is in the on state
- the first switch 409 is in the off state
- the 2 switch 411 is turned on.
- the resistance value of the first resistor 413 is preferably the same as the resistance value of the third resistor 419.
- the resistance value of the second resistor 417 is preferably the same as the resistance value of the fourth resistor 415.
- the fourth switch 405 transitions between the on state and the off state according to the inverted signal of the digital signal ⁇ . To do.
- the fifth switch 403 transitions between the on state and the off state according to the digital signal ⁇
- the sixth switch 407 transitions between the on state and the off state according to the inverted signal of the digital signal ⁇ . . Therefore, the third switch 401 and the fifth switch 403 are synchronous, and the fourth switch 405 and the sixth switch 407 are synchronous. However, the third switch 401 and the fourth switch 405 are in a complementary relationship.
- the fifth switch 403 and the sixth switch 407 are also in a complementary relationship. As described above, when all the switches operate in synchronization, the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage are fed back to the integration circuit.
- one end of the first switch 409 is connected to the other end of the second resistor 419, and the other end is connected to the other end of the fourth resistor 415.
- One end of the second switch 411 is connected to the other end of the first resistor 413, and the other end is connected to one end of the third resistor 419.
- the first switch 409 transitions between an on state and an off state according to the signal ⁇
- the second switch 411 transitions between an on state and an off state according to an inverted signal of the signal ⁇ . Therefore, the first switch 409 and the second switch 411 are in a complementary relationship.
- the state of the first switch 409 can be the same as that of the third switch 401 and the fifth switch 403.

- the fourth switch 405 and the sixth switch 407 are turned off. Further, the first switch 409 is turned on. The second switch 411 is turned off. Therefore, in this state, the other end of the second resistor 417 and the other end of the fourth resistor 415 are connected, and the voltage at the other end is an intermediate voltage between + Vref and ⁇ Vref. Further, since the non-inverting input and the inverting input of the fully-differential amplifier 101 have substantially the same voltage due to virtual grounding, the voltage at the other end of the first resistor 413 and the voltage at the other end of the third resistor 419 are also + Vref. And an intermediate voltage between -Vref.
- the fourth switch 405 and the sixth switch 407 are turned on. Further, the first switch 409 is turned off. The second switch 411 is turned on. Therefore, the voltage at the other end of the first resistor 413 and the voltage at the other end of the third resistor 419 are intermediate voltages between + Vref and ⁇ Vref. Further, the voltage at the other end of the second resistor 417 and the voltage at the other end of the fourth resistor 415 are also intermediate voltages between + Vref and ⁇ Vref due to virtual ground.
- the voltage at the other ends of the first to fourth resistors is Since it is almost the same as the potential before the transition, it is maintained at a voltage intermediate between + Vref and -Vref.
- the change in the voltage at the other end of the first to fourth resistors can be reduced. For this reason, the amount of charge that moves between the first to fourth resistors and the power supply circuit generated by the parasitic capacitance can be made smaller than that of the prior art. Therefore, even if the first to fourth resistors have a parasitic capacitance, the influence of the parasitic capacitance on the power supply circuit can be made smaller than in the prior art. As a result, even if the capacity of the power supply circuit is made smaller than that of the conventional one, a sigma delta modulator can be provided that can prevent the fluctuation of the reference voltage from increasing and can operate at a higher speed.
- the first to sixth switches can be configured using transistors as described in the first embodiment. Moreover, nMOS and pMOS can be used as these transistors.
- the on-resistances of the first switch 409 and the second switch 411 are preferably twice the on-resistance of the third switch 401, the fifth switch 403, the fourth switch 405, and the sixth switch 407.

- the DAC unit 60 includes a first DAC unit and a second DAC unit.
- the first DAC unit supplies the voltage (first voltage) obtained at the other end of the differential amplifier 201 provided in the integrating circuit 20. Supply alternately to two input terminals.
- the second DAC unit is configured to provide the differential circuit provided in the integration circuit 20 with the voltage (second voltage) obtained at the other end when the second reference voltage ( ⁇ Vref) is supplied to one end of the second resistor 611. The signals are supplied alternately to the two input terminals of the amplifier 201.
- the first DAC unit and the second DAC unit are controlled so as to supply the first voltage and the second voltage to different input terminals of the integrating circuit 20.

- a reference voltage + Vref is supplied to one end of the first resistor 609.
- the other end of the first resistor 609 is connected to one end of the first switch 601 and one end of the second switch 607.
- a reference voltage ⁇ Vref is supplied to one end of the second resistor 611.
- the other end of the second resistor 611 is connected to one end of the third switch 603 and one end of the fourth switch 605. Note that the resistance value of the first resistor 609 is preferably the same as the resistance value of the second resistor 611.
- the other end of the first switch 601 is connected to the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201.
- the other end of the second switch 607 is connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201.
- the other end of the third switch 603 is connected to the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201.
- the other end of the fourth switch 605 is connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201.
- the connection resistance between the other end of the first switch 601 and the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201 and the resistance value of the connection resistance between the other end of the second switch 607 and the non-inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201 are the first resistance. It is preferably less than 609.
- connection resistance between the other end of the third switch 603 and the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201 and the resistance value of the connection resistance between the other end of the fourth switch 605 and the non-inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201 are the first resistance. It is preferably less than 609. Since the on-resistances of the first switch 601, the second switch 607, the third switch 603, and the fourth switch 605 generally have nonlinearity, the on-resistance of the switch may be small in order to reduce the influence of the nonlinearity. - the second switch 607 transitions between an on state and an off state according to an inverted signal of the digital signal ⁇ . . Therefore, the first switch 601 and the second switch 607 are in a complementary relationship.
- the third switch 603 makes a transition between the on state and the off state in accordance with the inverted signal of the digital signal ⁇
- the fourth switch 605 makes a transition between the on state and the off state in accordance with the digital signal ⁇ . . Therefore, the third switch 603 and the fourth switch 605 are in a complementary relationship.

- the fourth switch 605 is in a complementary relationship with the second switch 607.
- the voltage at the other end of the second resistor 611 is equal to the voltage at the non-inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201. Due to the virtual grounding, the voltage at the other end of the second resistor 611 becomes substantially equal to the voltage at the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201. As a result, the voltage at the other end of the second resistor 611 is substantially equal to the voltage at the other end of the first resistor 609.
- the second switch 607 and the third switch 603 are turned on. Accordingly, even in this case, the voltage at the other end of the second resistor 611 is substantially equal to the voltage at the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201, and is approximately equal to the voltage at the non-inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 201 due to virtual ground.
