Abstract
複数の孔が形成され第1ポリマからなる多孔層と、多孔層を支持するための支持体(33)とを備える複層フィルムを製造する。多孔層は支持体(33)への塗布により形成する。多孔層を形成する塗布液は第1ポリマと溶剤とからなる溶液である。支持体(33)は、前記塗布液の前記溶剤に溶解することができる第2ポリマからなる。塗布された塗布液の上に結露させ、20分以内に溶剤を塗膜から蒸発させる。その後、水滴を塗布液の塗膜から蒸発させ、塗膜は、複数の孔が均一に形成され、取り扱い性に優れた厚さをもつ複層フィルムとなる。
