Abstract

 反応容器内に形成される凝集パターンの判定方法であって、(A)単一または複数種類の典型的な反応画像群を基に、基準空間を設定すること、(B)(A)で得られた各々の基準空間について、各々単一または複数種類の単位領域を設定し、各々のマハラノビス距離を求めること、(C)(B)で得られた各々のマハラノビス距離から、閾値を設定すること、(D)判定対象の反応画像について単一または複数の単位領域を設定し、それぞれについてマハラノビス距離を求めること、(E)(C)で設定した閾値と(D)で求めた距離を比較することにより判定対象を判定すること、 を具備する方法。
