Abstract
本発明は、磁気特性に優れた、具体的には鉄損が小さい軟磁性粉体、軟磁性成形体およびそれらの製造方法を提供することを課題とする。本発明の軟磁性粉体1は、Al、Si等とBとを含み、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする。また、軟磁性粉体1aは、Al、Si等とBとを含み、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる粉体本体部2aと、粉体本体部2aの表面を被覆するAl、Si等の酸化物からなる酸化物被膜3aとを備える。さらに、軟磁性粉体1bは、Al、Si等を含み、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる粉体本体部2bと、粉体本体部2bの表面を被覆するAl、Si等の酸化物からなる酸化物被膜3aおよびBの酸化物からなる酸化物被膜3bとを備える。
