Bei der Herstellung von Stahlbetondecken, welche mit einer Wärme- und/oder Schallschutzdämmung ausgestattet werden sollen, ist es üblich an derartige Stahlbetondecken entsprechende Dämmplatten mit Dübeln zu befestigen. Ähnlich wie bei der nachträglichen Wärmedämmung von Fassaden werden hiebei zumeist Glasfaser- oder Steinwollematten eingesetzt, welche nachträglich an der erhärteten Decke festgelegt werden können. Wenn derartige Glasfaser- oder Steinwollematten oder auch andere bekannte Dämmplatten in einem Arbeitsgang unmittelbar bei der Herstellung der Stahlbetondecke bereits eingebracht werden sollen, müssen in aller Regel entsprechende Anker vorgesehen sein, welche nachträglich mit Ortbeton umspült werden, sodaß sie im Beton verankert sind. Derartige Anker behindern aber die Einbringung von Bewehrungsstahlmatten und es besteht beim Einbringen von Bewehrungsstahlmatten immer die Gefahr, daß derartige Anker zur Festlegung von Dämmplatten abgebogen oder abgebrochen werden, sodaß der erforderliche Halt der Dämmplatten unter ihrem Eigengewicht nicht gewährleistet ist. Glasfaser- oder Steinwollematten haben darüberhinaus die Tendenz Feuchtigkeit aufzunehmen, wodurch sie ein relativ hohes Flächengewrcht aufweisen können, was wiederum hohe An- forderungen an die Verankerung stellt.In the manufacture of reinforced concrete ceilings, which are to be equipped with thermal and / or acoustic insulation, it is customary to fasten corresponding insulating boards with dowels to such reinforced concrete ceilings. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren im wesentlichen darin, daß als Dämmplatte eine Platte aus zementleimgebundenen expandierten Polystyrolteilchen eingesetzt wird. Dadurch, daß als Dämmplatte eine für Fassadenplatten an sich bekannte Platte aus zementleimgebundenen expandierten Polystyrolteilchen eingesetzt wird, kann nun überraschenderweise auf die Verwendung von Ankern verzichtet werden. Für die Herstellung einer derartigen Stahlbetondecke genügt es, auf die Dämmplatte die entsprechenden Bewehrungsstahlmatten aufzubringen und unmittelbar Ortsbeton aufzugießen. Aufgrund der offenporigen Struktur und der Zementleimbindung der Polystyrolteilchen der Platten dringt Wasser und Beton teilweise in die dem Beton benachbarte Grenzfläche der Dämmplatten ein, wobei mit Zementresten und dem Ortsbeton eine hochfeste sichere Verankerung gelingt, welche auch hohen Scherbeanspruchungen und Zugbeanspruchungen standhält. Entsprechende Versuche haben ein hohes Maß an Feuchtigkeitsun- empfindlichkeit und bei Versuchen einer mechanischen Ablösung ergeben, daß Bruchstellen, wie sie durch Einwirkung von Werk- zeugen erzielt werden können, lediglich in der Dämmmaterialschicht, nicht aber in der Grenzschicht, zum Beton auftreten, sodaß auch eine hohe Scherbeanspruchung gewährleistet ist. Eine zusätzliche Verklebung kann ebenso entfallen, wie in den meisten Fällen auch auf eine Schalung verzichtet werden kann, da derartige Dämmplatten selbst als verlorene Schalung verwendbar sind. Bevorzugt wird daher die erfindungsgemäße Stahlbetondecke so aufgebaut, daß die Dämmplatten als verlorene Schalung eingesetzt werden.To achieve this object, the method according to the invention essentially consists in that a plate made of cement paste-bonded expanded polystyrene particles is used as the insulation board. Neben einer leichten Ver- und Bearbei- tung mit üblichen Werkzeugen, wie z.B. Kreissägen, gelingt auch ein exaktes Anarbeiten an Baubestand. Neben dem eigenen geringen Gewicht der im Rahmen der Erfindung zum Einsatz gelangenden Dämmplatten wird auch ein gutes optisches Erscheinungsbild, geringer Verschnitt und eine rasche und unkomplizierte Verarbeitung erzielt. Aufgrund der Zementleimbindung wird gleichzeitig ein hohes Maß an Feuchtigkeitsunempfindlich- keit erzielt.
