Abstract

Sockelleiste für den unteren Abschluss von Wärmedämmschichten, die an Bauwerkswänden angebracht sind. Die Sockelleiste besteht aus einem Wandprofil (4) und einem Steckprofil (6), welches einen männlichen mit einer äusseren Zahnung (2) versehenen Teil besitzt, während das Wandprofil (46) mit einer inneren Nutenzahnung (7) versehen ist, in welche das männliche Profil mit der äusseren Zahnung (2) einsteckbar ist.

Description

SOCKELLEISTE FÜR DEN UNTEREN ABSCHLUSS VON WÄRMEDÄMMSCHICHTEN
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sockelleiste für den unteren Abschluss von Wärmedämmschichten zur Anbringung an Wänden von Bauwerken.
Durch die EP 593 882 A2 ist eine Sockelleiste für den unteren Abschluss von an Bauwerkswänden anbringbaren Wärmedämmschichten bekannt geworden, welche Sockelleiste aus einem Tragwinkel und einem Abschlusswinkel aufgebaut ist, wobei der Tragwinkel an einer Bauwerkswand angebracht ist und mit dem Abschlusswinkel, welcher mit einem Schenkel am Tragwinkel aufliegt, durch einen die beiden Winkel übergreifenden Sicherungswinkel verstellbar verbunden ist.
Der Nachteil der bekannten Sockelleiste ist eine aufwendige Herstellung und verhältnismäßig umständliche Montage.
Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe hat zum Ziel, die angeführten Nachteile der bekannten Sockelleiste zu vermeiden. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird vorgeschlagen, bei einer aus zwei miteinander verstellbar verbundenen Profilleisten erfindungsgemäß die Verbindung der beiden Profile als Steckverschluss auszubilden.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung werden anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in welcher in schaubildlicher Darstellung Fig. 1 ein Steckprofil Fig. 2 ein Wandprofil und Fig. 3 die beiden ineinander gesteckten Profile zeigt.
Fig. 4 zeigt den Querschnitt der erfindungsgemäßen Sockelleiste im Einbau an ein Mauerwerk.
Wie aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich, ist auf einem Bauwerk 1 eine aus einem Wandprofil 4 und einem Steckprofil 6 bestehende Sockelleiste befestigt. Das Wandprofil 4 ist mit dem Steckprofil 6 durch einen Steckverschluss verbunden und besitzt einen nach oben abstehenden Flansch 12, in welchem wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, horizontale und lotrechte Schlitze 5 für Befestigungsmittel, z.B. Schrauben, zum Anbringen und allenfalls Ausrichten des Wandprofils 4 am Mauerwerk 1 vorgesehen sind.
Der Steckverschluss zur Verbindung des Wandprofils 4 mit dem Steckprofil 6 ist mit einer längsverlaufenden Zahnung 2, im vorliegenden Fall einer sägezahnartigen Verzahnung versehen, welche am freien Ende des horizontalen Schenkels 3 des Steckprofils 6 vorgesehen ist, welches als männliches Profil wirkt, zu dem als weibliches Gegenprofil eine korrespondierende Zahnung 7 an den Innenseiten einer nach außen offenen Nut 8 des horizontalen Schenkels 9 des Wandprofils 4 vorgesehen ist. Wie aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich, wird am Mauerwerk 1 mittels Kleber 13 eine als Wärmedämmung dienende Styroporschicht 21 aufgeklebt, welche nach dem Einschieben des männlichen Profils des Schenkels 3 des
Steckprofils 5 in das weibliche Profil des Schenkels 9 des Wandprofils 4 vom Flansch 11 des
Steckprofils 6 am unteren Ende übergriffen wird. Falls erforderlich, werden beide Profile 4 und 6 an der Unterseite mit einer kleinen Schraube verbunden. Das Steckprofil 6 wird mit seinem Flansch 11 an das Styropor 21 nur angepresst. Der Zusammenhalt beider Profile erfolgt nur durch die Zähne an der Nuteninnenseite bzw. die Zähne am Steckprofil 6.
Das Steckprofil 6 ist, wie aus den Fig. 1,3 und 4 ersichtlich, an der Unterseite in Fortsetzung des Flansches 11 mit einer Abtropfleiste 31 versehen, welche nach Aufbringen einer Endbeschichtung 18 (Fig.4) einen scharfkantigen Putzabschluss gewährleistet. Zum Verhindern von Rissen in der Endbeschichtung 18, z.B. einem Putz, ist zwischen der Styroporschicht 21 und der Endbeschichtung 18 eine Gewebearmierung 17 vorgesehen, welche sich über den Flansch 11 des Steckprofils 6 erstreckt, der zur Unterstützung der Haftung des Armierungsgewebes 17 mit Löchern 14 versehen ist.
Die Sockelleiste bildet im gebrauchsfertigen Zustand, wie Fig. 3 zeigt, eine trogartiges Profil, wobei, wie Fig. 4 zeigt, unterhalb desselben ein extrudiertes Styropor 15 vorgesehen sein kann.
Selbstverständlich können im Rahmen der Erfindung verschiedene konstruktive Abänderungen vorgenommen werden. Das beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel ist nur als Beispiel gedacht.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Sockelleiste für den untern Abschluss von Wärmedämmschichten, die an einer Bauwerkswand angebracht sind und aus zwei miteinander verstellbar verbundenen Winkelprofilen besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile durch einen
Steckverschluss miteinander verbunden sind.
2. Sockelleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckverschluss aus einem männlichen und einem weiblichen Profil bestehen, welche Profile ineinander steckbar sind.
3. Sockelleiste nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das männliche Profil mit einer äußeren und das weibliche Profil mit einer inneren Nutenverzahnung versehen ist.
4. Sockelleiste nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzahnung als Sägezähne ausgebildet ist.
5. Sockelleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckprofil mit einer den äußeren Flansch nach unten fortsetzenden Abschlussleiste (31) versehen ist.
