Description

吸收性物品
本發明係關於接受從穿戴者而來的排泄物的吸收性物品。
自以往，用後即丟尿布或輔助吸收具等吸收性物品，係使用在頂部片材與背部片材之間設置有利用粉碎紙漿等形成的吸收部者。日本特表平09-504206號公報(文獻1)、日本特表平09-504207號公報(文獻2)、日本特表平09-504208號公報(文獻3)及日本特表平09-504210號公報(文獻4)中，提出將在2片載體層之間設置的多數凹穴區域配置高吸收性材料而成的吸收性片材與紙漿等纖維集合層予以疊層作為用後即丟的吸收部。
日本特開平08-191857號公報(文獻5)中，揭示將具有開口的上層核心隔著親水性不織布而疊層於下層核心上所構成的吸收部。文獻5的用後即丟尿布中，排泄物的水分係從上層核心的頂面吸收，同時經由上層核心的開口由親水性不織布接受並擴散，從上層核心與下層核心的界面也吸收。又，日本特開2005-185616號公報(文獻6)中，提出在上層核心的開口內的空間設置有擴散層的用後即丟吸收性物品。
而，使用在用後即丟尿布等的SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer)等高吸收性材料，由於比起紙漿等纖維集合層的水分吸收較和緩，因此，若如文獻1至4的用後即丟尿布，在紙漿等纖維集合層上配置具有高吸收性材料的吸收性片材，則排泄物的水分在由吸收性片材吸收之前會大範圍擴開而附著在穿戴者的皮膚，或有漏出到用後即丟尿布的外部之虞。
文獻5及6的用後即丟尿布中，由於下層核心為吸收速度較快的紙漿等的纖維集合層，因此通過上層核心的開口的排泄物的水分，會在因為親水性不織布而大範圍擴散之前由下層核心吸收。因此，排泄物的水分，會主要在上層核心及下層核心的開口附近的部位吸收，無法有效率地將上層核心及下層核心的全體用在水分吸收。因此，當1次排泄後更換用後即丟尿布之前再度排泄時，排泄物的水分中的一部分不能吸收而從開口逆流，會廣範圍地附著在穿戴者的皮膚，或有漏出到用後即丟尿布的外部之虞。又，由於第1次排泄，使在開口附近，上層核心及下層核心吸收水分而膨脹，沒有間隙地彼此抵接，當第2次之後排泄時，通過開口的排泄物的水分會更難擴散。
本發明係接受從穿戴者而來的排泄物的吸收性物品，目的在於維持吸收性物品中，對於多次排泄的高吸收性能。
本發明之吸收性物品，包含：透液性的頂部片材；撥水性或不透液性的背部片材；配置於頂部片材與背部片材之間的吸收部；吸收部包含：　上側吸收層，具有在對向於穿戴者的股間部的位置形成有開口的纖維集合層；及吸收片材，配置於上側吸收層與背部片材之間，包覆開口的下側；吸收片材包含：2片片材；與高吸收性材料，配置於2片片材之間，固定於2片片材當中的至少其中之一；在2片片材之間，高吸收性材料的密度比起周圍為低，或不存在高吸收性材料的低密度區域，從與開口重疊的位置起沿吸收部的長邊方向以線狀或網目狀連續展開。本發明中，對於多次排泄能維持高度吸收性能。
本發明之一態樣中，於低密度區域不存在高吸收性材料，2片片材係於低密度區域彼此接合。藉此，排泄物的水分能於上側吸收層與吸收片材之間更為廣範圍擴散。又，較佳為在2片片材的低密度區域的接合係熱熔接接合。
本發明之另一態樣中，低密度區域為網目狀，又另一態樣中，2片片材當中配置於上側吸收層與高吸收性材料之間的片材為親水性。於該等情形中，能使排泄物的水分在上側吸收層與吸收片材之間更為廣範圍擴散。
本發明之一較佳形態中，上側吸收層藉由具有沿開口的緣部同時朝頂部片材突出的凸部，能抑制排泄到開口內側的排泄物，從開口往外側流出而擴開到頂部片材上。
本發明另一形態中，吸收部藉由更包含具有配置在吸收片材與背部片材之間的纖維集合層的下側吸收層，能增大吸收部的吸收量。

圖1為將本發明第1實施形態之吸收性物品1於長邊方向展開的狀態顯示的俯視圖。吸收性物品1，係安裝於穿戴者穿戴的外裝物品即用後即丟尿布等的內側，接受從穿戴者而來的排泄物的輔助吸收具。圖1中，係以接觸穿戴者的面(以下稱為「頂面」)作為近前側而繪製吸收性物品1。
圖2係將吸收性物品1於圖1中顯示之Ⅱ-Ⅱ的位置沿垂直於長邊方向(亦即圖1中之上下方向)的面切斷的剖面圖。如圖1及圖2所示，吸收性物品1包含：大致成片狀的本體部2；及一對側片材3，配置於本體部2的兩側部上(亦即圖1及圖2中之左右兩側)而跨本體部2的長邊方向的約全長。圖2中，為了圖示方便，係將吸收性物品1的各構成分開描繪。
如圖1及圖2所示，本體部2包含：吸收部22；透液性的頂部片材21，覆蓋吸收部22的其中之一的主面即頂面；及撥水性或不透液性之背部片材23，覆蓋吸收部22的另一主面即底面。頂部片材21的左右的兩側部，隔著熱熔黏著劑而接合於一對側片材3，一對側片材3於吸收部22的左右兩側隔著熱熔黏著劑而接合於背部片材23。又，於吸收部22的長邊方向的兩側，頂部片材21及一對側片材3隔著熱熔黏著劑而接合於背部片材23。圖1中，為了容易理解圖式，將配置於頂部片材21與背部片材23之間的吸收部22的構成構件的輪廓以粗破折號線描繪。
本實施形態中，吸收部22於圖1中之下側的部位228的寬度方向(亦即，圖1中之左右方向)的寬度，比起圖1中之上側之部位229於寬方向的寬度為小。以下說明中，將吸收部22的部位228稱為「窄幅部228」，部位229稱為「寬幅部229」。寬幅部229於圖1中之上端部的寬度，比起寬幅部229的最大寬度為小。吸收性物品1當使用於男性穿戴者時，係將吸收性物品1安裝在用後即丟尿布等的內側，使得寬幅部229接觸穿戴者的腹側的皮膚，且窄幅部228接觸穿戴者的背側的皮膚。又，當吸收性物品1使用於女性穿戴者時，與男性的情形時相反，將吸收性物品1安裝於用後即丟尿布等的內側，使得窄幅部228接觸穿戴者的腹側的皮膚，且寬幅部229接觸穿戴者的背側的皮膚。
如圖2所示，側片材3於寬度方向的外側的部位33，係跨長邊方向的全長而隔著熱熔黏著劑接合於頂部片材21於寬度方向的邊緣附近的部位以及吸收部22及背部片材23從頂部片材21露出的部位。以下的說明中，將一對側片材3的分別的外側的部位33稱為「接合部33」，將接合部33於寬度方向的內側連續於接合部33的部位34稱為「側壁部34」。側片材3與頂部片材21或背部片材23等的接合，也可利用熱熔接接合或超音波接合等進行。
一對側壁部34，分別在本體部2的兩側部上跨長邊方向的約全長而延伸，如圖1所示，在長邊方向的兩端部即側壁端部341，利用熱熔黏著劑(或利用熱熔接接合或超音波接合)而固定在本體部2上。於2個側壁端部341之間的豎起部342，沿長邊方向延伸的彈性構件32利用熱熔黏著劑而接合於豎起部342之內側的邊緣附近(亦即，自由端附近)，藉由彈性構件32收縮，如圖2所示，豎起部342朝穿戴者豎起，成為抵接於穿戴者的腿根附近的立體碎褶。
側片材3，係藉由將疏水性纖維(例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、聚醯胺、尼龍)形成之撥水性或不透液性的不織布(例如紡黏不織布或熔噴不織布、SMS(紡黏‧熔噴‧紡黏)不織布)，以沿長邊方向延伸的彎折線折成2份，並在折合的2個部位之間夾持彈性構件32而形成。彈性構件32，例如可使用聚胺基甲酸酯絲、帶狀的聚胺基甲酸酯膜、絲狀或帶狀的天然橡膠等，本實施形態係利用聚胺基甲酸酯絲。
本體部2的頂部片材21，係由透液性的片材材料例如親水性纖維所形成的不織布，將從穿戴者而來的排泄物的水分迅速捕捉並使往吸收部22移動。作為頂部片材21利用的不織布，例如：點熔合(Point bond)不織布或通氣不織布、水刺(Spun lace)不織布、紡黏(Spun bond)不織布，形成該等不織布的親水性纖維，通常使用纖維素或嫘縈、棉等。又，頂部片材21，可利用表面以界面活性劑進行親水處理過的疏水性纖維(例如，聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、聚醯胺、尼龍)所形成的透液性不織布，或多孔性的塑膠膜。本實施形態中，係使用單位面積重量為10g/m2 以上35g/m2 以下的通氣不織布作為頂部片材21。
背部片材23，可利用撥水性或不透液性的不織布或塑膠膜，或者該等不織布與塑膠膜疊層而成的疊層片材，防止到達背部片材23的排泄物的水分等滲出到本體部2的外部。背部片材23利用的不織布，例如以疏水性纖維形成的紡黏不織布或熔噴不織布、SMS不織布，視需要可施加撥水處理。背部片材23係利用塑膠膜時，從防止吸收性物品1的悶溼並提升穿戴者的快適性的觀點，宜利用具有透濕性(通氣性)的塑膠膜。本實施形態中，係利用單位面積重量為10g/m2 以上40g/m2 以下之具有透濕性的塑膠膜作為背部片材23。
吸收部22如圖2所示，包含：形成有開口2211的上側吸收層221；吸收片材222，配置於上側吸收層221的下側(亦即上側吸收層221與背部片材23之間)而覆蓋開口2211的下側；及下側吸收層223，配置於吸收片材222的下側(亦即吸收片材222與背部片材23之間)。
上側吸收層221，包含：纖維集合層2212，形成有上述開口2211，位於與穿戴者的股間部對向的位置；及高吸收性材料2213，混合於纖維集合層2212並受保持。纖維集合層2212，例如由纖維素或嫘縈、棉等再生親水性纖維、合成纖維、紙漿纖維等形成，高吸收性材料2213可利用高吸收性聚合物(SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer))或高吸收性纖維(SAF(Super Absorbent Fiber))等。本實施形態中，藉由將經解纖的紙漿纖維疊層約100～400g/m2 而形成纖維集合層2212，高吸收性材料2213使用聚丙烯酸系或纖維素系、澱粉‧丙烯腈系等粒狀吸水性樹脂。上側吸收層221，較佳為含有10重量%以上70重量%以下的高吸收性材料2213。圖2中，為了圖式方便，將高吸收性材料2213描繪成比起實際為大，高吸收性材料2213的個數也描繪成較實際為少(後述高吸收性材料2222、2232亦同)。
如圖1所示，俯視時上側吸收層221呈沿長邊方向延伸的大致長方形，開口2211為沿長邊方向延伸的長圓形。又，開口2211的兩側部與一對側片材3重疊。本實施形態中，上側吸收層221於長邊方向的大致中央的開口2211的寬度，為上側吸收層221的寬度的10%以上50%以下。上側吸收層221，如圖2所示，具有沿開口2211的緣部全周且同時朝頂部片材21突出的凸部2214。凸部2214的高度(亦即，突出厚度)，較佳為上側吸收層221的凸部2214的周圍的厚度的10%以上80%以下。
如圖1所示，吸收片材222為沿長邊方向延伸的大致長方形，俯視時幾乎重疊於上側吸收層221。吸收片材222，如圖2所示，包含：2片透液性片材2221、2223；及高吸收性材料2222，配置於疊層的片材2221、2223之間。片材2221、2223較佳為親水性，例如利用點熔合不織布或通氣不織布、水刺不織布、或紡黏不織布、衛生紙作為片材2221、2223。高吸收性材料2222，可利用與上述高吸收性材料2213同樣的材料，利用在片材2221及/或片材2223上塗佈成直線狀或曲線狀等的黏著劑(圖式省略)，可將高吸收性材料2222固定於片材2221及片材2223。塗佈黏著劑於片材2221、片材2223上時，也可將各別為短直線狀的多數黏著劑的線條重疊成纖維狀。
本實施形態中，片材2221、2223係利用單位面積重量為10g/m2 以上50g/m2 以下的通氣不織布或水刺不織布，藉由以單位面積重量3g/m2 以上50g/m2 以下塗佈在片材2221、2223其中任一的橡膠系熱熔黏著劑，將高吸收性材料2222黏著於片材2221、2223。高吸收性材料2222的單位面積重量，較佳為定在100g/m2 以上250g/m2 以下。
圖3顯示吸收片材222的俯視圖。圖3中，在配置有高吸收性材料2222(參照圖2)的多數(本實施形態為4個)的區域2224加上平行斜線顯示，同時將上側吸收層221的開口2211以二點鏈線表示(圖8亦同)。如圖3所示，多數區域2224排列在吸收部22的寬度方向，各自沿吸收部22的長邊方向連續並延伸為帶狀。以下說明中，將排列成線條狀的多數區域2224，總稱為「吸收性區域2226」。
吸收性區域2226之間(亦即，相鄰的各2個區域2224之間)的多數區域2225，分別成為在2片片材2221、2223之間不存在高吸收性材料2222的區域2225，各區域2225從俯視時重疊於開口2211的位置起沿吸收部22的長邊方向連續成線狀並延伸。以下說明中，將排列成線條狀的多數區域2225，總稱為「非吸收性區域2227」。非吸收性區域2227，可採用比起周圍的吸收性區域2226，高吸收性材料2222的密度較低的低密度區域。吸收片材222中，沿著吸收部22的長邊方向連續成線狀並開展的非吸收性區域2227，藉由如圖2所示之片材2221與片材2223以熱熔接接合彼此接合，而使吸收性區域2226的多數區域2224分別從其他區域2224分離，且防止於一區域2224配置的高吸收性材料2222移動到其他區域2224。
下側吸收層223，如圖1所示，俯視時比起上側吸收層221及吸收片材222為大，下側吸收層223的俯視形狀，與上述吸收部22的形狀相等。下側吸收層223，如圖2所示，包含：纖維集合層2231；及高吸收性材料2232，混合於纖維集合層2231並受保持；較佳為，含有10重量%以上70重量%以下的高吸收性材料2232。纖維集合層2231，與上述上側吸收層221的纖維集合層2212同樣，例如由纖維素或嫘縈、棉等再生親水性纖維、合成纖維、紙漿纖維等形成，在本實施形態中，係將經解纖的紙漿纖維疊層為100～400g/m2 而形成。高吸收性材料2232，與上側吸收層221之高吸收性材料2213同樣，可利用高吸收性聚合物或高吸收性纖維等，本實施形態中，係利用聚丙烯酸系或纖維素系、澱粉‧丙烯腈系等粒狀吸水性樹脂。
吸收性物品1中，藉由將上側吸收層221中的開口2211的內側面及堵住吸收片材222的開口2211的部位(亦即從開口2211露出的部位)以頂部片材21被覆，能形成與穿戴者的股間部對向的凹部，將從穿戴者而來的排泄的尿等排泄物收容於該凹部。排泄物的水分，經由頂部片材21而引導到堵住吸收片材222的開口2211的部位，從吸收片材222的上側片材2221往周圍(亦即，沿長邊方向及寬度方向)擴散，而由吸收片材222的高吸收性材料2222及上側吸收層221吸收。
高吸收性材料2222，與上側吸收層221的纖維集合層2212相比，吸收速度較小而吸收量較大，因此從片材2221擴散的水分，其一部分由上側吸收層221迅速吸收後，其餘主要由吸收片材222吸收而由高吸收性材料2222保持。又，從吸收片材222吸收的水分當中的一部分，經由非吸收性區域2227而引導到下側吸收層223，由下側吸收層223吸收。已吸收水分的高吸收性材料2222，如圖4所示會膨潤。吸收片材222中，由於高吸收性材料2222的膨潤使吸收性區域2226的厚度增大，且吸收性區域2226的頂面推壓上側吸收層221，吸收性區域2226的底面推壓下側吸收層223。
又，於非吸收性區域2227中，由於2片片材2221、2223彼此接合，因此非吸收性區域2227不會膨脹。圖5係將吸收性物品1於圖1所示之Ⅴ-Ⅴ的位置沿垂直於長邊方向的面切斷成的剖面圖。由於非吸收性區域2227的存在，在吸收片材222的非吸收性區域2227與上側吸收層221之間，及非吸收性區域2227與下側吸收層223之間，分別形成從開口2211(參照圖3)沿長邊方向延伸的空間2228。
輔助吸收具或用後即丟尿布等吸收性物品，視使用狀況，有時會接受從穿戴者而來的數次排泄，但是本實施形態的吸收性物品1，由於即使吸收第1次排泄物的水分後，仍會在吸收部22形成從開口2211沿長邊方向延伸的多數空間2228，因此第2次以後的排泄物的水分能經由空間2228沿吸收部22的長邊方向迅速且跨廣範圍擴散，能於吸收部22的廣範圍吸收排泄物的水分。其結果，於吸收性物品1，對於多次排泄維持高吸收性能(亦即，具有能將數次排泄中的水分充分吸收的大吸收量)。
又，經由空間2228沿長邊方向擴散的水分，由位在空間2228上側之吸收速度較快的上側吸收層221將其一部分迅速吸收後，由位在空間2228的左右兩側及下側的吸收量較大的高吸收性材料2222、2232將其餘水分吸收。因此，即使排泄了較多量的尿等排泄物時，也能防止排泄物的水分從空間2228朝開口2211逆流，可防止水分跨廣範圍附著在穿戴者的皮膚。
吸收部22中，藉由使吸收片材222的2片片材2221、2223當中，上側吸收層221與高吸收性材料2222之間所配置的片材2221為親水性，能使排泄物的水分在上側吸收層221與吸收片材222之間迅速且跨廣範圍地擴散。又，藉由使高吸收性材料2222與下側吸收層223之間所配置的片材2223亦為親水性，能使排泄物的水分在下側吸收層223與吸收片材222之間亦迅速且跨廣範圍地擴散。吸收片材222中，藉由熱熔接接合，能使在非吸收性區域2227的片材2221、2223輕易且確實接合。
吸收部22中，藉由使具有纖維集合層2212的上側吸收層221含有10重量%以上的高吸收性材料2213，能使得上側吸收層221不大型化而能增大上側吸收層221的吸收量。又，藉由使上側吸收層221含有70重量%以下的高吸收性材料2213，能抑制上側吸收層221的吸收速度的降低且同時增大上側吸收層221的吸收量。
吸收性物品1中，如圖2所示，上側吸收層221藉由具有沿開口2211的緣部的凸部2214，能防止排泄到開口2211的內側的排泄物從開口2211往外側流出並在頂部片材21上擴開。其結果，能防止排泄物跨廣範圍附著於穿戴者的皮膚。又，吸收性物品1中，藉由在吸收片材222的下側設置下側吸收層223，能使吸收部22的吸收量更為增大。又，下側吸收層223，與上側吸收層221同樣，藉由含有10重量%以上70重量%以下的高吸收性材料2232，能不使下側吸收層223大型化且能抑制下側吸收層223的吸收速度降低同時增大下側吸收層223的吸收量。
圖6顯示其他吸收片材之例，係對應於上述圖5的位置的剖面圖。圖6所示吸收性物品1的吸收片材222a中，位在吸收性區域2226的多數區域2224之間的多數區域2225也存在高吸收性材料2222。多數區域2225，係高吸收性材料2222的密度比起周圍的吸收性區域2226為較低的低密度區域2227a。吸收性物品1中，藉由於吸收部22將排泄物的水分吸收，如圖7所示，吸收片材222a的高吸收性材料2222在吸收性區域2226及低密度區域2227a膨潤並增大吸收片材222a的厚度，但是由於低密度區域2227a的厚度比起吸收性區域2226(亦即，高密度區域)的厚度為小，因此，在上側吸收層221與低密度區域2227a之間及下側吸收層223與低密度區域2227a之間，會形成從開口2211(參照圖3)沿長邊方向延伸的多數空間2228。藉此，能使第2次以後的排泄物的水分經由空間2228迅速地跨廣範圍沿吸收部22的長邊方向擴散，能於吸收部22的廣範圍中吸收排泄物的水分。其結果，圖6所示的吸收性物品1也能對於多次排泄維持高吸收性能。
惟，從使空間2228增大而使第2次以後的排泄物的水分更為快速且跨更廣範圍擴散的觀點，較佳為在多數區域2225(參照圖3)中，使2片片材2221、2223彼此接合。
其次，對於本發明之第2實施形態之吸收性物品進行說明。第2實施形態之吸收性物品，改變圖3所示吸收片材222為包含圖8所示之吸收片材222b，除此以外與圖1至圖3所示之吸收性物品1具有相同構造。以下說明中，於第2實施形態之吸收性物品的構成當中，對應於吸收性物品1之各構成的構成標記相同符號。
如圖8所示，吸收片材222b中，配置成矩陣狀的(亦即，於長邊方向及寬度方向以2維配置)多數矩形狀的區域2224a，為配置有高吸收性材料2222(參照圖2)的吸收性區域2226，多數區域2224a之間的網目狀區域2225a，為不存在高吸收性材料2222的非吸收性區域2227(也可採用高吸收性材料2222的密度比起周圍為低的低密度區域)。非吸收性區域2227，從重疊於開口2211的位置沿吸收部22(參照圖1)的長邊方向以網目狀連續並開展，吸收片材222b的2片片材2221、2223(參照圖2)，係於非吸收性區域2227利用熱熔接接合彼此接合。
第2實施形態之吸收性物品，與第1實施形態同樣，藉由於吸收部22將排泄物的水分吸收而使得吸收片材222b的高吸收性材料2222膨潤，在上側吸收層221(參照圖5)與非吸收性區域2227之間及下側吸收層223(參照圖5)與非吸收性區域2227之間，形成從開口2211沿長邊方向以網目狀開展的空間2228(參照圖5)。藉此，第2次以後的排泄物的水分能經由空間2228而跨廣範圍沿吸收部22的長邊方向及寬度方向擴散，能於吸收部22的廣範圍將排泄物的水分吸收。其結果，能於吸收性物品對於多次排泄維持高度吸收性能。
第2實施形態之吸收性物品中，由於引導到空間2228內的排泄物也可於吸收部22的寬度方向移動，因此能使排泄物的水分更為迅速且跨更廣範圍擴散。另一方面，第1實施形態之吸收性物品1，由於能在吸收片材222的片材2221、2223之間保持較多量的高吸收性材料2222，因此能輕易地使吸收片材222的吸收量增大。
以上已對於本發明之實施形態說明，但是本發明不限定於上述實施形態，可進行各種變更。
例如，於吸收部22(參照圖1)，如圖9所示，也可為上側吸收層221的寬度大於吸收片材222的寬度及下側吸收層223的寬度。又，圖2所示之上側吸收層221，只要能夠防止(或抑制)排泄到開口2211內側的排泄物往頂部片材21側流出，則也可省略開口2211的周圍的凸部2214。
第1實施形態之吸收片材222中，如上述，設置具有多數直線狀區域2225的非吸收性區域2227，但是例如也可僅將1個直線狀區域2225設置於吸收片材222作為非吸收性區域2227。又，區域2225，可為例如蜿蜒的線狀，也可為鋸齒狀的線狀。第2實施形態之吸收性物品的吸收片材222b中，也可於網目狀區域2225a以比區域2224a更為低密度配置高吸收性材料2222。
上述實施形態之吸收片中，於非吸收性區域2227的片材2221、2223的接合，例如也可利用超音波接合或熱熔黏著劑等進行黏著。又，高吸收性材料2222不一定需要固定在片材2221、2223兩者，也可固定在2片片材2221、2223當中至少其中之一。
吸收部22中，也可在上側吸收層221的股下部形成多數開口。又，當能夠充分確保吸收部22的吸收量時，也可省略下側吸收層223，於該情形，吸收片材的下側的片材2223，可為撥水性或疏水性片材。又，吸收部22的寬度，可跨長邊方向的全長幾乎相等。
上述吸收性物品的構造，可應用在上端具有軀體部開口且於下部具有一對蹆部開口的內褲型的用後即丟尿布、將抵接於穿戴者的腹側的部位與抵接於背側的部位以腰圍固定而穿戴的貼帶型的用後即丟尿布、安裝在該等用後即丟尿布等的內部而使用的輕度失禁用的輔助吸收具，或衛生棉或衛生護墊等各種吸收性物品。
以上已詳細敘述說明本發明，但既述說明為例示並非限定的。因此，只要不脫離本發明之範圍，可有多數變形或態樣。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種吸收性物品，接受從穿戴者而來的排泄物，包含：透液性之頂部片材；撥水性或不透液性之背部片材；及吸收部，配置於該頂部片材與該背部片材之間；該吸收部包含：上側吸收層，具有纖維集合層，該纖維集合層在與穿戴者的股間部對向的位置形成有開口；及吸收片材，配置於該上側吸收層與該背部片材之間而覆蓋該開口的下側；該吸收片材包含：2片片材；及高吸收性材料，配置於該2片片材之間，且固定於該2片片材當中至少其中之一；於該2片片材之間，該高吸收性材料的密度比起周圍為低或不存在該高吸收性材料的低密度區域，從重疊於該開口的位置起沿著該吸收部的長邊方向以線狀或網目狀連續而開展。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之吸收性物品，其中於該低密度區域不存在該高吸收性材料，該2片片材於該低密度區域彼此接合。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之吸收性物品，其中該2片片材於該低密度區域的接合為熱熔接接合。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之吸收性物品，其中該低密度區域為網目狀。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之吸收性物品，其中該2片片材當中配置於該上側吸收層與該高吸收性材料之間的片材為親水性。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之吸收性物品，其中該上側吸收層，含有10重量%以上70重量%以下的高吸收性材料。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之吸收性物品，其中該上側吸收層，具有沿該開口的緣部且同時朝該頂部片材突出的凸部。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1至7項中任一項之吸收性物品，其中該吸收部更包含下側吸收層，該下側吸收層具有配置於該吸收片材與該背部片材之間的纖維集合層。
