Claims (56)
1. Медицинское устройство для окклюзии или блокирования сегментов кровеносного сосуда, содержащее:
сжатую полую металлическую конструкцию, причем металлическая конструкция, когда она расширена, содержит один сегмент, имеющий стенку с внутренней поверхностью, образующей полость, и внешнюю поверхность с отверстием, ограниченным стенкой, которое позволяет проходить текучей среде в полость, а проход текучей среды из катетера в полость полой металлической конструкции приводит к ее расширению,
причем медицинское устройство сконфигурировано так, что расширенная полая металлическая конструкция и катетер могут быть разъединены, и
причем расширенная полая металлическая конструкция имеет достаточную жесткость, чтобы оставаться в расширенном состоянии, когда она имплантирована в живой организм в незакрытой конфигурации.
2. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличющееся тем, что форма расширенной металлической конструкции цилиндрическая, с плоскими или изогнутыми противоположными концами.
3. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что стенка металлической конструкции содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из золота, платины, серебра, их сплавов и их сочетаний.
4. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет расширенный диаметр в диапазоне от приблизительно 2 мм до приблизительно 30 мм.
5. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет расширенную длину в диапазоне от примерно 5 мм до примерно 60 мм.
6. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет толщину стенки в диапазоне от приблизительно 3 мкм до приблизительно 180 мкм.
7. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что стенка металлической конструкции содержит внешний слой.
8. Медицинское устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что внешний слой содержит пористый материал для образованиия пористого внешнего слоя.
9. Медицинское устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что пористый внешний слой имеет толщину в диапазоне между приблизительно 1 мкм и приблизительно 177 мкм.
10. Медицинское устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что пористый внешний слой содержит множественные поры с диаметром от приблизительно 0,01 мкм до приблизительно 100 мкм.
11. Медицинское устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что пористый внешний слой содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из золота, платины, серебра, их сплавов и их сочетаний.
12. Медицинское устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что пористый внешний слой содержит композицию, выбранную из группы, состоящей из медикаментов, фармакологически активных молекул, фармацевтических композиций и их комбинаций.
13. Медицинское устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что пористый внешний слой содержит композицию, выбранную из группы, состоящей из тромбина, тромбоцитарного фактора роста, Этиодола, Сотрадекола и их комбинаций.
14. Медицинское устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что внешний слой содержит полимер, пластик, латекс, резину, эластомер, волокнистый материал и их комбинации.
15. Медицинское устройство по п.14, отличающееся тем, что внешний слой содержит Parylene ™.
16. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что стенка металлической конструкции содержит внутренний слой, расположенный на внутренней поверхности.
17. Медицинское устройство по п.16, отличающееся тем, что внутренний слой содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полимера, пластмассы, резины, металла, волокнистого материала, латекса, эластомера и их комбинаций.
18. Медицинское устройство по п.17, отличающееся тем, что стенка металлической конструкции содержит внутренний слой, состоящий из Parylene ™.
19. Медицинское устройство по п.16, отличающееся тем, что внутренний слой имеет толщину в диапазоне от приблизительно 0,01 мкм до приблизительно 117 мкм.
20. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что стенка металлической конструкции содержит пористый внешний слой, расположенный на внешней поверхности и содержащий композицию, выбранную из группы, включающей золото, платину, серебро, их сплавы и их сочетания, и внутренний слой, расположенный на внутренней поверхности, который содержит Parylene ™.
21. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что стенка металлической конструкции содержит внешний слой, расположенный на внешней поверхности, содержащий Parylene ™ и внутренний слой, расположенный на внутренней поверхности, содержащий Parylene ™.
22. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет шейку, которая ограничивает отверстие.
23. Медицинское устройство по п.22, отличающееся тем, что шейка имеет толщину стенки в диапазоне от приблизительно 3 мкм до приблизительно 180 мкм.
24. Медицинское устройство по п.22, отличающееся тем, что шейка имеет длину от 0,5 мм до 60 мм.
25. Медицинское устройство по п.22, отличающееся тем, что шейка ограничивает отверстие, имеющее диаметр в диапазоне от приблизительно 0,25 мм до приблизительно 2 мм, причем отверстие позволяет прохождение текучей среды в полость металлической конструкции.
26. Медицинское устройство по п.22, отличающееся тем, что шейка расширяется в полость металлической конструкции или может расширяться в направлении от металлической конструкции.
27. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция сложена с образованием одной или более складок перед сжатием.
28. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция является, по меньшей мере, частично расширенной у пациента–человека.
29. Медицинское устройство по п.28, отличающееся тем, что полость, ограниченная внутренней стенкой металлической конструкции, по меньшей мере, частично заполнена материалом, который контактирует с внутренней стенкой.
30. Медицинское устройство по п.29, отличающееся тем, что наполнитель выбран из группы, состоящей из текучей среды, жидкости, газа, твердого тела или их комбинаций.
31. Медицинское устройство по пп. 28–30, отличающееся тем, что полость, ограниченная внутренней стенкой металлической конструкции, по меньшей мере, частично заполнена опорной конструкцией.
32. Медицинское устройство по п.31, отличающееся тем, что опорная конструкция выбрана из группы, состоящей из металлических или полимерных спиралей или проводов, металлических или полимерных конструкций, способных к расширению, шаров, микросфер, радиально экспансивных материалов или их комбинаций.
33. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что внешняя поверхность металлической конструкции содержит множество выступов, которые являются прямыми или разветвленными.
34. Медицинское устройство по п.33, отличающееся тем, что выступы варьируются по длине от 0,01 мкм до приблизительно 157 мкм.
35. Медицинское устройство по п.33, отличающееся тем, что выступы содержат нитинол или волокна.
36. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что внешняя поверхность металлической конструкции покрыта изолирующим веществом.
37. Медицинское устройство по п.19, отличающееся тем, что внутренняя поверхность металлической конструкции покрыта изолирующим веществом.
38. Медицинское устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что внутренняя и внешняя поверхность металлической конструкции покрыты изолирующим веществом.
39. Медицинское устройство по пп. 36–38, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, часть металлической конструкции не покрыта или не изолирована.
40. Медицинское устройство по пп. 36–38, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, часть шейки металлической конструкции не покрыта или не изолирована.
41. Медицинское устройство для окклюзии или блокирования сегментов кровеносного сосуда, содержащее:
отделяемую сжатую полую металлическую конструкцию, которая, когда она расширена, содержит один сегмент, причем металлическая конструкция имеет стенку с внутренней поверхностью, которая ограничивает полость, и внешней поверхностью с отверстием, ограниченным стенкой и позволяющим прохождение текучей среды в полость сжатой полой металлической конструкции;
причем расширенная полая металлическая конструкция имеет достаточную жесткость, чтобы оставаться в расширенном состоянии, когда она имплантирована в живой организм в незакрытой конфигурации; и
причем металлическая конструкция имеет шейку, которая ограничивает отверстие.
42. Медицинское устройство по п. 41, отличающееся тем, что форма расширенной металлической конструкции цилиндрическая, с плоскими или изогнутыми противоположными концами.
43. Медицинское устройство по п. 41, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет расширенный диаметр в диапазоне от приблизительно 2 мм до приблизительно 30 мм.
44. Медицинское устройство по п.41, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет расширенную длину в диапазоне от примерно 5 мм до примерно 60 мм.
45. Медицинское устройство по п. 41, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет толщину стенки в диапазоне от приблизительно 3 мкм до приблизительно 180 мкм.
46. Медицинское устройство по п. 41, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет внешний слой с множеством пор с диаметром от 0,01 мкм до приблизительно 100 мкм.
47. Медицинское устройство по п. 41, отличающееся тем, что металлическая конструкция имеет внешний слой с множеством выступов длиной от 0,01 мкм до приблизительно 177 мкм.
48. Медицинское устройство по п. 41, отличающееся тем, что стенка металлической конструкции содержит внутренний слой, расположенный на внутренней поверхности, содержащей материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полимера, пластика, латекса, резины, эластомера, волокнистого материала, Parylene ™ и их комбинаций.
49. Медицинское устройство по п. 41, отличающееся тем, что шейка металлической конструкции прикреплена к дистальному концу катетера при помощи упругой втулки или зажима.
50. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп. 41 и 49, отличающееся тем, что расширенная металлическая конструкция и катетер могут быть разъединены друг от друга путем вытягивания катетера из расширенной полой металлической конструкции.
