Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は、離脱式両端逆止弁付きバルーンに関するも
のであり、更に詳しくは患部の血管を塞栓を用いて塞ぐ
ことにより血液の流れを阻止するための離脱式両端逆止
弁付きバルーンに関するものである。
[考案の背景] 近年、血管性病変、癌の治療において責任血管を塞栓
物を用いて塞ぐことが行われるようになった。従来、こ
のような患部の血管塞栓物による封鎖は、カテーテル内
に塞栓物を導入し、これをワイヤーの先端で押進め、カ
テーテルを患部の直前まで持っていき、そこでカテーテ
ルからワイヤーで塞栓物を押し出すことにより封鎖する
如き方法が一般に行われている。
また別の方法では、ガイドワイヤーとカテーテルの先
端に塞栓物、すなわちバルーン(カテーテル接続側に逆
止弁を有する)を設置し、これを血管内を押し進めて行
き、封鎖すべき箇所に到達したところでバルーンを膨ら
ませて封鎖し、その後ガイドワイヤーとカテーテルを分
離することによりバルーンを設置することが行われてい
る。
しかしながら、これらの方法はバルーンを患部の所望
の位置へ導入する場合、血流を利用するため、血流の強
弱の流れにまかせるしか方法がなく、従ってバルーンを
所望の位置へ導入することが難しく、この操作には硬度
の熟練を要するという問題がある。
そこで、本考案者は、これらの問題点を改善するため
に、種々の検討を行った結果、前記バルーンを所望の場
所に容易に設置することができ、しかも位置決めが失敗
することのない優れた装置を見出した。
[考案の目的] したがって本考案の目的は、管内の患部の所望の場所
に容易にバルーンを設置することができ、しかも設置に
失敗することのない離脱式両端逆止弁付きバルーンを提
供することにある。
[考案の構成] 本考案の前記目的は、 (1) 一端にガイドワイヤー及びカテーテルの挿入口
を有し、他端にガイドワイヤーの出口を有する離脱式両
端逆止弁付きバルーンにおいて、前記の挿入口及び出口
にそれぞれ逆止弁を有することを特徴とする離脱式両端
逆止弁付きバルーン。
(2) 前記第1項記載のバルーンの中にX線により感
知しうる材料を存在させたことを特徴とする離脱式両端
逆止弁付きバルーンによってそれぞれ達成された。
以下、本考案の構成について具体的に説明すると、本
考案の離脱式両端逆止弁付きバルーンは、バルーンの両
端部にそれぞれ逆止弁を有しているものであり、これに
より該バルーンはガイドワイヤー及びカテーテルを一方
の端から通し、このうちガイドワイヤーを他方の端を貫
通して突き出して通される。この突き出したガイドワイ
ヤーの先端は自由に方向が変えられるので、枝分かれし
た血管の所望の血管にガイドワイヤーを導き、ガイドワ
イヤーに導かれたバルーンが所望の設置箇所に到達した
ところで、ガイドワイヤーの先端をバルーンのほぼ中央
部まで引き戻し、この状態でバルーンを膨らましてその
箇所を封鎖し、次いでカテーテル及びガイドワイヤーを
引き抜くことによりバルーンは設置される。
本考案に用いられる逆止弁は、その一例が第1図に示
されているが、この逆止弁は液が一方向には通過する
が、その逆方向には通過が阻止される構造を有するもの
であればよく、このような逆止弁の構造は周知である。
本考案で用いられるバルーンの材質は、特に限定され
るものではないが、例えばシリコーンゴムエラストマ
ー、ゴム等のゴム状物質が好ましい。
本考案で用いられるバルーンの中にはX線により感
知、即ち目視される材料を入れておくことができ、この
材料としては、金、白金、タングステン等の金属ないし
はこれらの合金が好ましい。
本考案に用いられるガイドワイヤーとしては、従来公
知の各種の材料又は構造を有するものが用いられる。こ
れらの中で特に好ましく用いられるガイドワイヤーは、
コイルスプリングと芯線とを組み合わせたもの又はコイ
ルスプリングからなるもの等が挙げられる。
これらを構成する材料としては、ステンレス線、ピア
ノ線、超弾性金属線、形状記憶合金線、クロム含有合
金、プラスチックス等が挙げられる。特に超弾性金属線
または形状記憶合金線は、この技術分野において通常用
いられているものでよい。
本考案に係るガイドワイヤーは、患部の血管、例えば
破綻し出血している血管を選択するのに使用される。
[本考案の作用] 本考案の離脱式両端逆止弁付きバルーンは、バルーン
の両端部にそれぞれ逆止弁を有していることにより、該
バルーンはガイドワイヤー及びカテーテルを一方の端か
ら通し、このうちガイドワイヤーを他方の端を貫通して
突き出して通すことができ、この突き出して通されたガ
イドワイヤーの先端により所望の方向にバルーンを導く
ことができる。
以下更に図面を以て具体的に説明する。
[実施例] 次に本考案を図面により更に具体的に説明するが、こ
れは本考案の実施態様の一つであって、本考案はこれに
限定されるものではない。
第1図は本考案の離脱式両端逆止弁付きバルーンを示
す断面図であり、第2図は、第1図の本考案の離脱式両
端逆止弁付きバルーンを膨らませた状態を示す断面図で
ある。また第3図は、本考案の離脱式両端逆止弁付きバ
ルーンにガイドワイヤーとカテーテルを設置した状態を
示す断面図である。
まず、第1図において、1はバルーンであり、6は逆
止弁であり、2は弁台を示す。3及び4は接着剤であ
り、5は弁カバーである。
即ちバルーン1は、その両端に逆止弁61、62を有し、
その端は接着剤3及び4により接着されており、その中
側は弁台2が弁カバーによって覆われている。そして第
1図に示されたバルーンに液を注入すると、第2図に示
される如く逆止弁61、62の作用により液は逆流しないで
バルーン内に内包されるので、膨張したままの状態を維
持することができる。
第3図は、バルーンの両端に設けられた逆止弁61、62
の両方をガイドワイヤー7が貫通して突き出た状態を示
しており、その後部にはカテーテル8が逆止弁61に接続
されている。
このガイドワイヤー7によりバルーン1は所望の箇所
に案内され、その後ガイドワイヤー7が引き抜かれ、液
が注入されて膨らんだ状態で、カテーテルを引き抜く。
[考案の効果] 本考案の離脱式両端逆止弁付きバルーンは、管内の患
部の所望の場所に容易にバルーンを設置することがで
き、しかも設置に失敗することがないという優れた効果
を奏するものである。

第1図は、本考案の離脱式両端逆止弁付きバルーンを示
す断面図である。 第2図は、第1図の本考案の離脱式両端逆止弁付きバル
ーンを膨らませた状態を示す断面図である。また第3図
は、本考案の離脱式両端逆止弁付きバルーンにガイドワ
イヤーとカテーテルを設置した状態を示す断面図であ

    (57)【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】一端にガイドワイヤー及びカテーテルの挿
    入口を有し、他端にガイドワイヤーの出口を有する離脱
    式両端逆止弁付きバルーンにおいて、前記の挿入口及び
    出口にそれぞれ逆止弁を有することを特徴とする離脱式
    両端逆止弁付きバルーン。
  2. 【請求項2】請求項1記載のバルーンの中にX線により
    感知しうる材料を存在させたことを特徴とする離脱式両
    端逆止弁付きバルーン。
