Abstract

-알루미나 분말은, 전이 알루미나 및 알루미나 화합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 출발물질 하나 이상을 고립화하여 수득한 과립을, 0.1용적% 이상의 할로겐화수소 가스 및 할로겐 가스 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 할로겐 화합물을 함유하는, 할로겐화수소 함유 가스성 대기, 할로겐 함유 가스성 대기 또는 할로겐 가스와 증기의 혼합물 함유 대기 중에서 발화시킴으로써 제조된다.
분말상 출발물질을 과립화하여 벌크 밀도를 증가시키고 할로겐 존재하에 과립을 하소시킴으로써, 조절된 과립 형태 및 직경과 좁은 그레인 크기 분포를 갖고 응집된 거의 함우하지 않는

Claims (14)

  1. 전이 알루미나 및 알루미나 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 알루미나 출발물질 하나 이상을 과립화하여 입자를 수득하는 단계; 및 할로겐화수소 가스, 할로겐 가스 또는 할로겐 가스와 증기의 혼합물을 포함하고 할로겐화 수소 가스 및 할로겐 가스로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 할로겐-함유 가스 0.1용적% 이상을 함유하는 할로겐-함유 대기 중에서 상기 입자를 하소시키는 단계를 포함하는,-알루미나 분말의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 가스의 농도가 1용적% 이상인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질이 씨드 결정 및 형태 조절제로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 부가제 하나 이상을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 알루미나 출발물질을, 고체 및 액체 할로겐화수소 가스 공급원 및 고체 및 액체 할로겐 가스 공급원으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 가스 공급원 하나 이상을 하소 시스템 중에 직접 공급함으로써 생성되는 할로겐-함유가스를 함유하는 대기 중에서 하소시키는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 고체 및 액체 할로겐화수소 가스 공급원 및 고체 및 액체 할로겐 가스 공급원으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 가스 공급원 하나 이상을 출발물질과 혼합한 후, 이 혼합물을 하소로(calcining furnace)내로 공급하는 방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 하소 온도가 600 내지 1400℃인 방법.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 할로겐화 수소 가스 공급원이 암모늄 할라이드인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 암모늄 할라이드가 염화암모늄인 방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 씨드 결정이 알루미늄, 티탄, 바나듐, 크롬, 철 및 니켈의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 화합물 하나 이상인 방법.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 형태 조절제가 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 이트륨, 지르코늄, 니오븀, 바나듐, 몰리브덴, 구리, 아연, 붕소, 규소, 란탄, 세륨, 네오디뮴 및 이의 화합물 중에서 선택된 물질 하나 이상인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질을, 할로겐화수소 가스 0.1용적% 이상을 함유하는 대기 가스 중에서 500 내지 1400℃의 온도하에 하소시키는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질을, 할로겐 가스 0.1용적% 이상을 함유하는 대기 가스 중에서 950 내지 1500℃의 온도하에 하소시키는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질을, 할로겐 가스 0.1용적% 이상 및 증기 0.01용적% 이상을 함유하는 대기 가스 중에서 500 내지 1400℃의 온도하에 하소시키는 방법.
