Abstract
특히 장식 세라믹용으로, 패턴을 지니는 장식용 또는 기능성 트랜스퍼는 전구체가 접착제로 전환되는 경우에 전사지에서 접착제 또는 그의 전구체에 패턴을 전자적으로 제어된 인쇄공정에 의해 인쇄하여 패턴이 전자적으로 기억되거나 발생된 디지탈 상에 대응하도록 하고 접착제 또는 그의 전구체에 장식용 또는 기능성 물질을 미세분할된 형태로 적용하여 물질이 접착제에 의해 고착되고 따라서 물질이 패턴을 형성함으로써 제조된다.

Claims (17)
- 패턴을 지니는 장식용 또는 기능성 트랜스퍼의 제조방법에 있어서, 전구체가 접착제로 전환되는 경우에, 전사지에서 접착제 또는 그의 전구체에 패턴을 전자적으로 제어된 인쇄공정에 의해 인쇄하여 패턴이 전자적으로 기억되거나 발생된 디지탈 상에 대응하도록 하는 단계와, 접착제 또는 그의 전구체에 장식용 또는 기능성 물질을 미세분할된 형태로 적용하여 물질이 접착제에 의해 고착되고 이와 같이 물질에 패턴을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패턴은 접착제에 인쇄되며 미세 분할된 형태의 장식용 또는 기능성 물질이 거기에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1 내지 30미크론 두께의 접착제의 끈적끈적한 층이 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄는 잉크-제트 인쇄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장식용 트랜스퍼가 제조되고 물질은 분말 또는 플레이크 형태의 장식용 착색물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트랜스퍼는 장식용이고 장식용 또는 기능성 물질은 한가지 이상의 세라믹 색상, 귀금속 분말 및/또는 플레이크 그리고 전주빛 또는 운모형 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트랜스퍼는 장식용이고 장식용 또는 기능성 물질은 안료 1부에 플럭스 0.1-9부의 중량비로 색 안료와 플럭스로 이루어지는 세라믹 색상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다색 또는 복합 효과 트랜스퍼를 만들기 위해 다른 이러한 장식용 또는 기능성 물질로 단계들을 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 접착제에 의해 전사지에 고착된 장식용 또는 기능성 물질의 패턴을 지니는 트랜스퍼에 있어서, 접착제 또는 그의 전구체는 전자적으로 제어된 인쇄공정에 의해 전사지에서 그 패턴으로 인쇄되어 패턴이 전자적으로 기억되거나 발생된 디지탈 상에 대응하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스퍼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 접착제는 그 패턴으로 인쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스퍼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 장식용인 트랜스퍼이고 장식용 또는 기능성 물질은 분말 또는 플레이크 형태의 장식용 착색물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스퍼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 장식용인 트랜스퍼이고 장식용 또는 기능성 물질은 한가지 이상의 세라믹 색상, 귀금속 분말 및/또는 플레이크 그리고 전주빛 또는 운모형 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스퍼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 장식용인 트랜스퍼이고 장식용 또는 기능성 물질은 안료 1부에 플럭스 0.1-9부의 중량비로 색 안료와 플럭스로 이루어지는 세라믹 색상인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스퍼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 다른 장식용 또는 기능성 물질들의 다수의 이러한 패턴들을 가짐으로써 조립된 다색 또는 복합효과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스퍼.
- 제9항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 청구되고 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 트랜스퍼로부터 물품에 패턴을 전사한 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품에 장식용 또는 기능성 패턴의 형성방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 패턴을 전사한 후 그것을 물품에서 소성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 물품은 세라믹 또는 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
