Claims (39)
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 밀도가 0.7 내지 0.7g/ml 범위인 미립자상 알루미노옥산.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 밀도가 0.9 내지 1.5g/ml 범위인 미립상 알루미노옥산.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식 (Ⅰ) 또는 일반식 (Ⅱ)에 있어서, R은 메틸기를 나타내고, m는 10 내지 30의 정수를 나타내고, 평균입자경이 20 내지 60μm의 범위이고, 또한 비표면적이 100 내지 300m2/g의 범위이며, 밀도가 0.09-1.2g/ml의 범위인 미립자상 알루미노옥산.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 얻어지는 미립자상 고체 알루미노옥산이 평균입자경 10 내지 100μm의 범위이고, 또한 비표면적이 50 내지 500m2/g의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 얻어지는 미립자상 고체 알루미노옥산이 평균입자경 10 내지 100μm의 범위이고, 또한 비표면적이 50 내지 500m2/g의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 얻어지는 미립자상 고체 알루미노옥산의 밀도가 0.7로부터 1.7g/ml의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 얻어지는 미립자상 고체 알루미노옥산의 밀도가 0.7로부터 1.7g/ml의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 불용성 내지 난용성 용매로서, 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 불용성 내지 난용성 용매로서, 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 알루미노옥산의 용액 100중량부에 대해서 불용성 내지 난용성 용매를 10 내지 10000중량부의 범위로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 알루미노옥산의 용액 100중량부에 대해서 불용성 내지 난용성 용매를 10 내지 10000중량부의 범위로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 얻어지는 미립자상 고체 알루미노옥산이 평균입자경 10 내지 100μm의 범위이고, 또한 비표면적이 50 내지 500m2/g의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 얻어지는 미립자상 고체 알루미노옥산이 평균입자경 10 내지 100μm의 범위이고, 또한 비표면적이 50 내지 500m2/g의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 얻어지는 미립자상 고체 알루미노옥산의 밀도가 0.7 내지 1.7g/ml의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 얻어지는 미립자상 고체 알루미노옥산의 밀도가 0.7 내지 1.7g/ml의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 알루미노옥산의 용액을 분무할 때에 알루미노옥산의 용액을 그 용매의 비등점보다도 통상 5 내지 50℃ 낮은 온도로 보지하면서 2유체노즐을 갖는 분무건조기를 사용하여 상기 용매의 비등점보다도 10 내지 500℃의 낮은 온도로 가열된 불황성가스를 사용하여 분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 알루미노옥산의 용액을 분무할 때에 알루미노옥산의 용액을 그 용매의 비등점보다도 5 내지 50℃ 낮은 온도로 보지하면서 2유체노즐을 갖는 분무건조기를 사용하여 상기 용매의 비등점보다도 10 내지 500℃ 높은 온도로 가열된 불황성가스를 사용하여 분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 제법.
- 제 33 항에 있어서, 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 밀도가 0.7 내지 1.7g/ml의 범위인 미립자상 알루미노옥산으로 된 올레핀 중합용 촉매성분.
- 제 34 항에 있어서, 미립자상 알루미노옥산의 밀도가 0.9 내지 1.5g/ml의 범위인 미립자상 알루미노옥산으로 된 올레핀 중합용 촉매성분.
