Claims (24)

  1. 양각될 수 있는 표면과 압력접촉에 의해서, 양가될 수 있는 표면을 가진 제품에 매트가공과 양각디자인을 제공하기 위한, 양각용표면의 매인치당 평균 약 50 내지 2000피크를 함유하는, 세라믹, 서어멧 또는 금속패턴이 형성된 양각용표면을 가지며, 따라서 이 피크가 압력접촉되었을 때 제품의 양각될 수 있는 표면을 움푹 들어가게 하여 양각될 수 있는 표면에 매트가공을 제공하고, 양각용표면이 양각디자인을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  2. 양각될 수 있는 표면과 압력접촉에 의해서, 양각될 수 있는 표면을 가진 제품에 매트가공과 양각디자인을 제공하기 위한, 양각용 패턴이 형성되고, 양각용 표면에 결합된 세라믹, 서어멧 또는 금속피복을 갖는 양각용표면을 가지며, 피복의 겉표면이 양각용 패턴과 대략 같은 형상이고, 피복의 겉표면이 이 표면을 뒤덮는 매인치당 평균 50 내지 2,000피크를 함유함으로써 피크가, 피복의 겉표면과 접촉되었을 때, 제품의 양각될 수 있는 표면을 움푹들어가게 하여, 제품의 양각될 수 있는 표면에 매트가공을 제공함으로써 양각용 표면이 양각될 수 있는 표면에 양각디자인을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 피복의 겉표면을 뒤덮는 피크가 약 100 내지 약 5000마이크로인치의 최대 피크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 피복의 겉표면을 뒤덮는 피크가 약 500 내지 약 3000마이크로인치의 최대피크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 피복이 약 1.5 내지 약 30밀의 공칭두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 공구가 패턴이 형성된 원통형 양각용 표면을 갖는 양각용롤의 형상을 이름을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 공구가, 평탄하거나, 성형된 패턴이 형성된 양각용표면을 가지는 자국스템프의 형상을 이룸을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 피복이 폭발 건에 의해서 가해진 산화알루미늄임을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 피복이 플라즈마 토오치에 의해서 가해진 산화알루미늄임을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 양각용표면이 나무결 디자인을 제품에 전달하기 위해서 나무결 디자인을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 압력 접촉 양각용 공구.
  11. 양각될 수 있는 표면과 압력접촉에의해서, 양각될 수 있는 제품의 겉표면에 매트가공 및 양각 패턴을 제공하는데, 유용한, 패턴이 형성된 양각용 표면을 가지는 양각용 공구를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 피복의 겉표면이, 매인치당 약 50 내지 약 2,000피크의 평균수를 이루는, 피복표면을 덮는 다수의 피크로 이루어지는 세라믹, 서어멧 또는 금속피복을, 양각형 표면에 결합시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 양각용 공구의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 피복의 겉표면을 덮는 피크가 약 500 내지 약 3000마이크로인치의 최대 피크높이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 양각용 공구의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 양각용표면상의 피복이 약 1.5 내지 약 30밀의 공칭두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 양각용 공구의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 피복이 폭발-건 또는 플라즈마 토오치에 의해서 가해진 산화알루미늄임을 특징으로 하는 양각용 공구의 제조방법.
  15. 양각될 수 있는 표면에 양각디지인 및 매트가공을 제공하기위해서, 압력접촉에의하여, 양각될 수 있는 표면을 갖는 제품을 양각하는 방법에 있어서, 양각용 표면을 덮는 매인치당 평균 약 50 내지 2000피이크와 양각용 패턴을 가지는 세라믹, 서어멧 또는 금속 양각용표면과 양각될 수 있는 표면을 압력·접촉함으로서, 피크가 제품의 양각될 수 있는 표면을 움푹들어가게하여, 양각될 수 있는 표면에 매트가공을 제공하며, 따라서 양각용 표면이 양각될 수 있는 표면에 양각디자인을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 제품을 양각하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 양각용 표면을 덮는 피크가 약 100 내지 약 5000마이크로인치의 최대피크높이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제품을 양각하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 양각용표면이 폭발건 또는 플라즈마 토오치에 의해서 용착된 산화 알루미늄을 특징으로 하는 제품을 양각하는 방법.
  18. 제17항의 방법으로 양각되고, 매트가공된 표면을 가지는 제품.
  19. 제17항의 방법으로 양각되고 매트가공된 표면을 가지는 열가소성 판에서, 판의 충격강도와 문지름 저항성이 제17항의 방법에 의해서 증가됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성판.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 판이 폴리염화비닐로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 열가소성판.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 양각되고 매트가공된 표면을 가지는 열가소성판에서, 이 판에 초기에 존재한 표면결함들이 숨기어지고, 판의 초기광택이 매트가공에 의해서 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성판.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 판이 폴리염화비닐로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 열가소성판.
  23. 표면에 압착된 약 100 내지 5,000 마이크로인치의 평균디프레션 깊이의 50 내지 2,000 디프레션으로 이루어지는, 매트 가공에 의해서 제공된 양각표면을 가지는 양각제품.
  24. 표면에 압착된 약 500 내지 3000마이크로인치의 평균 디프레션깊이의 50 내지 2,000 디프레션으로 이루어지는, 매트 가공에 의해서, 제공된 양각표면을 가지는 양각제품.
