Claims (6)
- 유전체 산화 세라믹 물질과 전극물질이 교대로 층을 이루어 상승온도로 압력을 인가함으로써 통합체로 형성되는 다층 캐패시터를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 유기 접착제와 산화세라믹 분말의 혼합물로 이루어진 유전체 박편을 형성하는 공정과, 전기적으로 도전성 물질의 패턴을 구비한 층과 교대로 상기 박편을 스택하여 전극을 형성하는 공정과, 산화세라믹 분말의 기압소결온도 이하인 소정의 온도로까지 스택을 가열하고 동시에 스택방향으로 단추압력을 인가함으로써 스택을 압력 소결하여 통합체를 형성하는 공정과, 압력을 해제하여 냉각하는 공정과, 단위체를 독립된 캐패시터 몸체로 절단하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 캐패시터 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 있어서, 소결공전에서 스택은 0.5 내지의 압력으로 50 내지 100℃ 온도에서 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 캐패시터 제조방법.
- 제1항이나 제2항의 방법에 있어서, 소결온도는 900℃ 내지 1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 캐패시터 제조방법
- 제3항의 방법에 있어서, 소결온도에 의해서, 단축압력은 200 내지 5kbar인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층캐패시터 제조방법.
- 선행된 항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 박편의 면에서 가장 큰 크기는 스택높이 것보다 적어도 10배이상 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 캐패시터 제조방법.
- 선행된 항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 유기접착제는 소정의 온도로까지 가열되는 동안 혼합물에서 화이어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 캐패시터 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
