Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an antimicrobial detergent composition, and more particularly, to an antimicrobial detergent composition which is characterized by comprising a plant essential oil containing isothiocyanate, ethyl alcohol and a surfactant, To a detergent composition.
Among the spaces in which we live, kitchens use water continuously, and there is a lot of inflow of microorganisms by the foodstuffs and human hands. Chopping boards, dishes, dishwashers and scrubbers are easy to propagate microorganisms by food waste and remaining water. Thorough sanitation is required.
Conventional detergents and disinfecting products are used together to inhibit the growth of microorganisms and to remove germs. However, these conventional products have a problem that they cause side effects such as skin irritation and allergies because they use a synthetic raw material as a main ingredient.
Accordingly, there is an increasing number of products that improve the convenience of consumers by adding an antibacterial agent or the like to conventional kitchen detergents to remove bacteria from the object to be cleaned or to suppress the propagation of microorganisms. Recently, There is a growing need and study for reducing antimicrobial use and natural antimicrobial technology.
In this connection, Korean Patent No. 2006-0080092, Japanese Patent No. 2009-91293 and JP2007-161651 disclose a technique related to an antimicrobial composition, but still have a problem that the stability of the raw material and the antibacterial effect are inferior.
An object of the present invention is to reduce the use amount of an antimicrobial substance and to exert an excellent effect on the stability and antimicrobial properties of a product by blending a plant essential oil containing ethyl isothiocyanate and ethyl alcohol in an appropriate ratio And an antibacterial detergent composition.

According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, 0.001 to 1 part by weight of plant essential oil, 1 to 10 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol, 1 to 60 parts by weight of surfactant, and the remaining amount are added to 100 parts by weight of the antibacterial detergent composition, .
According to a more preferred feature of the present invention, the plant essential oil is preferably extracted from mustard, horseradish and radish.
The antimicrobial detergent composition according to the present invention contains plant essential oil, which is a natural ingredient, thereby exhibiting excellent effects on the stability of the product and antibacterial activity while reducing the amount of antimicrobial substance used.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention and physical properties of the respective components will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, And this does not mean that the technical idea and scope of the present invention are limited.
The antimicrobial detergent composition according to the present invention comprises a vegetable essential oil (a), an ethyl alcohol (b) and a surfactant (c) containing isothiocyanate and the mass ratio of (b) / (c) If the mass ratio is less than 0.001, the antibacterial effect is insignificant. If the mass ratio is more than 1, the fragrance unique to the plant essential oil is strong, making it difficult to use as a product.
It is preferable that 0.001 to 1 part by weight of plant essential oil, 1 to 10 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol, 1 to 60 parts by weight of surfactant, and residual amount are added to 100 parts by weight of the antimicrobial detergent composition described above, including purified water and additives for kitchen detergent Do.
The above-mentioned plant essential oil contains 0.001 to 1 part by weight, preferably 0.01 to 0.1 part by weight, and exhibits antiseptic and antimicrobial effect. If the amount of the essential oil is less than 0.001 parts by weight, the antiseptic and antimicrobial effects are not exhibited. If the amount is more than 1 part by weight, the specific fragrance is strong, which makes the use as a product difficult.
More specifically, the essential oil described above is preferably extracted from mustard, horseradish and radish, more preferably, isothiocyanate extracted from mustard, and has a chemical structure represented by the following formula (1) I have.
[Chemical Formula 1]
The above-mentioned ethyl alcohol contains 1 to 10 parts by weight, and when used in combination with a plant essential oil, exhibits a synergistic effect on preservation and antibacterial effect. More specifically, less than 1 part by weight of the ethyl alcohol has no sterilization and preservative effect. When the amount of the ethyl alcohol exceeds 10 parts by weight, the sterilization and preservative effect can be increased. However, . The above-mentioned ethyl alcohol is preferably obtained by fermentation in cereals such as rice and barley, but is not limited thereto. Alcohol derived from other raw materials, alcohol produced by synthesis, and the like can be used without limitation.
The above-mentioned surfactant is preferably at least one selected from anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants.
The anionic surfactant may be a sulfonate-based, sulfate-based or other anionic surfactant. The sulfonate-based surfactant may be a linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) having 10 to 14 carbon atoms, an alpha Olefin sulfonate (AOS) and paraffin sulfonate (SAS) having 10 to 16 carbon atoms, and the like. The salt may be sodium, potassium, magnesium and ammonium salts. The above-mentioned sulfates may be fatty alcohol sulfates (AS) having 10 to 18 carbon atoms, fatty alcohol ethoxyl sulfate (AES) having a carbon number of 10 to 16 (having an ethoxylation degree of 1 to 6) As in the case of sodium salts, sodium salt, potassium, magnesium and ammonium salts can also be used. Other anionic surfactants include sodium, magnesium, and ammonium salts such as fatty acids and alkylsulfosuccinic acid, and the like.
The nonionic surfactant preferably has a hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) of 4 to 20, and is useful not only for microemulsification of an oil component and a cationic surfactant, but also for improving cleaning properties It plays a role. More specifically, the nonionic surfactant is selected from the group consisting of polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyalkylene alkyl phenol ethers, polyoxyalkylene aryl phenol ethers, Polyoxyalkylene fatty acid esters, polyoxyalkylene sorbitan fatty acid esters, polyoxyalkylene alkyl amines, sorbitan fatty acid esters, Alkyl alcohol amine, aryl alcohol amine and the like are preferably used, and polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, polyoxyalkylene alkyl phenol ether ether, an alkyl alcohol amine, more preferably a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether lene alkyl ether).
