本実施例に係る食品用洗浄剤0.5gを水1リットルに添加し十分に攪拌することにより、液状洗浄剤とした。この液状洗浄剤に野菜(レタス)及び果物(レモン)を5分間浸漬した後、乾燥後に箱詰めし、10℃で所定期間保存した。保存後に鮮度状況(レタス)及び黴の発生状況(レモン)とを目視した。併せて、比較のため、同一量のサイクロデキストリン包接化合物のみを含有する液状洗浄剤(比較例)と、コントロールとして水を用いて同様の処理を行った。その結果を表1(鮮度保持試験)及び表2(防黴試験)に示す。
