Claims (9)
- (1) (a) α-올레핀; 또는 (b) α-올레핀 및 에틸렌의 조합에서 선택된 단량체; 및 (2) 접촉 단계 전에 제조된 성분 (2a) 및 (2b)의 혼합물 또는 반응 생성물을 포함하는 촉매의 촉매량을 함께 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 제조된 200 초과 및 10,000 달톤(Da) 미만의 중량 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리-α-올레핀 또는 폴리(코-에틸렌/α-올레핀)을 포함하며, 여기서 성분 (2a)은 하나 이상의 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 금속-리간드 착물이며:
(Ⅰ)
여기서 M은 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이며, 각각은 독립적으로 +2, +3 또는 +4의 형식 산화 상태에 있으며; n은 0 내지 3 사이의 정수이며, 여기서 n이 0일 때, X는 부재하며; 각 X는 독립적으로 중성, 일가 음이온성 또는 이가 음이온성인 한자리 리간드이거나 또는, 두 X가 함께 취해져 중성, 일가 음이온성 또는 이가 음이온성인 두자리 리간드를 형성하며; X 및 n은 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 금속-리간드 착물이 전체로 중성이도록 하는 방식으로 선택되며; 각 Z는 독립적으로 O, S, N(C1-C40)히드로카르빌, 또는 P(C1-C40)히드로카르빌이며; L은 (C1-C40)히드로카르빌렌 또는 (C1-C40)헤테로히드로카르빌렌이며, 여기서 (C1-C40)히드로카르빌렌은 화학식 (Ⅰ) 내 Z 원자와 연결된 2-탄소 원자 연결자 주쇄를 포함하는 부분을 가지며, (C1-C40)헤테로히드로카르빌렌은 화학식 (Ⅰ) 내 Z 원자와 연결된 2-원자 원자 연결자 주쇄를 포함하는 부분을 가지고, 여기서 (C1-C40)헤테로히드로카르빌렌의 2-원자 연결자의 각 원자는 독립적으로 탄소 원자 또는 헤테로원자이며, 여기서 각 헤테로원자는 독립적으로 O, S, S(O), S(O)2, Si(RC)2, Ge(RC)2, P(RP) 또는 N(RN)이며, 여기서 독립적으로 각 RC는 비치환된 (C1-C18)히드로카르빌이거나 또는 두 RC가 함께 취해져 (C2-C19)알킬렌을 형성하고, 각 RP는 비치환된 (C1-C18)히드로카르빌이며; 및 각 RN은 비치환된 (C1-C18)히드로카르빌, 수소 원자 또는 부재이며; R1a, R2a, R1b 및 R2b는 독립적으로 수소, (C1-C40)히드로카르빌, (C1-C40)헤테로히드로카르빌, N(RN)2, NO2, ORC, SRC, Si(RC)3, Ge(RC)3, CN, CF3, F3CO, 할로겐 원자이며; 및 나머지 R1a, R2a, R1b 및 R2b 각각은 독립적으로 수소, (C1-C40)히드로카르빌, (C1-C40)헤테로히드로카르빌, N(RN)2, NO2, ORC, SRC, Si(RC)3, CN, CF3, F3CO 또는 할로겐 원자이며; 각각의 R3a, R4a, R3b, R4b, R6c, R7c, R8c, R6d, R7d 및 R8d는 독립적으로 수소 원자; (C1-C40)히드로카르빌; (C1-C40)헤테로히드로카르빌; Si(RC)3, Ge(RC)3, P(RP)2, N(RN)2, ORC, SRC, NO2, CN, CF3, RCS(O)-, RCS(O)2-, (RC)2C=N-, RCC(O)O-, RCOC(O)-, RCC(O)N(R)-, (RC)2NC(O)- 또는 할로겐 원자이며; 각각의 R5c 및 R5d은 독립적으로 (C6-C40)아릴 또는 (C1-C40)헤테로-아릴이며; 각각의 전술한 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 히드로카르빌, 헤테로히드로카르빌, 히드로카르빌렌 및 헤테로히드로카르빌렌 기는 독립적으로 비치환 또는 하나 이상의 치환기 RS로 치환되며; 및 각 RS는 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, 폴리플루오로 치환, 과플루오로 치환, 비치환된 (C1-C18)알킬, F3C-, FCH2O-, F2HCO-, F3CO-, R3Si-, R3Ge-, RO-, RS-, RS(O)-, RS(O)2-, R2P-, R2N-, R2C=N-, NC-, RC(O)O-, ROC(O)-, RC(O)N(R)- 또는 R2NC(O)-이거나, 또는 두 RS가 함께 취해져 비치환된 (C1-C18)알킬렌을 형성하고, 여기서 각 R은 독립적으로 비치환된 (C1-C18)알킬이며; 및 여기서 성분 (2b)은 하나 이상의 활성화 공-촉매 (2b)의 총 몰수에 대한 하나 이상의 금속-리간드 착물 (2a)의 총 몰수의 비가 1:10,000 내지 100:1 사이이도록 하는, 하나 이상의 활성화 공-촉매이며; 폴리-α-올레핀 및 폴리(코-에틸렌-α-올레핀)에서 선택되는 산물이 형성되도록 하는 조건 하에서, 산물이 200 Da 초과 및 10,000 Da 미만의 주쇄 중량 평균 분자량(Mw) 및 분자량 분포 성분을 가지며, 산물이 300 Da 초과의 각 분포 성분내 둘 이상의 이성질체를 포함하는 유전 유체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중량 평균 분자량이 1500 달톤 미만인 유전 유체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 Z가 O인 유전 유체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 R1a 및 R1b가 메틸, 에틸 또는 이소프로필인 유전 유체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 R1a 및 R1b가 플루오로 원자, 염소 원자, 브로민 원자 또는 아이오딘 원자인 유전 유체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 L이 -CH2CH2-, -CH(CH3)CH(CH3)-, 1,2-시클로펜탄-디일 또는 1,2-시클로헥산-디일인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 R5d가 독립적으로 2,7-이치환된 9H-카르바졸-9-일 또는 3,6-이치환된 9H-카르바졸-9-일, 9H-카르바졸-9-일이며, 상긱 각 치환기가 RS인 유전 유체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 R5d가 독립적으로 각 치환기가 RS인 2,4-이치환된 페닐; 각 치환기가 RS인 2,5-이치환된 페닐; 각 치환기가 RS인 2,6-이치환된 페닐; 각 치환기가 RS인 3,5-이치환된 페닐; 각 치환기가 RS인 2,4,6-삼치환된 페닐; 나프틸 또는 각 치환기가 RS인 치환된 나프틸; 1,2,3,4,-테트라히드로나프틸; 안트라세닐; 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로아트라세닐; 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,-옥타히드로안트라세닐; 페난트레닐; 또는 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-옥타히드로페난트레닐인 (C6-C40)아릴인 유전 유체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조건이 40 ℃ 내지 300 ℃ 사이의 범위에 있는 온도를 포함하는 유전 유체 조성물.
