Claims (41)
- 아크릴산을 합성하는 방법으로서,
에틸렌 옥사이드 및 일산화탄소를 포함하는 가스 공급 원료 스트림을 제공하는 단계;
상기 공급 원료 스트림을 제1 반응 구역으로 보내 금속 카보닐 화합물과 접촉시켜, 상기 에틸렌 옥사이드의 적어도 일부를, 베타 프로피오락톤을 포함하는 카보닐화 생성물 스트림으로 전환시키는 단계;
상기 카보닐화 생성물 스트림을 제2 반응 구역으로 보내, 베타 프로피오락톤을 아크릴산으로 전환시키는 것을 촉매하는 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계;
상기 제2 반응 구역으로부터 아크릴산 생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계; 및
상기 생성물 스트림으로부터 아크릴산을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 아크릴산의 합성방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 카보닐화 생성물 스트림이 상기 제2 반응 구역으로 유입되기 전에 상기 카보닐화 생성물 스트림에 물을 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 아크릴산의 합성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 옥사이드의 베타 프로피오락톤으로 상기 전환은 가스상 반응(gas phase reaction)인 것인, 아크릴산의 합성방법.

- 아크릴레이트 에스터를 합성하는 방법으로서,
에틸렌 옥사이드 및 일산화탄소를 포함하는 가스 공급 원료 스트림을 제공하는 단계;
상기 공급 원료 스트림을 제1 반응 구역으로 보내, 금속 카보닐 화합물과 접촉시켜, 상기 에틸렌 옥사이드의 적어도 일부를, 베타 프로피오락톤을 포함하는 생성물 스트림으로 전환시키는 단계;
베타 프로피오락톤을 포함하는 상기 생성물 스트림에 C1-8 알코올을 첨가하는 단계;
베타 프로피오락톤 및 상기 C1 -8 알코올을 포함하는 상기 생성물 스트림을 제2 반응 구역으로 보내, 상기 베타 프로피오락톤 및 상기 C1-8 알코올을 대응하는 아크릴산 에스터로 전환시키는 것을 촉매하는 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계;
상기 제2 반응 구역으로부터 아크릴산 에스터 생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계; 및
상기 생성물 스트림으로부터 아크릴산 에스터를 분리시키는 단계를 포함하는, 아크릴레이트 에스터의 합성방법. - 제30항에 있어서, 상기 C1-8 알코올은 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 뷰탄올, 헥산올 및 2-에틸 헥산올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인, 아크릴레이트 에스터의 합성방법.

- 폴리프로피오락톤을 합성하는 방법으로서,

베타 프로피오락톤을 포함하는 상기 생성물 스트림을, 적합한 용매 및 중합 촉매를 수용하고 있는 중합 반응기에 보내는 단계;
상기 중합 반응기로부터 폴리프로피오락톤 생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계; 및
상기 생성물 스트림으로부터 폴리프로피오락톤을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리프로피오락톤의 합성방법. - 폴리-3-하이드록시뷰티레이트를 합성하는 방법으로서,
거울상체 풍부 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 일산화탄소를 포함하는 가스 공급 원료 스트림을 제공하는 단계;
상기 공급 원료 스트림을 제1 반응 구역으로 보내, 금속 카보닐 화합물과 접촉시켜, 프로필렌 옥사이드의 적어도 일부를, 베타 뷰티로락톤을 포함하는 생성물 스트림으로 전환시키는 단계;
베타 뷰티로락톤을 포함하는 상기 생성물 스트림을, 용매 및 중합 촉매를 수용하고 있는 중합 반응기에 보내는 단계;
상기 중합 반응기로부터 폴리-3-하이드록시뷰티레이트 생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계; 및
상기 생성물 스트림으로부터 폴리-3-하이드록시뷰티레이트를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리-3-하이드록시뷰티레이트의 합성방법. - 제30항, 제34항 및 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 카보닐 화합물은 고체를 포함하는 것인 합성방법.
