Description
- 도 1에서는 링 자석을 갖는 바람직한 실시예에 따른 위치 센서를 나타내고;
- 도 2에서는 디스크 자석을 갖는 제1 실시예에 따른 위치 센서를 나타내며;
- 도 3에서는 도 1 또는 도 2에 따른 자석(1)의 근처에 프로브(2)에 의해 판독되는 사인형 신호를 나타내고;
- 도 4에서는 도 3에서 볼 수 있는 신호로부터 자화의 한 주기에 대하여 계산된 위치 신호를 나타내며;
- 도 5에서는 도 4에 따른 위치 신호에 관련된 비선형 신호를 나타내고;
- 도 6에서는 자석의 4 회전에 대한 프로브(2)에 의해 주어진 위치 신호를 나타내고;
- 도 7에서는, 자석(1)의 회전의 함수로서 프로브(3)에 의한 출력으로 얻어진 신호를 나타내고;
- 도 8에서는 본 발명에 따른 선형 변위 센서를 나타내며;
- 도 9에서는, 본 발명에 따른 360°이하의 각 변위 센서를 나타내고;
- 도 10에서는, 본 발명에 따른 위치 센서와 결합 될 수 있는 종래 기술의 토크 센서를 나타내며;
- 도 11에서는 제1 실시예에 따른 도 1에 도시된 것과 같은 본 발명의 위치 센서와 도 10에 따른 토크 센서의 결합을 나타내고;
- 도 12에서는 제2 실시예에 따른 도 1에 도시된 것과 같은 본 발명의 위치 센서와 도 10에 따른 토크 센서의 결합을 나타내며;
- 도 13에서는 제3 실시예에 따른 도 1에 도시된 것과 같은 본 발명의 위치 센서와 도 10에 따르는 토크 센서의 결합을 나타내고;
- 도 14에서는 본 발명의 위치 센서를 사용한 제4 실시예에 따르는 토크 센서를 나타내며;
- 도 15에서는 도 14에 따른 토크 센서의 마그네틱 성분을 나타낸다.
Claims (15)
- 적어도 자화 유닛(1), 제1 감자기형 프로브(2) 및 제2 감자기형 프로브(3)를 포함하는 마그네틱 위치 센서에 있어서:
- 상기 제1 및 제2 감자기형 프로브(2, 3)는 서로에 대하여 상대적으로 고정되어 있고;
- 상기 자화 유닛(1)은 매 순간에서 절대 위치를 갖고 상기 제1 및 제2 감자기형 프로브(2, 3)에 대하여 이동 경로에 따라서 움직일 수 있고;
- 상기 자화 유닛(1)에는 상기 제1 감자기형 프로브(2)의 근처에, 한편으로는 법선방향 성분과 다른 한편으로는 접선방향 성분 또는 횡방향 성분 중 하나 이상을 갖고, 상기 이동 변위에 대하여 분포하는 N은 1보다 큰 수이며 N 주기에 대하여 사인형태로 그리고 주기적으로 바뀌는 자기장이 형성되고;
- 상기 제1 감자기형 프로브(2)는 상기 자화 유닛(1)의 위치에 관련된 제1 데이텀을 결정하도록 상기 자기장의 세 가지 성분들 중 두 개 이상을 측정하며,
상기 제2 감자기형 프로브(3)는, 상기 자석(1)의 위치에 관한 제2 데이텀을 결정하도록, 절대적, 점증적 그리고 가역적 방법으로 상기 자기장의 완전 회전의 수를 측정할 수 있고, 상기 제2 감자기형 프로브(3)에 전원이 인가되는지 여부와 무관하게, 상기 센서는 상기 제1 데이텀과 상기 제2 데이텀으로부터 상기 자석(1)의 절대 위치를 계산하기 위한 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 변위 방향을 따라서 연속적으로 바뀔 수 있는 자화 방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 변위 방향을 따라 선형적으로 바뀌는 자화 방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 교번하는 남-북 방향 자극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 단일 자화 방향을 갖고 그 크기들 중 하나 이상은 비-일정 방식으로 바뀌는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 고리 형상을 갖고 상기 자화 유닛(1)의 회전 축에 대하여 수직인 평면으로 자화 방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 디스크 형상을 갖고 상기 디스크 형상의 평면에 수직인 자화 방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 360°이하의 각 폭에 대하여 연장되는 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 변위 방향을 따라서 선형으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 감자기형 프로브(2, 3)는 하나의 같은 인쇄 회로(4)에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 위치 센서(A). - 토션 바에 의하여 연결된 제1 축과 제2 축 사이의 토크를 검출하기 위한 자동차 스티어링 칼럼용 마그네틱 검출 장치로서:
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제한된 위치 센서(A)와;
- 제1 축에 고정되며 반경 방향으로 배향된 복수의 자석(8)들을 포함하는 제1 회전자 마그네틱 구조(7)와;
- 제2 축에 고정되며 층상이고 축 방향으로 배향되는 톱니(12, 13)에 의해 연장되는 두 개의 링(10, 11)들을 포함하는 제2 고정자 구조(20)와;
- 적어도 제3 감자기형 프로브(17)가 배치되는 하나 이상의 틈(18)에 의해 제한되는 두 개의 플럭스 클로져 부품(15, 16)으로 구성되는 제3 고정 콜렉팅 구조(14)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 검출 장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 프로브(2, 3, 17)들은 같은 인쇄 회로(4a)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 검출 장치. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 자화 유닛(1)은 상기 톱니(12, 13) 주변에 위치한 링 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 검출 장치. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 자석(8)들은 상기 자화 유닛(1)에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 검출 장치. - 토션 바에 의해 연결된 제1 축과 제2 축 사이의 토크를 검출하기 위한 자동차 스티어링 칼럼용 마그네틱 검출 장치로서:
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제한되는 위치 센서(A), 보조 자화 유닛(1b) 및 보조 감자기형 프로브(2b)를 포함하고;
- 상기 위치 센서(A)의 자화 유닛(1a)은 상기 위치 센서(A)가 상기 제1 축(5)의 각 위치 Θ1에 관한 제1 위치 정보 아이템을 전달할 수 있도록 상기 제1 축 (5)에 고정되고;
- 상기 보조 자화 유닛(1b)은 상기 제2 축(6)에 고정되어 상기 보조 감자기형 프로브(2b)에 대하여 움직일 수 있고, 상기 보조 감자기형 프로브(2b)는 상기 제2 축(6)의 각 위치 Θ2에 관한 제2 위치 정보 아이템을 전달할 수 있으며;
- 상기 장치는 상기 제1 및 제2 위치 정보 아이템들의 조합으로부터 다음 식으로 상기 제1 축(5)과 상기 제2 축(6) 사이의 각 위치에서의 차이를 계산할 수 있는 중앙 처리 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 검출 장치:

- Bn1 은 상기 제1 프로브(2a)에 의해 측정된, 상기 자화 유닛(1a)에 의해 형성된 자기장의 상기 법선방향 성분이고;
- Bn2 은 상기 보조 프로브 (2b)에 의해 측정된, 상기 보조 자화 유닛(1b)에 의해 형성된 자기장의 법선방향 성분이며;
- Bt1 은 상기 제1 프로브(2a)에 의해 측정된, 상기 자화 유닛(1a)에 의해 형성된 자기장의 접선방향 성분이고;
- Bt2 는 상기 보조 프로브 (2b)에 의해 측정된, 상기 보조 자화 유닛(1b)에 의해 측정된 자기장의 접선방향 성분이며;
- |Bn1| = G1|Bt1|, |Bn2| = G2|Bt2| 그리고 G|Bn1| = |Bn2|이다.
