Description
Claims (20)
- 500 nm 이상의 길이를 가지며, 길이/폭의 비가 10 이상이고, 폭/두께의 비가 3 이상인 금속 나노벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1 ㎛ ~ 2000 ㎛의 길이를 갖는 금속 나노벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 100 nm ~ 100 ㎛의 폭을 갖는 금속 나노벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 15 ~ 500 nm의 두께를 갖는 금속 나노벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벨트 내에 불연속적으로 포함된 탄소 나노 튜브를 더 포함하는 금속 나노벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 금속 산화물을 포함하지 않는 금속 나노벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 은(Ag)을 포함하는 금속 나노벨트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 금속 성분으로서 은(Ag)만을 포함하는 금속 나노벨트.
- 탄소 나노 튜브, 전도성 고분자 및 금속염을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 금속 나노벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,탄소 나노 튜브가 포함된 제 1 분산액을 형성하는 단계와,전도성 고분자가 포함된 제 2 분산액을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제 1 및 제 2 분산액을 혼합하고, 금속염과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 금속 나노벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 전도성 고분자는 폴리아닐린, 폴리피롤, 폴리티오펜 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 고분자를 포함하는 금속 나노벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 금속염은 은(Ag)의 염인 금속 나노벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 은(Ag)의 염은 질산은(AgNO3), 황산은(Ag2SO4), 아세트산은(Ag(CH3COO)), 불화은(AgF), 염화은(AgCl), 브롬화은(AgBr), 요오드화은(AgI), 시안화은(AgCN), 시안산은(AgOCN), 락트산은(Ag(CH3CHOHCOO)), 탄산은(Ag2CO3), 과염소산은(AgClO4) 및 삼불화아세트산은(Ag(CF3COO)), 삼불화술폰산은(Ag(CF3SO3))으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 금속 나노벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 금속염, 탄소 나노 튜브 및 전도성 고분자의 반응은 물, 알코올, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤 (MEK), 에틸렌글리콜, 포름아미드 (HCOOH), 디메틸포름아미드 (DMF), 디메틸아세트아미드 (DMAc), 디메틸술폭사이드 (DMSO), N-메틸피롤리돈 (NMP)으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 용매 또는 하나 이상의 혼합 용매 내에서 진행되는 금속 나노벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항의 금속 나노벨트 및 용매를 포함하는 인쇄 가능한 도전성 잉크 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 탄소 나노 튜브를 더 포함하는 도전성 잉크 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물, 알코올계 용매, 알코올알킬에테르계 용매, 알코올아릴에테르계 용매, 에스테르계 용매, 아미드계 용매, 아민계 용매, 지방족 탄화수소계 용매 및 방향족 탄화수소계 용매로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 용매를 포함하는 도전성 잉크 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 금속 나노벨트를 포함하는 전도성 필름.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 표시 장치, 반도체 소자 또는 태양전지의 도전막 또는 도전성 패턴인 전도성 필름.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 터치 패널의 투명 전도성 필름인 전도성 필름.
