Claims (3)
- 연료전지 차량의 차체 하부를 형성하도록 구성되어 상측의 어퍼 보디(100)와 함께 연료전지 차량의 차체를 형성하는 것으로서, 차체 전후 방향으로 길게 배치되는 종부재인 두 사이드 멤버(210)와, 상기 두 사이드 멤버(210) 사이에 횡으로 설치되는 복수의 크로스 멤버(221~224)를 포함하여 구성된 연료전지 차량의 샤시 프레임(200)에 있어서,상기 각 사이드 멤버(210)의 전측 킥업부(214)에 대해 보강용 종부재(225)가 설치되되;상기 보강용 종부재(225)는양측 사이드 멤버(210)의 전측 킥업부(214)를 횡으로 연결하는 제2크로스 멤버(222)와, 상기 제2크로스 멤버(222)의 후방에서 양측 사이드 멤버(210)를 횡으로 연결하는 제3크로스 멤버(223) 사이에 종방향으로 연결 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 샤시 프레임.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 보강용 종부재(225)는 양단부에 형성된 플랜지(225b)가 상기 제2크로스 멤버(222)와 제3크로스 멤버(223)의 표면에 접합된 상태로 용접되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 샤시 프레임.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 보강용 종부재(225)에서 전단부 측방으로 형성된 돌출부(225c)가 사이드 멤버(210)의 전측 킥업부(214)에 연결되어, 상기 보강용 종부재(225)가 제2크로스 멤버(222), 제3크로스 멤버(223), 사이드 멤버(210)의 전측 킥업부(214)에 모두 연결되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전치 차량의 샤시 프레임.
