Description
Claims (18)
- 터치 입력 장치를 구비한 단말기에서의 입력 피드백(feedback)방법에 있어서,다수의 목적물이 디스플레이되는 화면상에 사용자의 손가락 접촉 여부를 감지하는 과정과,상기 접촉된 손가락으로부터 감지되는 인식 값을 적어도 하나 이상의 임계값과 비교하는 과정과,상기 임계값과의 비교 결과에 따라 진동을 차별화하여 발생하는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,현재 화면상에 디스플레이되는 다수의 목적물의 해당 영역을 진동 활성화 영역으로 설정하는 과정을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인식 값은,디스플레이 화면상에 접촉된 사용자 손가락에 의해 발생된 정전용량 값으로, 화면에서의 좌표값과, 사용자 손가락이 접촉된 면적의 값을 측정하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인식 값은,접촉된 사용자 손가락으로부터 측정된 압력에 의한 것으로, 사용자 손가락으로부터 인가되는 기계적인 압력을 이용하여 측정되는 값임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임계값은,사용자가 목적물을 선택한 경우에 해당 검출 패턴의 미리 설정된 제 1 임계값과,사용자가 목적물을 실행한 경우에 해당 검출 패턴의 미리 설정된 제 2 임계값을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인식 값과 임계값을 비교하는 과정은,상기 인식 값이 제 1 임계값보다 크고, 제 2 임계값보다 작을 경우, 사용자의 의도를 해당 목적물을 선택한 것으로 인식하는 과정과,상기 인식 값이 제 2 임계값보다 같거나 클 경우, 사용자의 의도를 해당 목적물을 실행한 것으로 인식하는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 검출 패턴은,사용자가 목적물을 선택한 경우의 해당 패턴으로 화면에서의 좌표값과 사용자 손가락이 접촉된 면적의 값을 검출하는 정전용량 패턴과,사용자가 목적물을 실행한 경우의 해당 패턴으로 접촉된 사용자 손가락으로부터 측정된 압력의 값을 검출하는 압력 패턴을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 사용자의 의도를 해당 목적물을 선택한 것으로 인식하는 동작은 상기 사용자가 디스플레이 화면을 터치(touch)한 동작임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 사용자의 의도를 해당 목적물을 실행한 것으로 인식하는 동작은 상기 사용자가 디스플레이 화면을 푸쉬(push)한 동작임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 임계값은,사용자 손가락의 접촉 면적으로부터 측정되는 정전용량 값임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 임계값은,사용자 손가락으로부터 인가되는 압력에 의해 발생되는 기계적인 값임을 특 징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 사용자의 해당 목적물 터치 동작은,미리 설정된 정전용량의 제1임계값보다 클 경우임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 사용자의 해당 목적물 푸쉬 동작은,미리 설정된 압력의 제2임계값보다 클 경우임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목적물은 숫자, 문자, 아이콘, 스크롤러, 체크박스 및 슬라이더 중의 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동을 차별화하여 발생하는 것은,진동의 세기, 발생 시간 및 발생 간격을 조절하여 진동을 발생하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 방법.
- 터치 입력 장치를 구비한 단말기에서의 입력 피드백 제공 장치에 있어서,현재 화면상에 디스플레이되는 다수의 목적물의 해당 영역을 진동 활성화 영 역으로 설정하는 영역 설정부와,상기 화면상에서의 사용자 손가락의 접촉 여부를 감지하는 감지부와,상기 접촉이 감지된 영역이 설정된 영역인지를 확인하고, 사용자 손가락으로부터 감지된 인식값과 적어도 하나 이상의 임계값과 비교 판단하여 출력하는 판단부와,상기 영역 설정부로 디스플레이되는 목적물의 정보를 출력하고, 상기 판단부로부터 결과 값을 입력받아, 진동의 패턴을 차별화하여 진동 발생 신호를 출력하는 제어부와,상기 제어부로부터의 제어에 의해 진동의 세기와 진동 발생 시간을 조절하여 진동을 발생하는 진동 조절부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 판단부는,사용자 손가락으로부터 인가되는 기계적인 압력 내지 화면상에서 사용자 손가락이 접촉된 면적에 의해 측정되는 정전용량을 판단함을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피드백 제공 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,진동의 발생 시간을 체크하여 미리 설정된 시간이 경과 하면 이를 상기 제어부로 출력하는 타이머를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말에서의 입력 피 드백 제공 장치.
