Claims (12)
- 담체수송층을 갖는 발광소자를 갖는 표시화소를 구비한 표시장치의 제조방법으로서,상기 표시화소의 형성영역에 담체수송성 재료를 포함하는 용액을 도포하고, 건조시켜 해당 담체수송성 재료를 박막형상으로 정착시키는 재료정착공정과,상기 화소형성영역에, 상기 정착시킨 담체수송성 재료를 재용해 또는 재분산시키는 액재를 도포하여 해당 담체수송성 재료로 이루어지는 상기 담체수송층을 형성하는 담체수송층 형성공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 담체수송층 형성공정에 있어서 상기 담체수송성 재료를 재용해 또는 재분산시키는 액재는 상기 재료정착공정에 있어서 상기 담체수송성 재료를 포함하는 용액내의 용매와 동일한 재료의 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표시화소의 형성영역은 격벽에 의해 칸막이되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 격벽으로 둘러싸인 영역에, 동일 발광색의 상기 발광소자로 이루어지는 복수의 상기 표시화소의 상기 화소형성영역이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 재료정착공정에 있어서의 상기 담체수송성 재료를 포함하는 용액을 도포하는 처리와, 상기 담체수송층 형성공정에 있어서의 상기 담체수송성 재료를 재용해시키는 용액을 도포하는 처리는 각각 복수의 상기 화소형성영역에 대해 노즐 프린트법을 이용해서 상기 용액을 연속적으로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 담체수송성 재료는 고분자계의 유기재료로 이루어지고, 상기 발광소자는 유기 일렉트로 루미네센스 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 담체수송성 재료는 폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 담체수송성 재료는 공액 이중결합 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 담체수송성 재료를 포함하는 용액은 물, 에탄올, 에틸렌글리콜의 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,재용해 또는 재분산시키는 액재는 물, 에탄올, 에틸렌글리콜의 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 담체수송층을 갖는 발광소자를 갖는 표시화소를 구비한 표시장치의 제조방법으로서,격벽으로 칸막이된 상기 표시화소의 형성영역에, 담체수송성 재료를 포함하는 용액을 도포하고, 건조시켜 해당 담체수송성 재료를 박막형상으로 정착시키는 재료정착공정과,상기 화소형성영역에, 상기 정착시킨 담체수송성 재료를 재용해 또는 재분산시키는 액재로서 상기 담체수송성 재료를 포함하는 용액에 포함되는 용매와 동일한 재료를 도포하여 해당 담체수송성 재료로 이루어지는 상기 담체수송층을 형성하는 담체수송층 형성공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 표시화소의 형성영역에 담체수송성 재료를 포함하는 용액이 도포되어 박막형상으로 정착된 해당 담체수송성 재료를 재용해 또는 재분산시키는 액재를, 정착된 해당 담체수송성 재료에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 제조장치.
