Claims (9)
- 피처리가스 중의 먼지를 포집함과 더불어, 피처리가스 중의 피처리성분을 분해하는 가스처리장치로서,대향전극(36)과,상기 피처리가스 중의 먼지가 대전하도록 상기 대향전극(36)과의 사이에 방전을 일으키게 하는 제1 방전극(35)과,대전한 상기 피처리가스 중의 먼지를 포집하는 전기적 집진부재(33)와,상기 피처리성분을 분해하기 위한 플라즈마가 발생하도록 상기 대향전극(36)과의 사이에 방전을 일으키게 하는 제2 방전극(41)을 구비하는 가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기적 집진부재가 정전(靜電)필터로 구성되는 가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2 방전극(41)과 대향전극(36) 사이에서의 방전에 의해 발생한 플라즈마로 활성화되어 피처리성분의 분해를 촉진하는 플라즈마 촉매를 구비하는 가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1 방전극(35)은, 상기 대향전극(36)을 따라 이어지는 선형으로 형성되며,제2 방전극(41)은, 상기 제1 방전극(35)의 도중에 전기적으로 접속됨과 더불어, 상기 대향전극(36)과의 거리가 이 대향전극(36)과 제1 방전극(35)의 거리보다 짧아지도록 배치되는 가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,대향전극(36)은 단면이 역"ㄷ"자형인 기둥형으로 형성되며, 이 대향전극(36)의 안쪽에 적어도 제2 방전극(41)이 배치되는 가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,골판형상으로 형성되어 대향전극(36)을 구성하는 전극부재(37)를 구비하는 한편,상기 전극부재(37)의 한 면 쪽에 제1 방전극(35)이, 다른 면 쪽에 제2 방전극(41)이 각각 배치되며,제1 방전극(35) 및 제2 방전극(41)은, 각각 골판형상인 상기 전극부재(37)의 오목부 안쪽에 배치되는 가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2 방전극(41)과 대향전극(36) 사이에서의 방전에 의해 발생한 플라즈마로 활성화되어 피처리성분의 분해를 촉진하는 광반도체 촉매를 구비하는 가스처리장 치.
- 제7항에 있어서,광반도체 촉매는, 전기적 집진부재(33)에 담지(擔持)되는 가스처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,플라즈마 촉매는 제2 방전극(41) 및 대향전극(36)의 하류 쪽에 배치되며,전기적 집진부재(33)에는, 제2 방전극(41)과 대향전극(36) 사이에서의 방전에 의해 발생한 플라즈마로 활성화되어 피처리성분의 분해를 촉진하는 광반도체 촉매가 담지되고,상기 전기적 집진부재(33)는, 상기 제2 방전전극(41) 및 대향전극(36)과 상기 플라즈마 촉매와의 사이에 배치되는 가스처리장치.
