Claims (10)
- 중량부를 기준으로 하여a) 100 중량부의 폴리오르가노실록산 중합체,b) 15∼100 중량부의 보강 충전제,c) 0.2∼8 중량부의 유기 퍼옥시드,d) 0.5∼30 중량부의 운모,e) 0.2∼10 중량부의 산화아연,f) 0∼15 중량부의 보조첨가제,g) (원소) 금속 백금의 중량으로 나타낸, 0.0005∼0,02 중량부(즉 5 ppm∼200 ppm)의 성분 ,h) 0.5∼10 중량부의 산화티탄,i) 20∼100 중량부의 팩킹 충전제 및j) 0∼10 중량부의 규회석의 군에 속하는 종을 포함하는 실리콘 엘라스토머로의 열 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물로서,상기 조성물은 팩킹 충전제 i)가 알콕시 및/또는 OH 라디칼을 갖는 올리고머 오르가노실록산 및/또는 오르가노실라잔 및/또는 오르가노알콕시실란으로 표면 처리된 수산화알루미늄 Al(OH)3 분말중에 포함되며, 여기서· 유기기는 1∼10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형 알킬 라디칼; 2∼6개의 탄소 원자를 갖고, 1 또는 2 개의 에틸렌형 이중 결합을 갖는 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형 알케닐 라디칼; 및/또는 페닐 라디칼로부터 선택된 1 이상의 라디칼 탄화수소를 나타내며;· 알콕시기는 1∼6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형 알콕시 라디칼로부터 선택된 1 이상의 알콕시 라디칼을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,a) 100 중량부의 폴리오르가노실록산 중합체에 대하여b) 20∼50 중량부의 보강 충전제,c) 0.5∼6 중량부의 유기 퍼옥시드,d) 1∼12 중량부의 운모,e) 2∼6 중량부의 산화아연,f) 0∼12 중량부의 보조첨가제,g) (원소) 금속 백금의 중량으로 나타낸, 0.0010∼0.015 중량부(즉 10 ppm∼150 ppm)의 성분,h) 1∼5 중량부의 산화티탄,i) 처리된 삼수산화알루미늄의 군에 속하는 30∼80 중량부의 팩킹 충전제 및j) 2∼8 중량부의 규회석의 군에 속하는 종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 a)는 25℃에서의 점도가 1 백만 mPa·s 초과이고, 0∼4 중량%의 비닐기를 포함하는 폴리오르가노실록산 중합체 1 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 성분 b)는 실리카, 알루미나 또는 이들 2 종의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 성분 i)는 오르가노알콕시실란으로 처리된 1 이상의 삼수산화알루미늄으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 성분 j)는 조성물의 사용시 메타규산칼슘 (CaSi03) 또는 규회석; 칼슘과 나트륨의 메타규산염 혼합물 (NaCa2HSi3O9) 또는 펙톨라이트; 및 칼슘과 망간의 메타규산염 혼합물 [CaMn (SiO3)2] 또는 부스타마이트로부터 선택된 1 이상의 종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 임의 성분 f)는 이의 사용시 f1) "반구조형"으로 지칭되는 1 이상의 생성물; 및/또는 f2) 1 이상의 폴리실록산 수지; 및/또는 f3) 1 이상의 안정화제; 및/또는 f4) 1 이상의 착색 안료; 및/또는 f5) 1 이상의 붕소계 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 각각의 단일도체의 주위에서 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 조성물의 부착(deposition)을 실시한 후, 이를 100℃∼200℃의 소재 온도를 제공하는 가열에 의하여 실리콘 엘라스토머로 가교시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 화재로부터 보호되는 전선 또는 전기 케이블의 구조에 도입되는 단일도체의 1차 절연재 또는 엔벨로프를 형성하기 위한 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 조성물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 조성물의 제8항에 의한 용도에 의하여 제조된 화재로부터 보호된 전선 또는 전기 케이블.
- 제9항에 있어서, (1) 규칙 CEI 61 034, 파트 1에 의한 투광도가 80% 이상을 달성할 수 있는 연기 불투명성을 제공하고; (2) 규칙 NFC 32-070 CR1에 의하여 필요한 65 분의 한계치에 대하여 전선 또는 전기 케이블의 작동 시간을 25% 이상 연장시켜 500 볼트하에서 규칙 NFC 32-070 CR1을 충족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 또는 전기 케이블.
