Claims (6)
- 회전구동원(12)에 의해 전동액츄에이터(16)가 구동될 때 이동체가 변위할 수 있는 전동 액츄에이터(16)의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 회전구동원(12)에 공급되는 전류를 검출하는 전류검출수단(38)과,상기 전류검출수단(38)으로부터의 검출신호와 미리 설정된 기준전류(IMAX)를 비교하는 비교수단(44) 및상기 가세된 회전구동원(12)에 부하가 걸려서 상기 회전구동원(12)의 구동축이 정지하여 구속되었을 때, 상기 전류가 상기 기준전류(IMAX)를 초과하지 않도록 상기 회전구동원(12)에 공급하는 상기 전류를 제한하는 전류제한수단(46)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터용 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콘트롤러(20)로부터의 방향지령입력신호에 의해 전압의 극성을 전환함으로써 정·역방향 중 어느 한쪽 방향으로 상기 회전구동원(12)의 회전 방향을 전환시키는 방향전환수단(34)을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전류제한수단(46)은 상기 방향전환수단(34)으로부터 출력된 전압에 대응하는 전류로 전환하는 전류앰프/리미터(36)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전류앰프/리미터(36)는 미리 설정된 상기 기준전류(IMAX)를 기억하는 기억수단(42)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류검출수단(38)의 검출 신호는 전류루프(40)에 의해 상기 비교수단(44)으로 피드백하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전동액츄에이터(16)는 ON/OFF 조절에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
